I had bought my salad and coke at the location in Round Rock and was driving over to work. I tasted my coke and it was horrible. This location was on the way to work so I stopped and asked them if they could replace it for me. The manager was so nice and helpful and even said he was going to call the other location but it seemed they probably had a problem with their machine. Definitely will be going to this location from now on :)

Really good sandwhiches. I always get the original. All of the Employees are nice. I definitely recommend getting a pickle on the side.

Food was pretty good but many other aspects of the store were below average. The customer service was below ideal and the store was just flat out dirty. Windows, seats, and floors were stained and covered with trash. Pests were flying throughout the store. The store was not clean under any means. I hope that store improves it’s sanitary conditions and customer service.

A few weeks ago I went there, and while the food was good, I had the hardest time convincing the server to give me both sandwiches I ordered. After going back and forth at least 3 times, he finally said«I only see one person sitting here», and then he very reluctantly gave it to me. Then about 20 – 25 minutes later, after I finished both(they were just small sandwiches by the way, and I didn’t order chips), he came by, dropped his jaw, and said«I can’t believe you ate both». and«You wolfed those down!». Really? 20 – 25 minutes is «wolfing down»? He then asked if I still wanted the second pickle(which was still on my plate), and I said yes, and he said, «then I won’t take your plates away yet». Overall, these and other comments went a long way towards making me feel guilty for ordering two small sandwiches, and his harassment was not called for at all, as I didn’t know him, nor had I addressed him before any of this. When I filled out a survey to get a their standard coupon, the form said they wanted to contact me about the negative experience, and to please provide them contact info. I did, but the management has never contacted me. Based on this, I guess they condone the harassment, and so I’ve stopped visiting this Schlotzsky’s.

I usually love this place. I have gone to this location for about 3 years now but lately their service is horrible. If they aren’t ignoring you then they don’t get the order right or leave things out of it.(Example, I’ve had chips missing that I’ve paid for 3 times now) It’s sad to see a good business dragged down by rude employees. I’ve had my orders messed up enough that I will not go there anymore.

We have been to this location twice. Both times the service and foods were great. Everyone says hello when you walk in, managers walk around dine in area checking to see if you like your food and if they can get you anything. They’re awesome.

Its just another sandwich place but with pizza on the menu. Went to this particular location in great hills, employees seem to b friendly, courteous at the counter. While the other employee in the dining area was busy on his cell phone. Place wasnt busy so i guess its ok for employees to b on cell phones. Ordered half chicken bbq jalapeño pizza and half sandwich. Food was decent, dining area clean and courteous staff. After all thats what u expect from a sandwich place. Will come back to this location.

We waited 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches which was a to go order and when we got it the sandwich was cold and hard. if we didn’t have to head back so quickly I would have taken it back. the staff is rude and when this old man brought us our food he threw it at the table we were waiting at. They are very slow and I will never eat there again

Great price, atmosphere, and management. I had the pastrami and swiss, I would take a picture but it is all gone now. I would recommend it for breakfast, lunch or dinner. They’re quick and friendly!

There are times in life where you walk into a restaurant, and just say wow. Scratch that: There are times in life where you walk into a restaurant, and just say«wow». Wake up. You are sitting at some crappy breakfast diner, getting over last night’s celebration. Over what, you don’t know. Sitting next to the smell of the s**t, aka coffee, you realize you weren’t here the previous night. Sound familiar? Schlotzskys is the exact opposite. You want to be here. And their pizza rocks.

This location is very clean and new inside and looked quite different from the last time I came here years ago. They now have the fancy coke machines where you can pick your flavorings and customize your soda. The Albuquerque Turkey is my favorite and the medium is a decent size but not super filling. I love the hot sauce here and for $ 2 for a large bottle, its a pretty good deal, too.

This is the most disgusting location in Austin Texas. The staff is rude and have no patience, the manager there Jack Barnes need to invest in hiring new staff. I work in customer service and no one wants to work all day and then come to a drive thru where someone has a nasty attitude because you dislike your job if you dislike your job you need to quit!!! I would give it zero stars if I could!!!

I know it’s strange to give 5 stars to a fast food restaurant, but this Scholotzsky’s deserves it. It’s good food at a great value. Our party of four had the California Chicken and Avocado Artisan Flatbread, Albuquerque Turkey Sandwich, Broccoli Cheese Soup, Tomato Basil Soup, and the Turkey Cobb Salad with Caesar dressing. Everything was hot and delicious. It was 8PM on a Thursday night, so it wasn’t crowded.

Ok I am really starting to get fed up with this location. They never have atleast ONE vegetarian or non dairy soup at all times, which I feel they should considering almost every single soup they have has diary in it. And now the real kicker they never check the orders to make sure everything is included I have left multiple times and not had everything but yet they are rushing you thru the window …

It’s a fine sandwich shop. The fat guy who usually works the register is really nice to you.

They’re generally a bit confused, and they seem to have a horrendous turnover ratio, but what foodservice place doesn’t nowadays? If you like Schlotzsky’s sandwiches(and if you like sourdough bread, you like their sandwiches), then this location is as good as any. Their drive-thru is generally pretty quick, as is their inside service, considering the food they serve. Oh, and if you’ve never had Schlotzsky’s, beware that it’s not hard to end up paying $ 15 for a large sandwich. It’s worth it, though. Also, their pizzas are surprisingly good as well.

love ‘The Original’ sandwich here. fast through the drive through line. we come here whenever we crave a good sandwich, their bread is pretty solid too. The young man manager at this location is on top of his game. He always remembers me and I don’t even come that often(maybe once every 2 months). Great service here!

Sometimes you eat somewhere so often, it becomes second nature and you don’t ever think to review it. I’m usually here on Sunday afternoons. While most other patrons are stopping in for a tasty lunch after sermon, I’m stumbling in after a night on the town. Schlotzsky’s accepts people from all walks of life; sinners and saints. I am in love with the OGS(Original gangsta sandwich). In all my years of coming to Schlotzsky’s, I have never had the gall to try anything else. It may be unfortunate because all their sandwiches look AMAZING. But I am completely satisfied. Love the free pickle spear and love the service. I also love coming here with my cousin because for some reason he never eats the ends of his sandwich bread. That’s where I come in!
