Villages at the Domain

First, the location of this apartment was the reason why I chose this apartment. I like that it’s in the Domain but off of the busy part of the Domain. My apartment is in building 8 so I never have to deal with retail parking like the other buildings and my apartment faced toward Burnet Rd so it’s quiet, for the most part. Second, the price of the apartment was reasonable for me in this area and the additional fees and deposit didn’t seem that bad. Boy, was I wrong.
If you are looking to rent here, don’t let the leasing girls in the front office fool you like they did to me. When me and my realtor were looking at this place, the front office girl told me explicitly that I will be only billed for the amount of water I actually use it each month and not like a shared ratio based on your apartment size like the other places. After moving in for 2 months, I got my first bill and my water bill was about $ 90 with the mandatory $ 29 valet trash fee and has been around that amount for the last 12 months! I spoked with the office girls and they told me I used too much water. I have the smallest studio floor plan and I’m barely home because I travel or stay at my boyfriend’s apartment most of the time. I finally gave up trying to reason with the front office girls every month when my water bill comes and started to conserve water like I was living in the California drought area. I kept all my water bills and by month 6, I started to notice that I’ve been billed for around 3200 gallons of water used and I’m convinced that they lied about the «bill for what you used». They do that ratio split based on your apartment size to the whole community. This has been confirmed on the 12 months of me living here! Also remember that the quantity used is almost constant but the price per gallon is not constant and the price increases each billing cycle so your bill increases each billing cycle.
Otherwise, I like the apartment and its location. The inside is not anything luxurious but it is much nicer than majority of the other apartments in the area. Sure, the sound proof is not so great but that is down to your neighbors. I did have some crazy girls in my building coming back drunk and started yelling really loud in the middle of the night and I could hear it. The security could be vamped up as the garage gate is just 2 sticks moving up and down, and people like to leave those ground floor door prop open for anyone to come into the building. I never had any issue with dog poops in hall way as management is tight on that. The gym is good for an apartment gym and they have those free group fitness classes (good perk if you’re home a lot). They could do away with that mandatory valet trash fee that won’t even pick up your recycled boxes of they’re not in closed bags.
Lately, their cleanliness seems to be going down because I have been noticing a hole in the ceiling by the garage entrance in my building for the past 2 weeks and few nights ago, a giant dead rat was found right below that hole so I’m guessing the dead rat must have fell out from that hole. See my picture if you don’t believe me. My 14 months lease will be up soon and I won’t be renewing my lease here because the cons are outweighed the pros for me to stay here. I did some what enjoyed living in my apartment until the new construction started and the fees are starting to get more ridiculous each billing cycle.

We just moved in and so far everything has been great. We decided on this apartment because the customer service was greater than any other place we saw. Natalia showed us the building and made us feel welcome. Any issues we came across, she got resolved for us right away. We were surprised at how quiet the apartment is, even on the weekend. The location and amenities are great.

This gets 1 star for a simple reason: stuff kept going missing from my apartment. It started off as nicotine gum would be gone before I knew it. Then one day I had no spatulas. I figured that these incidents were based on my own absent-​mindedness. Then today I noticed that my external hard drive went missing from my locked apartment. That’s unacceptable in my book.
UPDATE: So I found the hard drive. The statement about spatulas and gum still stands though.
If you are willing to overlook that, this place is okay. It’s not bad, but it’s not great.
Pros:
–Located at the domain.
–Building 8 is out of the way of the bustle of the rest of the domain
–Pretty cheap for a luxury apartment in Austin
–The gym is awesome. Seriously cancel your gym membership because this one has everything you need
–First floor apartments in back get a yard
Cons:
–The apartment itself isn’t very luxury. Countertops are really cheap and «stainless steel fridge» just has stainless steel paneling on a plain Jane fridge. It feels new, it’s clean, but not luxury.
–A lot of people own dogs. Many, but not all, dogs are poorly socialized. That means they are aggressive with one another loudly outside my door.
–There’s a 1 vehicle per person policy for parking. The front office does not enforce this which is why there are no less than 3 motorcycles parked in prime parking that the owners *never* drive. Let’s be clear that these are not primary modes of transportation. They are hobby cycles that are just taking up entire parking spaces and require me to park on the roof. I live on the first floor. However, if someone smokes by the pool or at the end of one of the open hallways, an email is dispatched to the community post haste to remind everyone that smoking is verboten.
–Trash chute is right by the door to the garage. This wouldn’t be so bad, but the trash regularly gets clogged in the chute. So the trash bags pile up on the ground.
–No way to opt out of valet trash.

