The worst place to go is this location there’s ALWAYS something wrong with your order and when you call to complain they give you a hard time about everything. Don’t recommend this wingstop you’ll get the worst customer service at that.

What a cluster F*. Undercooked or overcooked… Same stuff different day! I will not be going backi.

I came into wing stop to order dinner at 9pm after work. I didn’t get my order till 10 I had to wait and hour for two boxes of wings. then I got all the way home and they forgot most of what I ordered so I had to go back up there to get a refund and reorder my food. & we had to wait another 30 minutes for our refund order. Also, as I’m sitting there they have messed up 2 other people’s order. this place is awful, slow & not very good!!!

My friends and I keep coming back for the Wingstop. They’re so spicy but so delicious. I also love the vibrant atmosphere here on a busy night. It’s the perfect hangout place for my friends and I to kick back, enjoy a beer, and watch the game on display.

It took 40 minutes to get an 8 piece wing combo. They were also just out of basic counter materials, that they literally didn’t offer to replace when informed.

I ordered Louisiana rub.
Got greased up wings with a hint of rub.
I walked in to a crowded place with pissed off and unhappy ppl.
This was worse than being at the DMV at rush hour.
I’m never EVER coming back to this establishment.
I have them my hard earned money for a pos product.
This management should b ashamed of how their place is ran.
2 ppl asked for their money back.

Foods good but the service is terrible. This is the third time I’ve came in and seen people joking around in the back. I’m literally the only one here and have waited 15 – 20 minutes for my wings…

First time eating wing stop and I don’t understand why you would pick this place for wings. Fist the cashier was not customer friendly I could barely hear what he was saying and the counter was so high that I couldn’t lean in to hear. Then he stated 18 – 20 mins I thought that was a little long but hey maybe it’s worth it. I asked after waiting 30 mins what the status of my order was the same guy said it’s coming right up. Well another 20 mins the food finally came out. I got home opened the box and laughed at the size of the wings. They were so small and the sauce was horrible all they did was dump grated parm cheese on top. The fries were cold and the seasoning they used was disgusting. I’ll stick to what I know and love hooters never disappointed me. I even over heard a few people who called in orders that their orders were not put in. The management team there sucks.

Place was pretty messy when I ate there, and I felt worse afterwards than I usually do after eating at wing stop, so I would avoid it.

I love when I have the opportunity to eat at this particular wing stop because it’s delicious and close to home.
I went yesterday and it had been a few months since I have eaten wing stop, and I realized the menu had changed. (You thoughts it was a little expensive before.)
I ordered my usual, half mild and half Parmesan, I ended having to pay extra for a dip because it didn’t come with the meal, and Extra for fries and a drink. My friend that I met there was told they were not allowed 2 different flavors on there wings bc of the «category» it was in.
The girl working the register was very rude and obviously has no customer service skills. She huffed and puffed when i had to ask for a dip that I had just paid extra to have. Then I had to ask for silverware because none were set out, the sweet tea tastes spoiled.
I am also a stickler on sanitation (I try not to be but sometimes it’s bad) so being this way and seeing the cooks in the kitchen sweating and wiping there faces as they tossed the wings in the bowl was a red flag, then when they were almost done they touched my food without gloves and never once did they wash there hands after. Good thing my appetite was gone because the fries we were served were the burnt end of the bag part.
I was very disappointed about my experience, it was horrible and I will never eat there again. It’s even sad when 2 other groups in the restaurant were in agreement.

Despite being a chain, their wings and fries are pretty fantastic. Prices are reasonable, and their wings are great: What else is there to say about a wing joint? I suppose their beer selection could be better.

this place is great. Was super fast and I have real bad diarrhea every time i eat here BUT LEMME TELL YA IT IS WORTH IT EVERY TIME. SO GOOD.

I guess it’s my fault that I always come back but I live really close and the food is delicious. But I always order just 10 – 15 wings, am told they’ll be ready in 20 minutes, and my food never comes out in less than 30. I’ve waited as long as 40 for 10 wings once and the manager apologized and got me my food but it doesn’t make up for the wait times. Today I ordered take out and when I got home I had the wrong order. If the food wasn’t so good and conveniently close I’d never come back.

Staff was confused on order. Mixed up my order with another. My order was not ready. Ordered at noon for pick up at 7. Had to wait another 20 minutes. Food smelled like dog food! Horrible staff and service. No tip of course

I don’t leave ones star reviews too often, but here it goes. Got the family 30 pack. Comes with choice of 3 flavors, 3 dipping sauces, veggies, and fries. To start things off, got home and no sauces. My order receipt clearly has them there. Soggy fries that had a gross sweet taste. The wings were so overcooked a few were like jerky. For $ 30 I expected better. Is closer to me that BWW, so I wanted to try it.
I mean there is UFC and football on today. That’s no excuse though, they should be prepared. Never again.

I just wanted wings. I got wings. Nice and goddamn crispy wings for a great deal too. I totally forgot the prices but I got like 15 wings for I think less than 10 dollars I believe… pretty sure. Wait was kinda long but I guess that’s to be expected for wings to be made. I’m PRETTY SURE I got garlic parmesan or something and I thought that was pretty tasty. Place was kinda messy and cramped but eh.
8.5÷10 would come again.

UGH if wingstop wasn’t so damn tasty I would not come here again.
The Good: The food. Wingstop is always yummy.
The Bad: It is hard to place an order on the phone as they are busy a lot — also parking lot is a bit of a mess.
The UGLY: CUSTOMER SERVICE worst I have experienced. From taking orders on the phone to picking up your order at the store, every time I have gotten WingStop it has literally been the most STRESSFUL experience of my life. Be prepared to repeat yourself at least 9 times and when you get there wait in a line behind 8 other people in one specific pick — up line even if there is a COMPLETELY open other cashier.
It is just mismanaged and an absolute chaotic mess.
This last time really sucked, we might switch and drive a little bit further to another Wingstop to avoid the absolutely terrible service at this one.
Eating wings should be the opposite of stressful!

I gotta say there are other places that have better wings but the fact that it’s within 2 minutes of where I live makes it easier for me when I just want quick wings.
I do like there fries though. There not crispy and honestly I like them a little soggy, weird I know but they have a nice flavor to them. All in all, this is a good place to pick up some quick wings for a last-​minute group or a game.

Everything here is served hot and fresh! The staff are fast paced and extremely helpful. While dining there we had a major spill and one of the workers came running to clean up our mess. The only thing I dislike about all Wing Stop locations is the cramped seating. Overall, I only go to this establishment when I have a wing craving.
