It was a very long day, I was craving their amazing soup, so I stopped by the one closest to my work. I asked my cashier for some extra crackers, and told him I would not mind at all paying anything extra. He threw like 15 packets in there! So nice! I really appreciated it! Definitely a good experience and will continue being a regular for their good customer service :)

Service is still a problem at this location. I waited and waited at the location titled order pick up but never received my food. I had to stop an employee to find my order, which was now cold.

This Chick-​fil-​a is as good as they get! The operator and staff do everything in their power to make every visit a great experience. Fast, friendly and the food is always fresh. They treat the customer and staff very well. Glad to be a regular customer!

Although I am not a huge fan of fast food in general, I make an effort to support Chick-​Fil-​A. I admire their business practices, values, and philanthropy. They don’t seem to be afraid to display their values and operate by them even if sometimes it is not a popular decision.
They don’t shove their beliefs nor faith-​based practices in your face but make every-​day business decisions by them.
Their chicken sandwiches are hot and delicious, however never fail to trigger acid reflux. They are definitely worth the momentary discomfort to me :)

Don’t pick the far right lane today!!! Usually a good experience but not today! Don’t come to drive thru today!!! Worst I’ve ever seen! It’s frustrating being in one lane and the other lanes are zooming by, while I’m stuck in the slow lane for 10 minutes.

Chick fila is the absolute best. But this location doesn’t have jalepenos, I hate to be «that guy», but I’d rather drive 2 miles down the road on the one near wal mart because they serve jalepenos. I have a big group of friends who moved here from south Texas and we’re super accustomed to eating out chick fila with Jalepenos. Hope you guys can change that, thanks!

Waited for 8 mins behind a single car in the drive thru on a Wednesday at 10 am. Drove up to the box, and heard a disinterested voice ask for my order. Placed my order — no confirmation back. Waited for 30 secs, asked if my order was confirmed — no reply back, but could hear laughing and chatter from other people. Waited for a full minute, no reply back.
Drove up to the window, person tried to give me something that I didnot order. Explained what had happened, they tried to say that I didn’t order at the box, I explained what happened again, but they didn’t really want to help. So I asked them if they wanted me to leave, and they mostly just agreed. So I left.
It is hard to screw up a drive-​through — but these guys managed to do it. Not going back. It is not like they are the only ones specializing in unhealthy food.

Chicken sandwich was great! Service was great and they all had smiles on their faces. Glad that they expanded! And paid their workers while they were fixing the restaurant! Great job!

Staff is extremely nice at this location, this location always does well on your special orders. Get’s CRAZY crowded during the lunch hour, but they have a system to get you in and out as quick as possible. The food never disappoints.

It is always busy at this location but our order is always fresh and as it should be.

Our office is 1 mile from here and our staff and I eat here a lot. We like the quality of service and the consistent quality of food that comes out of this location. We were bummed when then closed for remodeling. However, they opened with a vengeance. You won’t find a more courteous staff or faster place to get service from than this ChickFilA.

This location closed for a few months and I was soooooooo sad but then when they reopened they had THREE drive-​thru lanes and a separate building built just to make the drive-​thru lanes move faster! This place is really awesome and have taken into consideration what would be best for the customers to get in and out of here quickly! The workers are friendly and the inside is always clean and comfortable to dine in. They even walk around asking if you want refills and more sauce!

I’ve been here numerous and to many other Chick-fil-A’s and I must say succinctly that thus was has the best service especially when it’s it around the lunch rush hour. The new remodel has made the inside a lot more spacious. I usually park and go inside to order to go or dine in, because the drive thru can be backed up and I think ordering in is typically faster.
Here’s an example of why I get exceptional service here. I ate here last week. I got my food very quickly and it was correct. I was offered a refill without me asking, I was giving a sample of the chocolate chip cookies while waiting on line. When I went to discard the food on my tray an employee insisted that they do it. It’s about as five star dining you can get for a fast food restaurant in my opinion and since this one is the best out all in Austin I’ll rather go a little out of the way to done in at this location. Thy also have a brand new indoor play space for patrons with kids.
The food of course is always great it’s primarily chicken sandwiches with an assortment of sides. They even have a great salad menu for patrons seeking healthier options.

This new drive-​through has done nothing to improve the speed of the service. It was so slow that three cars backed out and only two of us walked inside the order. When I did walk in to order there were these two younger employees were talking about how «bad ass» Straight out of Compton the movie was. That was interesting considering the values of Chick-​fil-​A and the supposed qualities they look for in employees. When the person bagging the food yelled «order up» that same employee walked over, look at the bag and walked back to the guy he was having a conversation with. I asked him if that was my bag under the name of Eric and he just shook his head no. Two seconds later a different, female employee, look at the bag look up and yelled Eric.
New building, new crappy service.

A few years back they had pajama night at this Chick-​fil-​A. My daughter and I arrived in pajamas. Lots of people were wearing pajamas, even the workers. It was great. I have always loved this Chick-​fil-​A — good food, clean, great service, and very friendly people. I could sit back and relax while my daughter played in the play area. My daughter and I were anxious to go once it re-​opened. With the increased square footage we were hoping for an upgraded play area. We were disappointed to find that it was smaller, confining, with no window to the outside. I understand it: a smaller play area, less time playing, a faster turnover of customers. I am still I fan, but my daughter is not going to want to go there.

Good for you!!! What a great story. I have ALWAYS loved Chick-​fil-​A, but now I even love them more. You must have great employees and they will be loyal and honest for you forever.
Chick-​fil-​A PLEASE come to Oregon.

Okay I’ve never eaten here and I’m not that fond of Chick-​fil-​A. But did you hear what the owner did? He kept his staff on payroll while the place was closed for remodel! Yeah, he continued to pay his staff.
Now that’s enough to get me to stop by next time I’m in the area, but apparently his respect for his employees spills over into how they treat the customers!
Apparently SERVICE is an important word at this fast food place.
You heard me I said SERVICE and FAST FOOD in the same sentence.

After many months of construction, this location is open once again. It has doubled in size and is the largest CFA in Austin.

I am not a fast food person but, something about the sweet chicken tenders and dipping them in mayo at this place makes my stomach happy! The waffle fries aren’t a bad accompaniment either!!!
I haven’t been here in years so, I was confused by the people actually standing outside at the drive through lines taking orders and processing payment. Totally different but, it added a person touch to being in a drive through line!
Their tenders never forget to impress and I love them! It’s nice to see that some things never change!

Fast, quick, clean, chick-​fil-​a. No complaints, although a bit of notice before completely leveling the store would’ve been nice.

I love chik fil a but they have HORRIBLE service in the morning. We sat in the drive thru for over 5 minutes waiting for the cashier Jenny to take our order. I had to get out of my car and go in to ask what was going on. Jenny had forgotten to put her headset on with 4 people waiting for service in the drive thru. She didn’t apologize for us waiting and her manager didn’t say anything.