Okay. I see many people come check out this apartment and i think I should tell them how I feel about this apartment for living almost a year.
This apartment look nice and other than that all suck.
My new M4 got hit by the garage gate but they not taking responsibility for it because they already have a sign saying they will not take responsibility for any damages. That’s funny, they require us to park there tho. Second, they take forever to fix the front gate, they always have excuse like somebody come check it and they don’t know how long it takes. But that door been broken for almost 8 months. Keep always giving me a excuse people break it. And I always have to lock out my apartment 3am in the morning and have to walk behind the building to get in the back door. The manager’s attitude sucks too, well, $ 1100 a month, keep carefully

Worst place to live ever! Management and office staff are shitty and rude. Couldn’t pay me to move back here. Car was stolen from parking lot. Another car was broken into. They tell you it’s a gated parking but everyone at the domain has access to the car in the lot. They have airport style flags to let drive through not a gate! Traffic is a bitch during holidays and they throw stupid kid concerts right outside your window. Maintenance is a joke and the property is never kept clean. They let the trash back up and don’t even pick the dog shit when peoples dogs shit on the AstroTurf. Worst place ever! I’d give them no stars if I could.

I only live here because i work two blocks away but i would strongly advice others to live in a more secure location than here. I was just told that management is to cheap to spring for gates that actually work and cameras to keep the tenants vehicles a bit more safe. All of my vehicles have been damaged and or vandalized while living her. The front off women are extremely nice and sympathetic but that does not excuse the owners total disregard toward safety and upkeep at this apartment site. Simple live somewhere else!

I love my apartment. Coming from a spacious house, I wasn’t sure an apartment could feel like a home, but it does, once I’m inside. The apartment is open and well laid out. You do have to set the A/​C and heater much lower/​higher than I’ve ever had to do elsewhere, but it does work. The water heater is in the master bath and it takes forever for the hot water to travel to the kitchen sink, I mean a really long time! But it’s quick in the bathroom!
The master closet is huge and the kitchen pantry is teeny-​tiny! No entry closet, but the master closet is big enough to store your coats. The apartment is very quiet so far and you never hear adjoining neighbors in their apartments. But the halls are loud and it seems like everyone has yappy dogs here that don’t shut up in the halls. Some of them even pee in the elevators and halls. Someone got called out for it once and the next day, someone keyed the elevator door, so I’m guessing it was that dog owner.
The things I don’t like are:
— the elevators are the slowest elevators in the world! And once you get to your floor, it takes like 30 seconds for the door to open!
— valet trash service is expensive and unnecessary when we have trash chutes. Plus, people leave their trash cans out for much of the day and make the halls look «trashy».
— smoke alarms go off every time I cook because there’s a smoke alarm in the kitchen, how dumb is that? It scares the bejeezus out of me every time!
— I don’t think it’s fair that we have to park on the roof of the garage and they save three covered levels for retail, which most goes unused except near Christmas. The roof has all this loose gravel that you track into your car and I hate it! We pay a lot of money to live here, and the parking situation is not good. I think we should at least get to park on the third level so we don’t get rained on or have our cars in the hot sun all day. Mostly, I hate the loose gravel everywhere — it’s slippery and messy. They supposedly had a sweeper come recently, but I noticed no improvement whatsoever.
— the halls, elevators and main floor entry are not climate controlled so in the summer, you break a sweat just getting from your apartment to outside and in the winter, it is freezing and windy in the halls and main level.
— the security gate to enter the building is almost never functional. There are many times it won’t open and you have to walk all the way around the building to another entrance, OR, it doesn’t lock at all. And it seems like the whole world has a code to enter the building anyway, so it’s not secure by a long shot. They might as well do away with the security gate, because it doesn’t keep anyone out. We all give codes to our friends, and there are a million codes to get in. You could literally guess one.
So I know this sounds like a pretty negative review, but I actually do like living here. I’m just hoping management will take notice of all the things they can improve on.

