No service, no stars. I sat for 25 minutes and left. Maybe their pizza is good, I don’t know, they kept ignoring me(kept walking past me and there were only 2 other tables in the store with people). So I left and went to Thundercloud next door.

Excellent food and prices. I ordered online so therefore was unable to get the deals they offered but the food made it acceptable. My only real problem came when I had to leave my motel to hunt up silverware!!! Who delivers food to a motel without thinking«they won’t require silverware to eat pasta!» I may as well have saved the delivery fees and cost of plastic utensils since I was getting dressed and going on a journey anyway!!!

First of all I’m actually eating here right now. I have got to say that the server who took my order was very rude and pressuring. He came and brought me the menu and preceded to stand there while I looked over the menu to figure out what I wanted and he kept staring at me until I said. He then brought the pizza out and just slapped the pizza tray onto the table. And just walked off. Bad customer service!!!

I didn’t expect much from a chain for delivery pizza. Wow this was disappointing though. The pizza came over 30 minutes late and it was cold. I’m vegetarian, ordered pineapple on my pizza and it came with ham on it. I called to explain and see if they could send the pizza I actually ordered and the guy I spoke with said, «they didn’t charge you for the ham.» Okay, but I can’t eat it, I don’t eat meat. Ultimately they said they’d send the original pizza I ordered but it would take 2 hours. That pizza arrived cold and dry and more sad looking than the meat covered one I couldn’t eat. Sigh, mildly rude, overpriced, slow delivery time, gross pizza. I’ll stick with Papa Johns or anywhere else from now on if I’m ordering pizza.

Not only I paid a lot to eat in this place but the service was horrible while I was eating here the waiter never came to ask us is. Everything ok or even bought us drinks I’ve been here before and it’s not the first time they do this I wouldn’t recommend anyone to corn here and as for me I’m never coming back here

Terrible customer service. I was trying to pick up the pizza I ordered on-line and it took forever for someone to acknowledge me. The employees were just talking amongst themselves until I had to ask loudly for some help. Even though they clearly saw me. The pizza was gross, not even warm anymore. The icing for the cinnamon sticks is like the gross buttercream icing found on bad cakes. And the pizza rolls were too salty to even eat! They might as well call them cheese rolls because there wasn’t even any pepperoni in them! I felt ripped off. I threw most of it out. I will not be getting my pizza from pizza hut. Totally Not worth the 20 bucks.

This location and its employees are a joke, I honestly wish I could give a no star review. The only pizza I ordered from Pizza Hut was the cherry bombshell pizza(which I guess they don’t promote anymore). After waiting for 30 minutes for our pizza as we watched 3 different employees sit at a table wile the restaurant wasn’t busy(we watched a pizza sit in the hot box for 10 minutes only to realize that it was ours when they eventually called the name out) it was the wrong pizza and had nothing but cherrie peppers on it. We explained that this wasn’t what we had ordered and tried to explain the pizza and the ingredients. The lady we spoke to seemed to get the idea. After another 25 minutes roll by we get a new pizza and we find that she had rung up a completely different specialty pizza claiming that they don’t serve the cherry bombshell anymore and that this was the closest thing to it. I explained that this was not what I wanted and was nothing like what I explained. I even pointed out that the pizza I wanted was clearly displayed on a poster outside of the store. A couple days later I called the location trying to correct the problem for future customers. I spoke with a manager by the name of nick who had no interest in solving the problem or listening to what I had to say he explained that they don’t carry that pizza and my question was: why wasn’t I informed and why wasn’t I asked what I wanted. The conversation was a very stressful and rude argument and I finally just hung up out of frustration. He told me that if I’m unhappy then they just won’t provide me service. I brought up the fact that the Unilocal reviews weren’t so good for this location and was told that he didn’t care and it’s mostly because people want to complain. Cool so when I go to a different location why are their employees knowledgable in what I want and willing to describe to me what I am ordering and making a smooth transaction.

