Almost 9 mo preg with old husky and AC starting to go out again– and in mid-​August now less. AM I IN HELL?!? I called John at 8AM to get me out of my nightmare and by 4PM that day, Jesus and Antonio were at the inferno. Diagnosed as a motor failure, they left to pick up the motor and finished the job by 6PM. I’m telling you, I was SAVED, the service included angels playing harps and trumpets… at least, that’s what I heard as J & A left the scene.

Wrigley Airconditioning is fantastic. I had a customer without air-​conditioning. They helped me out very promptly that day. Wonderful job! So glad to be able to count on John Wrigley

Recommended by a friend and she did warn me that she usually calls to leave a voicemail and then also follow up with a text. I am a long distance landlord and replacing an AC is a big expense. My experience with John hasn’t been the best. Had to call and text multiple times and it was radio silent. one of those times he picked up the phone and we talked. He came out the next day to look at the existing system to give us a quote. Then after he looked at the AC, I had to call and text several times to try to get a quote and he never returned my call! I never got a quote from him and it’s been over a week! I understand he can be busy and he can simply tell me that he is not taking new clients and I will move on. The way I was treated really added to my already stressful life.
I am taking my business somewhere else. I don’t care how good a job they can do when they can’t manage the basics of customer service.

The A/​C in my apartment quit blowing cold air about a week ago. I initially tried getting it fixed by an independent A/​C repairman, which led to three separate visits to even diagnose the issue. He pronounced my A/​C unit dead and suggested that I call another company to get it replaced all together. Not what you want to hear, obviously.
I decided to get a second opinion and contacted Wrigley Air Conditioning & Heating. Within one 30-​minute visit, they diagnosed the issue, replaced one part, and fixed the problem just like that. My apartment is pumping out cold air once again!
They were super speedy and efficient about getting to my apartment immediately, too! I will definitely use this company in the future should air conditioning or heating issues arise. Highly recommend!

Our A/​C compressor stopped coming on today. I called John Wrigley from our neighbor’s recommendation. I got voice mail when I called and left a message John called me back within 10 minutes and had 2 of his employees here within 30 minutes! The repair was done immediately and was very reasonable, price wise. It is so difficult to find this level of service and value with contractors in Austin that I felt obligated to write a review.

I’ve used Wrigley HVAC for 4 or 5 years now. John is honest, dependable and offers very reasonable pricing. He will shoot it to you straight without the pushy salesman fluff. I renovate houses, and have used him for small repairs as well as full system installations, including HVAC and ductwork.
I highly recommend this company!

Our ac went out in the middle of the 100 degree summer; with three little babies it was a bit of an issue to say the least. We had 2 other ac guys try to fix it and failed. But Wrigley was recommended to me by my client and they were able to find the problem in a quick efficient manner, fix it and mail me an invoice. They did this in a few hours notice and on a Saturday during a holiday weekend! Serious professionals!!! Highly recommended!!!

I called got a quote to replace compositor he said $ 135. Came out on same day cleaned and checked a/​c r-​22. Then when he was leaving gave me a bill for less than quote will recommend to anyone. Thanks

called them and they came out first thing next day… couldnt reproduce the problem and charged me next to nothing for the service call… they could have told me anything — i was almost shocked by the honesty… i have used them a few times before on other properties and am a raving fan!

Wrigley is old school — i.e., get it fixed and keep costs reasonable. They’ve been prompt, efficient and quick. It can take a while to get your call returned, usually not more than a day. After that, things quickly fall into place. John Wrigley has even come out on a HOT summer weekend and was able to replace a blower then and there with one from his truck. No nonsense kind of guy, really.
