«Do you have Coke or do you have Pepsi?» «We have Coke.» We get our drinks… they’re not Coke. We ask the waitress again as we send them back. «Oh, it’s actually Maine Root Soda» «We’ll have water, please.» Seriously, folks, if a customer asks the question, they probably have a preference and you’ve just ticked them off before they have even ordered their meal. Waterloo ain’t what it used to be.

Service was good at first but we had to wait a while to get our check and a to go box. I never got a refill on my first glass of water which was annoying. awesome food. Waitress was very polite and our order was brought out quick. I got a chicken fried chicken and it was soooo good. We paid 60 $ for 4 people a little pricey.

It is casual, the staff is hit and miss, the food is bad but it is the best place on 360 since Opal Davenport is gone

Decent food. Very poor service. Food was not sent out as ordered. Waitress was extremely slow and very unobservant. We will not be returning here.

We love coming here for lunch during the work week, we usually sit in the bar because it is very fast! We always get in and out in about 30 minutes! I usually get the chicken tortilla soup or salad or the burgers are awesome!

Service is touch and go but it’s walking distance from my house. Gets quiet after the morning rush and the pancakes do make me happy. Overall nice people working there and oh the biscuits. Did I mention the biscuits?!! AMAZING. I always end up taking them home.

Like the food and the great Austin history, but the service at 360 is consistently slow. It’s been slow so many times we’ve cut back on our visits(even though it’s very close). One time we waited an hour for basic burger type food. Hoping they get better over time.

Welllllll, we spent too much money here for what it is. We came for the playground, but what. a. mess!!! Loose dirt EVERYWHERE, filthy kid, no place outside to wash hands meant mutiiple trips to restroom and food was mediocre. Queso was bland & cheese was not melted throughout. Go south for a good Waterloo experience!

We stopped in this morning after an early drop off at the airport for some breakfast. Once again … not disappointed at all! I got some breakfast tacos and some much needed java and things started getting much better for the day. The tacos were tasty, the egg cooked just right and the bacon, hashbrowns and cheese mixed in just the way I like it. The coffee was nice and strong and the refills were right on time. Wifey got the Waterloo Migas and overall loved it, although she did complain that the dish didn’t have quite the heat she really likes. Great start to the morning, thanks from both of us!

This place is so disorganized it hurts. Long wait times, slow service, poor communication, and mediocre food. There is a playground outside for the kiddos, but since it’s sand instead of gravel, be prepared to breathe and eat dust if you sit outside. The place is loud and the layout is tight. You’ll overhear your neighbors convos and they’ll hear yours as you wait anxiously for your drinks and food from a wait staff that is nowhere to be found. I can’t knock the staff’s attitude, they’re generally pretty happy. I guess you could say they don’t have a care in the world. I’ve had a couple enjoyable meals here, but it was only during off peak times and I had a couple rounds. I’d encourage anyone that will listen, go during an off time. The service is acceptable and there aren’t dozens of little feet to recreate dust storms not seen since the Great Depression. If you see more than 6 tables full outside, you’ll want to walk around the corner to 360 pizza. It’s some of the best pizza in the city and you’ll leave happy.

I’m not sure what was worse– the food or the service. They seemed understaffed and the servers who were there were giving it their all. All the food was bland and cold. There are much better child friendly options

We stopped at this watering hole to avoid rush hour traffic. After reading the reviews we thought, «Why not.» I ordered the fried catfish with tater tots. My wife ordered one of the crowd favorites, «Emily’s pan seared chicken.» The fish was good and tots perfect. The chicken on the other hand was outstanding. After tasting the chicken I was disappointed I had ordered the fish. The chicken was great. It has a nice flavorful crisp to the outside and was juicy. The fries were just how Nana used to make them back home. We each had a drink from the bar which was exactly what we expected. We ordered another chicken plate to go. We will definitely be back.

Poor service unfortunately. Make sure not to come when it’s slow or you might be ignored if there is no wait staff apparently where you are sitting. I thought if you go to a restaurant their should be wait staff for all areas. Definitely won’t be back to this Waterloo. But wait… Sometimes getting some courteous assistance can totally turn around the experience. So from one star to 3. And the food was pretty darn good.

Good wide variety of food, and everything tastes pretty good too. I haven’t been in forever but I used to love to come where with the kids when they were little so they could go and play on the playscape. My only complaint is the noise and the often long wait, but otherwise a great restaurant.

What can I say about one of the restaurants close to work. Not many choices in the area. We used to go here many times. Finally we gave up on this place. The service is so slow. It not for a lack of wait staff, as there are plenty. Food is average at best. I have tried the burgers, tacos, salads and breakfast. All the food is eatable but nothing that makes you want to come back for more. I find the Price is high for what you get. I guess they know we don’t have much choices in the area so they charge more. There is a play area in back for kids — which is mostly used by rich housewives drinking inside while kids play outside Parking, if you don’t get here early is very sparse. If you are looking to relax, don’t count on doing it here as it is loud. We still get food from here occasionally but only if the weather is bad and we don’t want to drive far.

My husband and I decided to check this place out despite the mediocre reviews because it is near our house and we were pleasantly surprised. I ordered a combo plate which I loved because I could choose 3 of whatever sides that I wanted. It was great! I got the tortilla soup, which had delicious flame-broiled chicken in it, a ginormous fully-loaded baked potato, and the green beans w/bacon. My husband had the Cobb salad which was also pretty yummy. The décor was cool in the bar area. It was not very busy so there was very prompt service. Our bartender/server was very friendly and attentive. She also gave great drink recommendations! I had one of their signature drinks which was made to perfection and my husband asked for a margarita but he wanted something spicy so she offered to hand-muddle some jalapeño for him! I took a taste and will definitely be ordering that next time for sure! SooO good! I am really not sure why this place is getting low marks because it seemed pretty solid to me. I guess you can judge for yourself, but I know that we will be returning for sure!

The food here… Well, just no. I really like this place for the playground. My daughter loves it. I also come by after work occasionally and their bartender, Aaron, is pretty great too.

A work lunch. Passable. Barely. I ordered the combo: chili, side salad, seasonal vegetables. Chili was not hot. Salad was lettuce/green mix/shredded carrot/hard tomato/2 slices cucumber. One dinky container of bleu cheese dressing that wasn’t very bleu or cheesey. Seasonal vegetables were broccoli and carrots. Broccoli so hard it was difficult to cut with a knife. My co-worker ordered the Hippie Chop Salad and a cup of chili. His opinion was similar to mine. It’s okay, but Meh pretty much sums it up.

I’m rounding up from 3.5 to 4 stars. The food was fine, nothing special. The service left something to be desired. However, and this is a big however, THEYHAVE A PLAYSCAPE. Having a playscape makes my meal and drinks so much more enjoyable. For that simple reason, I will put this in my restaurant rotation.

This location has some of the best servers and employees. Everyone is friendly and professional. Lunch/Dinner all I have had are the burgers with tater tots. We eat here after church on Sundays. Breakfast has been good. It is really fast on Sundays. There has been times that the food has gotten to the table in less than 5 minutes from ordering. Sunday brunch is crowded. There is an outside seating area.
