I’ve had mostly positive experiences with this location, but my frustration with the beta testing of the mobile ordering application has caused me to re-think if I’ll ever visit this location again. As I mentioned, the mobile application is in beta testing, which is fine. It’s glitchy, but you can get it to work. Place your order, enter your credit card(yikes), make sure your Bluetooth is on, and head to the restaurant. The fun begins when you show up to pick up your order. None of the staff other than the manager level appears to know anything about how to process the order. I’ve been told at the speakerbox that everything is fine and to drive around, only to get to the window to be told that they don’t have an order for me. I’ve been asked to pay again, even though the app forces you to pre-pay via credit card. I’ve been asked to repeat my entire order again, totally negating the point of the app and holding up the line. But I’ve never… repeat: NEVER… been part of an issue-free order. Tonight takes the cake, though. Pass my phone around to a bunch of weary co-workers looking for a quick dinner, check. Head out from the office to pick up the food after forcing my way through the app glitches, check. Get to the drive-thru and are told at the speakerbox that«everything is fine, please drive around»…check. Guess what? No record of the order… well, we may have deleted the order when it came in… can’t you just tell us the complicated order that you didn’t write down because you thought the restaurant staff could do their freakin’ job? No real apology, no care displayed for the huge inconvenience to try to call the office to see if I could find everyone, nothing. Management needs to take action and get these folks properly trained or shut down the app testing at this location, because there’s now a group of me and my co-workers who’d rather go hungry than give another dollar to this location.

Completely botched our drive thru order. Everything was wrong — every item was incorrect. One was wrong on the receipt — which I should have caught while ordering, and the other was correct on the receipt but they literally did the opposite of the order. Unfortunately because it was a drive thru order I didn’t notice till we got home. Called and spoke with a very polite worker to see if there was anything they could do and short of coming back into the store to replace the food(no thanks) or do a refund we were out of luck.

So I have been to this Wendy’s a number of times without any reason to complain. That is probably the only reason why I have rated two stars instead of one. But tonight’s experience was just unfortunate, I’m afraid to say. When I pulled into the parking lot the majority of employee’s were posted up outside the main entrance smoking and hanging out; five, maybe six people. Its a slow Monday night, so I can understand a smoke-break, but in front of the main door!!! Totally unprofessional! When I placed my order, everything went great. My window experience was great too. I will admit I should have checked the bag before leaving the lot. When I opened the bag at home I was missing a burger and the receipt. I did the math and I was shorted one. Most would accept this as a minor loss, which I have. But I decided that the people should know regardless. Get it together night crew!!!

I got a coupon to get free food and like most people I decided to try it. Let’s just say maybe in 2012 they are getting things right because it’s the only Wendy’s I’ve ever eaten that hasn’t tasted like shit! They put way too much salt on their fries but when I am broke and or just getting off work which is way too late to go anywhere that isn’t out of my way. this food works pretty well. Anyways I started eating Wendy’s again because of this place.

I am through with Wendy’s for now. My order included 2 Jr cheeseburger deluxes and I specifically requested that tomatoes be included in my burgers, she said«not worries they come with tomatoes». What you know they gave the burgers with no tomatoes and they tasted like cardboard. So have a good life Wendy’s, you won’t be seeing me here any time soon…