My wife and I lived here for a year. I agree that the other reviews sound a bit pretentious. I understood going in that we were paying for a higher level of apartment life by going for a luxury apartment, especially in a place like the Domain. With that said, we were not expecting a 5 star hotel treatment with free massages. Every apartment complex is going to be just that, an apartment compex. In my opinion, the things a complex does to minimize the downsides of «apartment life» (loud neighbors, people complaining that you are too loud, cleanliness of public spaces, parking, and the general quality of the facilities) is what makes it stand out. In these respects, The Villages at the Domain excelled. What follows is a list of pros and cons.
Pros:
— The apartment itself was well built and stylish with a great layout
— Noise levels were low, good noise insulation to the top and well laid out to keep sleeping areas away from the noise making areas of your neighbors.
— I can’t say enough about the energy efficiency of the apartment. (Keep in mind we were on the second floor with retail below us and 2 apartments above us and no west sun.)
— The gym facilities and the services provided by their in house training team, FX FIT, are top notch for both working out by yourself or attending classes. If you move here plan on dropping your outside gym membership, you won’t need it any more.
— The proximity to the domain shops was fun for guests
— The complimentary gas grill at the pool came in handy a few times
— The staff was compitent and friendly
— The facilities were kept very clean
— The parking garage keeps your car safe from the elements with no extra garage fee
— Dog friendly
Cons:
— A bit more expensive than I thought was neccessary especially considering the commute to downtown, but this is Au$tin.
— The elevators were slow and frequently dirty
— The smoke alarms in our particular apartment would go off when cooking bacon (I don’t burn my bacon. We started joking that the smoke alarm was shouting that it wanted some)
— The $ 30 a month valet trash fee was completely pointless. The service is worthless and should be done away with by the management. The trash chutes were super close to the apartment and I didn’t have to do without a trash can while I was waiting for my trash to be picked up outside my door.
— The places to walk your dog around there could use some improvement, like a large dog area.
— You are living in a shopping mall. Be prepared for this. Sometimes you want to just go outside and not see anyone. This will never happen.
All this being said, it was overall a positive apartment experience. We moved because we found a house to rent closer to work, but had we not have found that we probably would have renewed.

I’ve lived here for a year now and enjoyed it. The other reviews sound a little pretentious — it’s an apartment complex, not a resort, and with that you’re going to get common apartment problems no matter where you’re at.
Good: The management here is great, always very helpful. Alex remembered my name off the bat and would always ask if I needed anything. The fitness center is top notch for an apartment. It gets a little crowded after work but if you go in the morning there’s rarely anyone there. The pool is nice. The interiors are modern, and pending that you don’t have noisy neighbors it’s relatively quiet. The A/​C here works like a charm (it’s water based). You can also rent a small storage unit for $ 20. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the train from here.
Bad: I got stuck between a couple of dubstep blaring neighbors and could definitely hear it. It was really annoying but I complained to management and they took care of it. The fire alarms do go off occasionally but it’s not as much as other people say on here — more like 1 – 2 times a month.

The staff at your offices at The Villages at the Domain has made it so I would prefer to rent from nowhere else. I know we are constantly bombarded with only bad reviews, or comments, and that’s why I am taking time to write this. People like Alex in their leasing office (and the rest of the staff) do a wonderful job and are one of the reasons I chose to stay at this complex. I will continue to spread the word about the property and its staff to friends/​family.
My apartment was clean on arrival and any time service was needed maintenance responded and was in my apartment in days fixing the request. I have rented for the past 7 years and this is by far the best experience I have had. I am going on my second year living here and don’t see that changing unless I plan on purchasing a home.
The only downfall I would say is parking but with the great location (restaurants, entertainment, etc) this is something I can look over no problem.

This place definitely has gone really good to really bad.
Everyone has to pay $ 28 monthly valet trash fee plus $ 1 Trash Admin Fee.
Lately the valet trash collector stopped collecting trash from each apartment for some unannounced reason?
The hallway and garbage room are full of uncollected trash and it’s nasty and unhygienic.
I love living here but with all the issues, we might have to consider an alternative.

⁵⁄₃₀ Update: I returned a call from their Regional Super. He will be sending me simple documentation I should have received 90-​days ago from local management. Why oh why did It take a Super to sort this out? At least we now know Accounting Carla is officially a Liar, folks.
⁵⁄₂₉ Update: Villages management has commented about my «perception» instead of my horrific customer experience via Unilocal as a public comment. They still have not contacted me directly via phone to resolve fees and escalate issue.

