Love this place! Jackie is so sweet and wonderful with nails. She listened to all my annoying high maintenance needs. Definitely my new go to nail salon.
I really appreciate a salon that has such a friendly and inviting staff. Very rare compared to others.

I come to Cedar Park to visit at least once a year and each year I come to this same nail salon. In the past, they have offered me wine, soda or water, the service has been fast and I have always left happy.
Today however, my sister and I came to get our nails done and even though there were no other customers in the shop, one employee did my sisters manicure and one employee did my pedicure. Usually, when shops aren’t busy and there is an extra employee available, the extra employee in the shop will do my shellac manicure while my pedicure is being done. This did not happen today, the extra employee just read her book and then got customers in and out while I was still waiting to get my services done. Once my pedicure was finally done, the same girl did my shellac manicure which was a bummer because she was very slow and my sister was already done with her manicure and had to sit around and wait for me.
Pedicure — Very slow, the girl cut my toe while doing my cuticles (she «sanitzed» it but my toe was uncomfortable for the rest of the pedicure). My heels were needing a tiny bit of scrubbing to make them smooth but I feel like they are rough and crappy (they were better off before the pedicure) — I will have to fix it myself when I get back to California.
Shellac Manicure — I showed a picture of «coffin nails» because I wanted this shape — the girl doing my just said «too short.» I asked the other woman working and she grabbed a file an shaped them and showed my girl that it would work. I really should not have had to ask someone else after being denied my request from the first person. The picture I showed also had pink glitter on one of the nails — I asked for this but somehow ended up with gold glitter… I’m guessing this means they don’t have colored glitter but I still don’t really know. I also asked for an additional coat of the pink color on my other nails because the pink was not dark enough (the pink I asked for was too dry so she substituted a different pink that I did not choose) but the girl doing my nails literally said, «no.» The guy doing someone elses’ nails next to us asked why she said no but no one really seemed to care beyond this inquiry (my girls response by the way was, «I didn’t say no.» Its fine if my girl and I couldn’t communicate well due to language barriers but the other employees of the shop should have translated and/​or inquired, especially because it appeared that they were the owners.
I am pretty disappointed with my experience today and feel that I wasted my time and money — especially considering that my less than average pedicure was $ 28, my shellac manicure with the wrong colors was $ 25 and my sisters simple, regular polish manicure with a simple line on her ring finger was $ 20… it didn’t help that it was pretty clear that I was not happy and no one cared or took any steps to address the situation.
I guess I need to find a new shop because I will not return to this nail shop during my future Texas visits.

After my fourth or fifth visit someone else
Did my nails. I like to do gel polish and this time the polish was thick. So she added something to thin it out. Which meant she had to do two coats. The gel was too thick for my liking and the manicure wasn’t to my standard but I am polite and said it was good. 4 days later it began to crack. And my right pointer nail practically ripped off putting on pants. I went back to the salon the next morning and they made me feel as if I’d done something to cause it. Which I didn’t, my nails have never broken that way before. I usually keep them natural and they’re quite strong. They told me to come back in a few days when my nail had healed because it was bleeding. I haven’t been back and I will find a new salon.

Super nice guys. It’s my first time here and I’ll come back. They are very clean and sanitary. They use plastic over their foot tubs, changing them out each time. They aren’t in a rush to get you out and double check your polish for dryness.

Love this place! I tried it just because the location was good, but was very impressed with the personal attention I received. I’ve already brought a friend back for a second round, and I will definitely be coming back. I got a fabulous pedicure — thanks Wendy!
