So aparently you need a car to go through the drive through so we had to go +2inside which made me discraced. So when we went inside and they still wouldn’t order us for like a minute. I think the service I atrotous. That’s why I think you shouldn’t go to this wendies. I believe that all Wendy’s should see this review, and be completely torn up by it. No food corporation should feel ad bad as this. Most of the people working here are hard to understand, and treat their customers poorly. Moreover, there is actually a spelling error on their damn cups. Get real. Mickey D’s Is better than this crap. They will never receive my money again. They claim their food is «freshly made» BS. I can’t even continue to write this. It saddens my day. Wendy’s has already ruined my day. Their bathrooms had shit on the floor. I can’t express my disbelief of an American business. Try hsrder. Wendy probably got coal every year by the big bad santy claws himself. (P.S. the manager made me wet.)

Horrible night drive thru experience. The person taking my order spoke extremely fast and seemed in a hurry I could barely make out what she was saying. No customer service at all. TERRIBLE service. Never going back there which is a shame I used to eat Wendy’s 5 times a day. Won’t be seeing me there again.

This place has really dropped off the map in the last 6 months or so. Not sure if that is management change or ownership, or whatever. Good quality has dropped, much slower service. New drink machines are consistently out of many brands. Always new faces on front staff, and back seems really sparse staffed. I think I’m done here. Today there is a hungover construction worker sleeping on the communal large table. Not cool.

I’ve been going here for over 15 years, as I grew up in the area & currently bring my grandmother dinner once a week. I’ve never had issues until this year. The manager is rude & charges for condiments… Never have I had to pay for honey mustard, esp after spending $ 12 on fries & two tiny burgers. Ridiculous. My order has been wrong 3 out of my last 5 visits, too! There are always different people working the window, none of which seem to be literate in English, so perhaps a high turnover rate can be attributed to the poor management. Regardless, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I live right around the corner and this is my go to fast food place.(Mind you, I don’t eat fast food often. If I do indulge its preferably Taco bell but Wendy’s is a close second) I’ve been to other Wendy’s(and have had some shitty experiences, but c’est la vie) but this location gets my order right 95% of the time. And if they don’t(I usually check, just in case) they are more than happy to fix it. Mind you, I’m kind of a picky eater. Not to mention they, even when they are busy, seem to be super fast. And the manager is super nice. It’s apparent in the quality and speed of service. I usually don’t take the time to review fast food places, but this warrants a glowing review.

This place is great BUT they have signs posted out side as well as online that they’re open until 2pm. I wish they were open until 2. We’re lucky if they stay open past 10pm. I’ve never been to a Wendy’s with such poor hours of operation.

Consistently the fastest drive-thru I’ve ever been through — even during a lunch rush. Today I was impressed when one cashier took my cash and another gave me my change before he had even turned around. Way to go Wendy’s!

Welcome, Wendy’s, to the«nasty list.» Several visits ago, I was told my order was delayed because they«were waiting on meat.» Tonight, our drive-through order was incorrect and when we returned, they again tried to screw up the order — in the EXACTSAMEWAY. Jeezus, Wendy’s, it’s not that hard to get an order correct, especially when you even repeat the order back correctly.

This Wendy’s used to be really fast, every time. The last 3 months or slow they’ve become dreadfully slow, and I don’t know why. There’s always 5 people scrambling around cooking and the person taking the orders always runs off to help instead of taking more orders. Still giving it 4 stars(more like a 3.5) but the service is really bad lately.

yummy food, fast service! BUT they didn’t provide me with a straw for my drink. This made me sad.

I usually love wendy’s but after watching the guy give me a frosty he accidentally stuck his finger in and complain when i asked for a different flavor so i knew it wasn’t that frosty i kinda don’t like this place.

Not much of a Wendy’s fan myself, but the kids love their chicken nuggets(not sure why, I prefer Sonic if you simply have to have chicken nuggets). But this is a convenient(for me) location with a friendly, quick staff, and it’s always clean inside. If you have to do fast food, this is a good option.

I live right around the corner, so I have visited this Wendy’s many times. For food, it is basically the same as any other Wendys. With one exception — they almost always never have any baked potatoes, at least in the evening when I am likely to visit. I have complained many times to the management there, but no luck. I took it a step further tonight(Sunday, July 24, 2011) and basically demanded an explanation. The night manager(same woman I spoke to many times before on this) patiently explained to me that they keep 4 potatoes in inventory. When these are gone, they will cook new ones which take one hour. I have this on video actually. She says it is just my bad luck that they never have any when I visit. She was not at all apologetic on the video — she says this is just the policy she is forced to follow. I am not sure if this is a true story or not(maybe they just don’t want to cook potatoes in the evening), but I can’t refute it either. Maybe if Seinfeld comes back, they will do a story on my plight. Go figure. I like baked potatoes, so in general if I want the Wendy’s experience for my family I go to another location. I have never had a problem at other locations.

It’s been ages since I visited any fast food chain. We went there for a quick dinner last night and boy was I impressed by this joint! It has wi-fi, 2 desktops for free internet access and 2 flat screen TV hanging on the wall. Kids these days are too lucky. During my teenage years when we hung out at McDonald, eating crappy burgers but yet devilicious fries, we had to entertain ourselves with our own stupid jokes while being stared down by these stupids parents who were overfeeding their restless kids that just came down from the slide in the McD playground.

Wendy’s fries are ALWAYS cold from this location. I’ve been eating at this place for at least 10yrs since I live right down the street. Not only are they cold, but you consistently have to ask for ketchup. This is always a mystery to me. Do fast food restaurants really save that much money by not including ketchup with every order of fries? I know not everyone wants ketchup, but I’m guessing the majority do. I will say that they are always fast and efficient, if not friendly. You never have to worry about a long drive-through wait, even if the line of cars is out into the street. Even with the longest line you can get your order in about 5 minutes. I’d prob give them 3 stars, but I’m so tired of their food I can’t make myself do it.

My drive through experience frequently turns into that stereotypical scene where the guy taking my order is speaking in tongues, has an accent or is just grooving with a broken speaker. I just agree with him and hope for the best. And I look in the sack before heading home. I’m usually here to pick a burger and fries up for the teenager but sometimes, just sometimes… I order a frosty or a salad. And if I’m extremely hungry, I order the junior bacon cheese burger. Wendy’s is probably the fastest fast food around. Do they read our minds before we get there? Scary. Or is the food sitting around waiting. Scarier. Or is it a bag of food someone ordered hours before and the order was wrong. Scariest. So, yes. It’s a chain AND it’s fast food. But convenience for a mother is necessity. Or something like that.

is it just me or do the people that work at wendy’s say«see you tomorrow» to everyone? i mean, i know that my order of nuggets, jr. bacon cheeseburger and hi-c fruit punch sets me apart from the combo orders, but how do they really know i will be back tomorrow? that’s kinda presumptuous and scary at the same time. or they can smell my weakness. either way i still *heart* wendy’s.