I have lived here for 14-​months. I paid $ 948 for a decent sized apartment and had three intolerable issues.
1. Carla with Accounting. She treated me like a child. I make six figures a year and was never late on one payment. Carla insulted, mistreated, and tried to use intimidation to force me into paying for a late fee that had never been communicated to me. I was very shocked and confused by this and she was nothing but a total b**ch to me. What’s most interesting is that this only came up weeks after I decided to not renew with Villages after 14mos. She also said that she was never obligated to let me know of an account discrepancy… Great customer service…
When I knew the conversation was headed nowhere fast, and didn’t suspect a reasonable outcome, I asked who I could speak to above her… She Shouted «NO ONE!!!» And proceeded to hang up on me. Truly shocked. It is sad that a ten minute conversation with an unhelpful, sour, employee could ruin my 14-​month experience at the Villages at The Domain. Otherwise, nice place.
2. Fire Alarms. They go off frequently. When I say frequently, we are talking weekly if not daily. They are constantly doing inspections on alarms that send off false alarms and have never given tenants any kind of courtesy discount for the sleepless nights and quiet less work days as I work from home. It is terrible folks. Absolutely terrible.
3. Security. The key fobs used to enter main building hallways are pointless as the doors locks are always broken. It took management 10 months… I counted and emailed them… to make floor 1 secure. The second floor in building 8 is still accessible so if you want to scope out our property, walk up the garage ramp to hall door and you’re good to go folks. Pretty scary as other reviews indicate theft on site and massive tire lift. Apparently cars were on cinder blocks and this wasn’t enough to motivate management to lock doors.
I guess you get what you pay for. Maybe Gables wasn’t so bad after all.

We lived in building 8 here from March 2013 to April of 2014. We are a family of 4, with two kids ages 6 and 9, needing temporary housing while our house was being built. The last time we lived in an apartment was more than 13 years ago, in our college days. It was very nice to have everything taken care of at the Villages. Their maintenance crew is great. Things are usually fixed quickly, much quicker than it would take us to do it ourselves for sure! The valet trash that so many people complain about was no big deal to us. Sometimes we’d use it. But when we’d forget, there’s a very convenient trash chute just down the hall. The location is obviously the biggest draw for this place. Our kids walked so much in the last year and truly enjoyed just being outside more. We would have brunch at Gloria’s on weekends, walk to Starbucks for live music on the weekends and visit the Apple store for the latest and greatest. We also walked to the iPic theater, Yogurt Planet often. The CARE team is awesome. They put on at least 3 events a month, ranging from BBQs to fashion shows to happy hour at surrounding restaurants to board game nights… Gail and Charles who run the CARE team are genuinely caring people who love to entertain and bring the community together. We were quite impressed with the amount of effort they put into making Villages a better place to live. Our family also really enjoyed the pool and courtyard during the summer. We usually had to avoid weekends because it didn’t seem as kid-​friendly when most people there are in their 20s enjoying alcohol and dropping F bombs. The AC (chiller) cost and cable was not a big deal to us either. If you own a house, you’d have to pay much higher rate for electricity and you’d pay your own internet anyway. None of the bills here were any surprise to us. It’s part of living expenses. The only thing that made us take a star off was the alarm system, like many others mentioned. When we first moved in in the spring of 2013, it went off at least once a month. A couple of those times were during the night at midnight or 2am, where we’d have to take the kids out of bed, vacate in our PJ and make them stand outside until it was all resolved by the fire department. Because of the concrete nature of the building, the alarm in the hallway were literally PAINFUL to our ears. It was definitely an experience. After our first alarm, we bought a big box of ear plugs for everyone. This may be the only big «Con» that we have about Villages. But the subsequent months at the Villages from the fall of 2013 to spring of 2014 the alarm situation was significantly improved. Last but not least, the ladies that work at the office are phenomenal. Alex was the one that we primarily dealt with. She was always quick to respond and very professional. Now that we moved into our new house, we all (especially the kids) still constantly talk about how much we miss the Villages of the Domain. One last note: This place was perfect for our family. It’s a bit out of the ways from central Domain to avoid all the noise, yet offered the convenience of shopping as everything was still all within walking distance. The Whole Foods being just a straight shoot down the road was also a super big plus for us. Too bad we only got to enjoy that for a couple of months before we had to move out. Overall we loved this place. We talked about someday getting just a studio here as a secondary unit in addition to our house, which really is only 8 minutes away. That’s how much we love it here. :)

we were charged $ 800 for carpet replacement and i have 20 witnesses that our carpet was flawless.
problem: we moved to another state and were unable to re-​visit our old apartment for «proof» that the carpet was stained. the apartment manager claimed that we should have done a «walk through» upon check-​out; however, we were never offered that option.

i personally loved this location and everything about the apartment and feel that we were wronged out of $ 800 after being excellent tenants.
i have never had an apartment not give a deposit back. do not live here unless you want to lose money when you move out!!!

