My husband and I went to see Aisha Kessler on June of 2014 and we are smoke free!!! I quit on the same day after this hypnosis session and my husband quit 3 days after. I was very skeptical about it but somehow it did work! I smoked for 20 years, tried to stop several times with no good results. It is been month and a half and we are not going back.(we had a small group session and the price was very inexpensive)

Aisha is fantastic. I had two hypnosis sessions with her to cure my addiction to caffeine and energy drinks. I had tried to quit literally dozens of times on my own over the years but always failed. Since my first session with her I haven’t had a drop since and don’t miss it at all! It’s so liberating.
Aisha took the time to really listen to my problem and understand why I was addicted. She customized each session to be tailored to my specific issues. We really got to root cause of why I thought I needed caffeine and were able to paint a picture of the future where I get by just fine without it. It was very obvious that she cared deeply about my problem and finding a way to solve it that would work best for me. I was really happy about that.
Aisha also offers audio recordings of her sessions as an optional extra. I would highly recommend doing this. Listening to audio from my one of my sessions each night before I go to bed really helps re-​enforce everything.
