This was a rough experience, not the fault of Visionworks. I found out after going in multiple times and waiting a couple of months that my doctor had made an error when they wrote the prescription. Gina and Lala bent over backwards to help me get the right prescription and glasses. If it wasn’t for these two lovely ladies I would have lost my mind. I am very satisfied with the service, my new frames and reading glasses. I highly recommend this store. Ask for Lala or Gina when you go in and they will treat you like family. Best customer service I have had in years.

Nothing like having a 4 year old that needs to wear glasses. It’s been almost 6 months and we have visited the Bee Cave location a dozen times (initial purchase, fallen out lens, bent frames, scratched lenses, etc.)
They’ve been great with really good advice. Lala especially deserves a big round of applause.

This is a chain company and so it is busy and there is some of that corporate confusion going on. HOWEVER. There is one employee, Gina, who makes the place feel like a small private office that will cater to your every whim. Gina was wonderful, knows her customers by first name, and was honest and helpful. I went in expecting to be treated like cattle but willing since the place has some great deals, but Gina made it feel like a personal experience. She helped me choose my glasses, talked me through the lenses and what I did and didn’t need based on my job and prescription, and when I got a confusing answer on the phone while following up to see when my glasses would be ready, she took over the call and took care of everything. Gina gets a gold star in my book and I will definitely return in the future.

Lala was the most awesome person we ha e ever worked with while getting our glasses. She is fun, lively, and great at what she does.
She helped us, not by telling us everything looked good just so she cold get the sales but by actually telling us her honest opinion.
Will definitely be back to this location.