My temporary housing is located here, and the location is amazing. The temporary housing company Oakwood is phenomenal, but the Villages at the Domain themselves don’t seem to care. The location itself earns it one star. Otherwise, The hallways are left dirty and I always see empty Dicks sporting good carts floating around. Soda spilt in the elevators and never picked up. Plus, the pool area is not kept up well, and I haven’t yet tried the fitness center so can’t comment on that. You can utilize the business center during office hours if you have to print or scan anything, and the business center is actually pretty cozy and nice.
Plus, I am glad to know I am not the only one who feels less than safe here. There really is no such thing as security. The locks on the door, even though there are two, give you no peace of mind. The parking gate is a joke, I was here for two weeks and it was broken twice within that time.
The concrete open hallways are an awesome amplifier of sound. I also get to enjoy the music of my neighbors, and the heavy foot falls of the person living above me. I am so glad this is only a temp situation. But, I will miss living right at the center of everything.
Forgot to mention the lovely bright lights that glare through my windows all day long from Dicks and Dimonds Direct. I basically have the blinds closed all the time.

This place appears nice from outside, and while you have all the shops around to go hang out at, it doesn’t make up for the rest of the crap. The fees are expensive as everyone stated above. The air conditioner is horrible. We’ve gotten it replaced and it continues to act up.
WORST THING: If your apartment faces the mall you will be woken up by either power washers or leaf blowers several times a week, even saturdays before 8AM.

The fire alarm goes off when there is a thunder storm. The noise just keeps going and is deafening! The noise doesn’t stop until the fire dept arrives to shut off the alarms. Recently the alarms have gone off in the middle of the night and late in the evening. The situation is just unacceptable.

I’m going to aim to give the most in-​depth review so you can gauge for yourself if this complex is right for you. You can tell by my rating I wouldn’t choose this place again (and won’t). (Modifying to update on chiller issue)
Pros:
–If you’re into high end shopping the Domain is the best place for it. You can take the elevator down from your apartment and you’re right in the Domain. Great place to take a walk, grab some food, and just look around. The eating in this place is amazing
–Residents have private parking on the top floor of parking garages. My building has the top floor of a parking deck gated off and you use a remote to get in. The top floor also has a breeze way that takes me right to my apartment floor.
–Garbage shoots on every floor make getting rid of trash simple and easy. There is trash valet… see cons.
–Very safe community. I’ve never felt like I or my girlfriend are ever in harms way.
–Like Kevin mentioned below I love going out to the stores. I’m kinda bummed the Corner Market got closed down, then again I was wondering how that store stayed in business.
CONS:
–Rent is WAY to high for what you’re getting, and it only goes up when you renew your lease. I currently pay $ 1388 a month for a 1 bedroom with 1.5 bath. Also the rent is NO WHERE CLOSE to what you’ll pay per a month. In addition to your normal water /​electricity you have a chiller fee, and valet trash fee. Add this to any internet /​cable you get. The chiller is SUPER expensive, and the «valve» that controls your meter can get «stuck» open. I’ve been told the last tenant paid $ 35 in July of 2011 in chiller fees (the hottest month last year). I just got my chiller bill for Feb-​March just the chiller fee was $ 131. Add the trash ($ 28) and my total water bill (yes trash is included on water) is $ 184.57. I’ve never paid that much for utilities total! Keep in mind that $ 184.57 doesn’t include my electricity or cable.
–All those nice security features like gated parking and the security doors are ALWAYS broken. In the three months I’ve been here the gates on the parking garage have functioned for only 3 weeks. Sometimes if the gate gets stuck down and your car is behind it you can’t get out and have to wait for maintenance to come and lock it in the up position that usually takes them about 2 – 3 days to get around to.
–I’ve reported a few things like light bulbs that needed replacing, mold in closet (was there on move in) and a few other things like my car being stuck behind the security gate… never got a call back.
–The staff in the office never recognize you. I go in there to pick up packages at least twice a week and every time they come up to me trying to sell me on moving in. When they realize I’m a resident their tone completely changes and they act like I’m just an inconvenience. (I guess they’re paid only on commission, that must suck so I can’t get too angry at them)
–The buildings are concrete construction. When people come back late at night their voices echo throughout the entire building and will wake you up. My building is particularly bad on Friday and Saturday nights around 2:30 AM.
–When you first move in you’ll be amazed that your apartment has «real» wood floors. You’ll learn to hate the fact that your upstairs neighbor has them too. You can hear every step they take, heaven help you if they wear highheels. The «wood» flooring conducts noise so well that I can hear my upstairs neighbor every time their phone vibrates.
–You get used to the train going by all hours of the night, but that first week is going to kill your sleep. I suggest every resident buy a bottle of Nyquil to help you get through it.
–The trash valet service is horrible. Every floor has a trash shoot you can put your trash in, but you can’t cancel the valet service. The valet requires you to leave your entire trashcan out and you never know when they’re going to come. So if your trash is sitting outside and you need to put something in the trash what do you do? I’ve just resorted to taking the 30 seconds it takes to walk my trash to the rubbish shoot and deal with it myself. Just wish I didn’t have to pay for a service I don’t use.
–You’ll see plenty of people moving into the complex, the reason being is the complex itself does not have a very high retention rate.
Summary:
If you’re looking to live in the Domain I highly recommend checking out a community called Mesa Verde. The complex is about $ 400 a month cheaper on rent and it sits on an access road that puts you right into the Domain with no traffic issues (if fact its a 5 minute walk from the complex, there’s a trail). I wish I could afford to get myself out of this complex, but with my utilities costing me around $ 450 a month and the $ 1388 rent I’m really blowing my budget as it is.

