The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the prices. With that being said, service was bad and nail set was worse. I wanted a basic acrylic French tip set and that was it-$ 35. After explaining it & saying it about 5 times they finally sat me down at the table only to tell me I had to wait in the waiting area instead about 10 seconds later(also the nail drying station?). Then again I was moved seconds later to the front again… and then seconds later again back to the actual table… wtf? She started working on my nails but I noticed that she barely filed them down and didn’t bother to cut my nails at all… I didn’t say anything because I hoped she knew what she was doing. I was wrong. After explicitly saying more than twice I wanted WHITE tips, she gets out the clear… After I reminded her she put the white tips on which one she got crooked and fixed it after I told her about it… She finishes the nails and applied oil and told me to wash them? Not sure what the purpose of oil on them is when I’m adding it off right after? After I washed them, I expected just a clear coat on top. She starts to get out white nail polish and paints the tips… why?! I have no idea… she finally adds the clear coat and I went to the drying station/waiting area. When it shut off, they told me I was done. When I walked out the door, that unnecessary polish she put on was coming off ALLOVER. I had to remove it at home and apply my own clear coat. But it isn’t over…2 days later its cracking off around the edges… WASTEOF40BUCKS! So mad. Never going back…

This is hands down the worst acrylic set I’ve ever had done. Every nail is crooked, every cuticle is flooded with polish and she stopped several times to finish another pedicure. Not washing her hands in between to boot. They even started to turn off the lights as my nails were drying so they could leave as soon as I did. I’ve never had a worse experience. I would not recommend. Not to my worse enemy.

The people were very friendly. BUT, i was over charged for a shellac manicure, $ 30, normally $ 25. i was the only client in the salon and it took over an hour to complete the service. I was also cut three times on three different fingers, and all drew blood. Needless to say i wont be returning.

Love US Nails. I’ve been going there for years for nails, pedis, and brows. Never once have I left disappointed. I have referred others who have loved the salon. I like the fact that the atmosphere is relaxing and dimly lit. They play spa music and burn candles, there is no TV blaring or some loud obnoxious radio playing. It is a real treat. I have never once had someone yell out their tip like one reviewer referenced. The salon is clean and they go out of their way to make you happy. They have an incentive program whereby after 10 services you get a $ 20 credit towards the next service. It’s a great place. Love love love it.

I like us nails spa. Briana does a great job and is very sweet. She is my favorite but All the nail techs who have done my nails are nice. The owner seems like a good guy too. I get solar nails and they file your nails gently and you don’t get that burning sensation. I have only gotten my nails done there and I’ve never used their spa services before.

I had been going here for 6 or so years but finally had to pull the plug. Linda, who used to own the place, sold it about 2 years ago. I’ve gotten 5 pedicures there since then and they’re extremely inconsistent. Some people are good at them, some are not, and you can’t really request a certain person as they rotate them based on who’s turn is next to have a customer. I get the same type of pedicure every time, but what comes with it and how long they spend on certain parts of it also varies from person to person. Also, as soon as you pay they yell out in Vietnamese the amount you tipped to all of the staff. Maybe they’re operating under the assumption that most clients can’t understand what they’re saying? Rude either way.

This shop is a hidden gem. Tastefully decorated and very clean. Technicians are good and most speak English well. They are friendly and always offer a beverage. Go in the morning when they are not busy and you’ll get extra pampering. They take extra care to remove gel polish without damaging your nails. I usually get gel manicure, regular pedicure and occasionally facial waxing. I’ve always been pleased with results and I’ve been going there for five years. They offer some more decorative nail designs that seem popular too … but that’s not my style. I enjoy the friendly service and professional treatment.

This is the Best! My fills take 30 minutes and my nails look the better than any nails II have ever seen. I get tons of compliments. Pedicures are fantastic and so reasonably priced. Also, they sterilize between each pedicure. Very clean, professional, and great customer service. If you want beautiful nails and a great pedi then hurry, NORUN, to US Nails & Tan Spa.

I have been going to Mychelle for over a year and a half. She is fantastic! She never runs behind. I am in and out in 30 minutes! The new salon is great too. I was there the other day for my nails and decided on getting a pedi and I never have to wait either. Her pink & whites are to die for and I am now doing color tips every 3 weekes and get tons of compliments.
