I love the new owner and staff! They did a fantastic job on both my manicure and pedicure. They did a technique with colored powder that I had never even heard of before! I’m loving the way it looks, and it lasts FOREVER. Check this place out!

Went here for a pedicure because it’s 5 minutes from work. Worst at communication, most rushed, least attentive nail tech I’ve ever had. The place was also entirely empty except for the two us, which I should have taken as a sign. :/​probably wasn’t worth the money or time

Management changed in the last 6 months or so. Not for the good. My manicure lasted all of 2 days before starting to chip. Sanitation leaves a lot to be desired. Disappointing because the previous owners did a great job.

I have never experienced such horrible service. I went in for an eyebrow wax and left missing most of my natural brows. I no longer have an arch and to be told I didn’t have any hair where there was hair is insulting. She tried to tell me it was my fault! I didn’t wax them she did!!! I made her show me the strips and there was my brow the evidence spoke for itself! I refused to pay especially when I told her I don’t want thin brows and to leave the natural arch. So upset, I won’t be posing of Christmas photos!!! Never going back BE WARNED!!!

Went for a basic pedicure. Trimmed my nails and polished. However, didn’t buff them to get rid if the ridges. No top coat so not shiny. Fast, nice, and polite. But, I expect shiny smooth nails with a basic pedicure.

I decided to try this place since it’s close to work and seemed like a convenient way to wait out rush hour traffic. I got the mani/​pedi special for $ 35 and I think the whole thing took less than 45 minutes. I found this to be a bit peculiar since my pedicures last at least 30 minutes at my usual nail salon, Passion Nails.
The ladies who were there seemed quite rushed like they wanted to finish me up so they could go home (even though I arrived 90 minutes before closing time). I’m docking them one star for that. My major grievance though is that they do not sanitize their nail tools. During the manicure, she took out some tool from one of the sanitization bags that was unsealed, used it on me, put it right back in the unsealed bag and back in her drawer. I prefer to go to places where they open the bag right in front of my eyes.
Staph infections are no laughing matter and for that reason alone, I will definitely not be coming back here.

I have been going to Nail Pro for years now. Lee, the owner, is so accommodating — trying her best to get everyone an appt. I see the same person each time, Hanna. The salon service is great & the prices reasonable. I travel for business and want my nails to look good so have been getting a gel manicure and lately a gel french manicure. Excellent pedicures too!
As stated by others the salon has been updated, is immaculate and everyone is friendly.
It’s getting to be a really busy salon. I used to just call or drop in and get an appt but now you really need to call ahead.

I really like going here and have for about 4 yrs. They are very nice. I have always thought the salon was very clean. They are all great. I love the lower leg massage with plenty of lotion. Prices are great.

I have been going to Nail Pro for 5 years and the service is impeccable. The ladies are friendly and Hannah is the best manicurist I have ever been to in many years of having my manicure and pedicures done. I highly recommend this place of business.

Really nice service, sparkling clean store, good prices. What else could you ask for in a manicurist’s store? How about some filtration for that alcohol, formaldehyde, polish remover stink? Wow, ladies. That is some strong stuff there. Invest in a air purifier. It’s pass-​out ready.
And Tara H. you must be special. I got no fried chicked when I went in!

First off, every time I go in here, they try and feed me. It was grapes one time, fried chicken another time…
It has a family atmosphere — like everyone has worked together forever and are really comfortable with eachother.
Try the facial… it’s $ 40.00 and you get the full facial, head and neck massage and eyebrow wax. Holy crap! Say it ain’t so!
The prices are great and the people are better.