Pros: Location, shops, nice apartments, garage parking.
Cons: Too expensive, trash in garage from partying students, lots of dogs = lots of dog feces, often dog urine in hallways. The utility/​chiller bills are a scam, and nobody explains how they work + 28.00 (!!) a month for mandatory trash pickup. Ear-​splitting fire alarms go off randomly. You have to leave your apartment or risk ear damage. Not kidding.
Finally, though, are the things that make this place unlivable for us. We live near Magianno’s in sight of the fountain. Wait, did I say fountain? I meant public kiddie pool that is full of screaming 1 – 5 year old children from 9am until 10pm. Even with doors and windows closed, it’s like living next to a public pool in the projects. Nice. Of course, the giant turtle is also a favorite gathering point for many non-​residents looking for free entertainment for their little rugrats. More noise, more screaming. Then, throw in the 7 days a week HORRIBLE Kenny G pseudo-​jazz soundtrack, and you have a an apartment that, in my opinion, is unlivable. We don’t mind the expected noise from regular traffic. It’s the non-​stop screaming from the little kiddos that is unacceptable.
Do yourself a favor. Before moving here, make sure you understand where the screaming kids gather before choosing your place. Also, expect to be overcharged for rent and utilities. And, I hope you like, no, love, Kenny G.

I’ve lived here for over a year now and must say, I will miss it when I leave. The office staff is great — professional and experienced. Living at the Domain has been awesome, especially for my freelance lifestyle. Stores and restaurants continue to open and are livening up the place. The gym is excellent with great equipment as is the saltwater pool. I walk to Coffee Bean almost every morning and grab Subway when I have no food left in my fridge. When I’m in the mood for sweets, I walk down to Yogurt Planet. And when I work late nights, I grab a Red Bull or beer/​wine from the Corner Market or get sushi delivered from Sushi Zushi. When my trash is full, I put it outside my door for «valet» pick-​up along with recycling. Freakin’ love that.
My view is great. I’m right above the Subway so I’m in a cove facing out to Gold Class, Coffee Bean, the fire pit and water fountain. Perfect for people watching. The landscaping is well kept and the trees and plants are coming in nicely. Working during the day is peaceful.
My only cons are the parking, the laminate wood flooring, and lack of a running trail. Overall, I highly recommend this place for others who work from home, or for young professional, corporate-​types.