Ordered my pizza like I always do. Butter instead on sauce. This time manager told us they Dont do that. Eventhough they’ve done it a million times before. Whatever. I placed the order anyway. The wings were so tiny, it took all of them to make just one regular size wing. I called and the manager Darryl didn’t care, didn’t apologize. He is so rude. I’m a paying customer and I got disrespected. the pizza was dry. I asked him to come get the food and give me my money back. 20 mins later, still nobody here. I had to head to work so I called and just said, its all good, Dont send driver and be blessed. Everyone in that store is so rude especially the managers, it makes me sad. They probably live a horrible life or their pay sucks. I will pray for the manager in hopes that he’ll get what he needs to be happy. Maybe after he’s happy, he’ll provide good customer service. Welp, I just threw money in the trash cause I won’t be eating that food. But whatever to make other people better. Darryl, sweety, you have a job cause of me, you’re welcome. Remember, with out customers, there is no business, stay blessed :)

Bad service(manager). Messed up my order and didn’t even apologize, pretty much gave me a. «had too many orders, probably got mixed up, shit happens, would u like to make another order?» Like wtf!!! An apology would have been nice at least and maybe double check other people’s order so u don’t get more bad calls and also have a good night. My husband says it’s probably the location and they probably get a lot of the same calls but still, it’s customer service. Please do better at this. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back to this location, not because of the food but because of the service I received, I just hope it improves for future customers. (Gave it 2 stars because I didn’t always have issues with the food.)

So I did some digging before picking a name brand shop on the east side. Ordered online for pickup. Short review, very impressed. It was quoted to be ready in 15 minutes and it was. I arrived for pickup and my name was listed on a screen with the pizza ready and being kept warm in an oven. I was promptly and appropriately charged(which was good as I used an online coupon). The pizza was hot and delicious, just what I ordered. Great job… I wish I had stopped in when I lived on Barton!

Horrible service. I always ordered from Pizza hut at another location and when I moved I had to use this location. The pizza is ALWAYS incorrect. How do you forget the sauce??? I mean, really? So then, I started ordering from dominos. Always good. Always fresh. Always the correct order. One night, I decide to order from pizza hut. AGAIN. Forgot the sauce. Also, the driver either went 50mph around a corner or he dropped the bag. When I opened the box, both the pizza and dessert, had been tossed to one side of the box. When I called to speak with the manager he put me on hold for 7 min and when he finally found my order he blamed me for not creating an account, so he could have«easily found the correct order.» He sent another pizza, not the dessert, and the pizza had half the cheese. Horrible, horrible, horrible service. I will NEVER order from pizza hut again. Dominos is the way to go

There is definitely a problem with how this Pizza Hut is ran and managed. I called in to order a pizza and they tell me its an hour wait!!! Hell No. Not when I can use Dominos App and get a pizza delivered in 30 minutes. Pizza Hut doesn’t even have an App… They are way behind the times… I used Domino’s APP which is great. The App tells you when your order was looked at, when your order was in the oven and when your order was finished and on the way. I got my pizza in 26 minutes. Wonder why they can get the pizza to you in less than 30 minutes and Pizza Hut takes an hour??? I will never call Pizza Hut again… Time for a new manager there or hire some more drivers… Duh, it’s not rocket science…

Want to be ignored by high school dropouts? Come here! Walked in. Four people behind the counter and one wandering through dining area on her cell phone with a rag in her hand. No one greeted us or gave us menus. They looked at us we looked at them. Two customers in dining area. One on a lap top not eating and the other wearing a backpack asleep. How do these people get jobs??? We walked out and went to a real local pizza place. I remember when pizza hut was a great place for pizza and video games. Those days are OVER.

I love the little pan pizza, it’s delicious and enough for myself. The pasta is also great! I would never get tired of those two type of pastas, my favorite! Also, the manger, Nick, is really nice, me and my husband got excellent service from him last time, thanks! Love pizza hut highest star!

Oh yeah this Pizza Hut doesn’t seem to be the greatest of them all, but I’ve had 2 solid experiences with them for pickup so I gotta give credit where it’s deserved. A while back we tried that new promo Crazy Cheesy Crust with 16 pockets of crust filled w/cheese. It’s like cholesterol heaven. We ordered online and set a pickup time for 9pm. With my experience those times you schedule are never accurate — it’s either not ready, or for most of the time they finish it early. Well on this night we got there right at 9pm and right as we walked the guy stepped out from the back and called our name. Aww yeah, just-in-time. And the pizza was pretty solid. Last weekend we went for their pickup special, and we upgraded to the Stuffed Crust for just $ 2 more. Martin took our order up front and even let us substitute items — — not a green pepper fan, but do LOVE bacon! Martin said he would take care of it and would make it himself to ensure there were no mistakes. About 15 minutes later Martin came out to showcase our pizza, I felt like we were on the Price Is Right, and he did an excellent job! The pizza looked great, well assembled, and it was pretty darn good. We don’t do Pizza Hut that often, but when we do — — we’re gonna request Martin from now on. Excellent customer service. Martin The Pizza Artist — — ask for him by name, he’ll take care of you.
