I do not leave unwarranted low reviews on Unilocal.This place probably deserves 1 star… but I’m giving it 2 because the staff was super friendly. Pedicure was rushed. Less than 20 minutes. Sloppy. My toenails were not cut evenly. Absolute no calf or foot massage included… which is probably the main reason I decide to get a pedicure from time to time. I had my legs waxed from the knee down. The entire inside of my right leg and the entire outside of my left leg were not waxed at all. She dripped wax EVERYWHERE. All over my dress, even in my hair. She answered texts on her phone several times and then told me she was going to have the other lady pick her kids up from school. Perhaps this is why everything seemed so rushed? The waxing room was FILTHY. The sheet on the table was obviously re-​used several times, there were hairs all over it, and wax residue all over the place. The «bed» does not fit properly in the room, she asked me to pull one side of the bed away from the wall so that I could shut the door. Cost was $ 75…I left an even $ 100. I work for tips and feel I must always tip well… but they didn’t deserve it.

My experience here was not too good. I came here a few weeks ago and wasn’t able to leave a review because I forgot the name of the establishment but I finally found it on my google history. The lady that painted my nails didn’t do too good of a job. There was a piece of cotton on the corner of my nail, she didn’t remove it, she just painted over it which left a bump. She painted my nails really fast like she was in a hurry. Other then that I was happy with the color and even left a tip, but then something bad happened. The gel nail polish started peeling at the cuticles after a few days. By the sixth day I couldn’t even wash my hair without my nails getting caught in my hair so I had to take off the gel nail polish. :(Really upset that I waisted $ 30 for for six day painted nails. I’ve had gel nail polish last me at least a couple of weeks. Really upset sigh. I took a photo of my nails right before I took off the gel nail polish. I’ll post it up.

I had the best experience here last week thought I’d leave a review. They helped me pick a beautiful color, the service was great and fast! I even met a super cool chick randomly… Susan took care of me and I’m so in love with my nails… Best place I’ve been in Austin so far just became my new go-​to place. They even do fashion nails like Coffin Shape nails and Stiletto Nails. Highly recommended.

(My cuticles are not because of TN nails & spa) i love this place! They do exactly what I tell them to do with my nails. I can’t wear nails to my job so I try to have my nails look as natural as possible so I tell him I want him thin and short and he does it which is great! They don’t have good selection of colors (my personal opinion) but they do have good gel selection. Get tai to do your nails! Don’t let the girl do it.

Don’t go here for waxing! I got my eyebrows and upper lip done. The lady slopped on the wax and got some on my actual lip. She was not careful or tedious at all! Very painful. She waxed one eyebrow nicely but the other one she waxed too much and the end has two baby hairs in a single file line. It looks terrible!

I love the new place. It’s in a nice, quiet area. As soon as you walk in, you feel right at home bc it’s a cozy little shop. Tai has been my nail tech for years and I have never been disappointed with his work. His personality is always so upbeat and he truly knows what he’s doing. I’ve had other nail techs do my nails to where they started looking bad days from me getting them done, even w a new set. This is definitely not the case w Tai. He ensures your satisfaction every time. The prices are reasonable. The shop is kept neat and clean at all times. I highly recommend this place!

This is one of the nicest nail salons I have seen in a long time! When I walked in, I was greeted with a smile & the technicians ALL were very thoughtful & polite. I had the deluxe pedicure & it was sensational! The pedicure technician took his time — he was not in a hurry. I will be back again!
