I cannot thank Zerorez and Josh enough for the amazing service they provided. I love how Josh took the time to explain everything to me about the products they use and why they are so good compared to other companies. We also used them to clean our small business office. We are so excited to finally have found a great carpet cleaning company that we trust and know they will do an excellent job!

Zerorez are the best carpet cleaners here in Austin hands down! I will never use another company ever. I recently moved to Austin and the previous tenants, let’s just say they love dogs, the whole house smelled like a pet store gone wrong. Josh came in with his black light to try and identify all the pet stain areas, when he turned on the light, I wasn’t prepared for what I was about to see. It looked like a murder scene of pee in every room with carpet. No wonder the house smelled so bad! Josh got to work and transformed my carpet and my life! My house smells amazing now, not even a hint of pet odor. It truly is amazing. Zerorez uses a patented green technology that no other carpet cleaning company has. Thank you Zerorez!

Honestly, I can’t ever say that I’ve been so excited to write a service review as I am right now. Josh and Seth provided friendly concierge level service at a great price point that made me want to shout from the rooftops… about carpet cleaning.
Upon their arrival, I could tell that Josh and Seth were professionals that took their job seriously. Zerorez cleaned my four rooms quickly and, most importantly, effectively. I had a couple of stains they were able to remove and my carpet looked great. They brought a very worn area rug back to life and removed the pet odor. Seth also gave me a very reasonable price to clean and protect an armchair that had been put through the ringer by my 3-​year-​old.
The only constructive feedback I have is with their customer service team in Dallas. I initiated my service request online and it took several days for anyone to call me. My phone interaction with the scheduler didn’t feel very professional which made me a little leery of the service I was about to receive; however, all trepidation was gone as soon as they stepped foot in my house.
I will recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Zerorez is an amazing process for carpet cleaning. I so appreciate the great customer service that Josh provided and he worked miracles in every room. My carpets were in very bad condition with many pet stains from recent dog rescues. Thank goodness for Josh extra efforts and this great new cleaning process. Promptness, economy and customer service were top notch – give them a try!
