Lauren created and served drinks at my recent wedding, and it was a great experience. Especially for the price, you couldn’t do better. She came to my house to make drinks for us to sample before choosing the menu, and she let us buy our own alcohol and ingredients ourselves — so no upcharge on the supplies. She slung drinks and made conversation with guests for hours, no problem. (And this just a few days after dealing with flooding in Wimberley.) She was also willing to stay (for a fee, of course) to do some of our post-event clean up.
She’s young and just starting out, so still getting her feet wet professionally. But we were pumped to give a local entrepreneur a chance and she really delivered. Recommend.
