Friendly service however the pepperoni pizza we got was mediocre at best. Was annoyed when the cheese would slide off the pizza whenever I tried picking up a slice.

Very bland, crust lacks flavor. Ingredients ok not the best and very over priced. I would not recommend it.

Well hello Z Pizza! Boy am I glad I met you. I love everything about this place. The staff is friendly and helpful, the restaurant itself is very child friendly, and the pizza! Let me start off by saying I love my pizza. This place isn’t like the chains. The ingredients are FRESH and tasty, the crust cooked perfectly in the fire oven, not too thick like other places use as a filler. The sauce is home made, and trust me, you can tell the difference and it’s absolutely delicious. And the toppings are generously portioned throughout the whole pizza. This was my first time trying ZPizza and it definitely won’t be my last. Plus, my hubby and 2 ½ are both VERY picky eaters and they loved it! Which is always a plus in my book. Thanks ZPizza, I’m looking forward to returning!

We ordered for delivery and liked the pizza — however, the weasel that delivered it not only asked me if I WANTED change(after giving him $ 40 for a $ 23 order), but«HOWMUCH?» with a very impatient attitude. «ALLOFIT», I replied. What a loser — and UNTIPPED loser, in this case. I don’t think we will take a chance on the service from zpizza again.

Great to have another casual pizza restaurant in our neighborhood where you can pay before you eat. You can choose pizza crust. I picked wheat. They prepare pies after you order. So get ready for a certain wait time, which was 30 min in my case. And after the wait my crust was a little overdone. They forgot to bring my salad until I asked. Thus the four stars. 2z and 3z deals are great! We ordered two side salads and a slice of pizza to make it to 3z. My son loved their Italian pizza. I want to come back to try other pizzas next time.

I had the best customer service experience here. Upon getting a pizza I wasn’t satisfied with, the manager contacted me directly and fixed the situation on my next order. VERY friendly and nice staff! Pepperoni Pizza and Caesar Salad was great. Love giving my business to companies who care about their customers and strive to maintain quality food!

I just love this place more every time I order. The veggies are fresh– gluten free options are abundant and not overpriced like other places. It’s delivery, so it’s not cheap, but the quality of the food is just so far above what I expect from delivery and they consistently meet that mark. The antipasto salad is like $ 8 and it is better than any prepared salad in the stores. Love it. Highly recommend this place.

We came in to use the bathroom, and there were 3 or 4 guys standing around(behind the counter) eating pizza slices. My kids were hungry and thought getting them a slice of pizza was a great idea, so I asked for the price. They said 1.25 per slice. I was shocked and thought«How could I say NO ?» FORTHATPRICE, hell, we would be repeat customers for life ! Pizza was«okay», but i kept thinking…“for 1.25 /slice… who cares !“ i just checked my bank balance TODAY and now see that the pizza slices were 3.25 per slice. I dont have hearing problems and remember SPECIFICALLY that the pizza was quoted as 1.25 per slice. I even commented to the young guy(eating a slice of pizza and ringing me up for my slice) how cheap 1.25 for a slice truly is… he agreed. So, I am either crazy and delusional OR the guy(and other guys standing RIGHT next to him) lied to me(for whatever reason). Sadly, I will not go there again, due to this potential problem. I cant stand liars.

I’ve not always had a great experience here, in fact the staff was so poor and the pizza was just«Meh». Recently, I had to order from them again, since we were starving and we live in circle c and the Friday traffic might make me use my demon voice on my children. I ordered the Tuscan Mushroom(new) and pepperoni. The staff was awesome, attentive, confirming everything, helped me carry out my order. Also, the pizza was actually ready exactly when they said it would be– that was not the case previously I waited for 30 minutes once. When I got the pizzas home they were great, no-it’s not home slice– we live in the Berbs and apparently are not entitled to such deliciousness.): It was piping not and bubbly, the mushroom pizza was really solid, great umami flavor. My kids said the Pepperoni was great as well. Good Job Z Pizza.

I have eaten at z-pizza for close to a year because they offer allergy-friendly options. However, after my experiences today I will no longer be eating there. This past week I ordered a vegetarian pizza, and bit into a piece of sausage. I was not too upset with this because with the toppings that close together in the prep stations, sometimes this happens. They were very nice and offered to make me another pizza for no charge, and gave me a voucher for a free small pizza(up to $ 10). Today, I cashed in my free small pizza, although it came out to closer to $ 14 because I added the cost of a gluten-free crust(I’m celiac). I was anticipating having to pay a few extra dollars to make up the difference, but the same person was working today as was working the day I received the sausage pizza, so they said the difference was on them. This was super nice of them, and I felt like they really cared about me and my experience there. However, at 10pm tonight(I ordered the pizza around 3pm) the general manager called and left a message on my cell phone saying that the order had never been closed out, inquiring as to how i paid for the pizza. On my end, it felt as though he was insinuating that I had not paid for my pizza. Although I respect the fact that he needed to complete his checklist for the night, and make sure the money they received matched what they sold for the day, this question of my order seems to me like it should have been directed at the staff working that day who had been there when I placed and picked up the order. If the staff for whatever reason did not have the answer to this, then it would be more professional to have contacted me first thing in the morning. It is never acceptable to contact a customer at 10pm at night. Especially since I had made and picked up my order so much earlier in the day. An email would have also sufficed. However, calling customers that late at night is unacceptable and wholly unprofessional. Your staff is impeccable and always extremely helpful, but because of the actions and insinuations of the general manager, I will no longer be a patron at ZPizza.

I hadnt been in here in a while, but a friend told me they now have new management, so I decided to give them another try. I am so glad I did. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. They even gave me a sample of their new Gluten Free Pizza(not really a gluten free guy, but it was really good and good for me!) You cant beat the lunch specials for as little as $ 5.95 with a drink. I will definitely be back on a regular basis.

Im not sure how this chain expands the way it does because the pizza is mediocre and expensive. Crust is just bland and nothing shouts amazing. It might be a good option because of the gluten free/wheat crust options but for me this just wasnt anything i would ever spend money on again.

Awesome vegan pizza! Menu clearly states many vegan options, & how to alter other items to be vegan. Plus they will accommodate you gluten-free people as well. Online ordering option. Very tasty, I’ll definitely eat here often.

This is one of the super rare occasions I write a review while actually still eating the food. The food here is BOMB. I placed an order online and then called to confirm the order. The call was redirected to a call center in another country. The operator then directed my call to the actual location, where no one picked up the phone. After leaving my house, I received a voicemail from the manager who gave me his cell phone number to call directly. I called and he confirmed that my order went through fine. It’s like they over did it with customer service so much so that you can’t actually get someone on the phone. Kinda funny. This is huge people, I had a very intricate order and the whole order was perfect! I live an hour from this place so things like that are paramount for me when ordering takeout. They also put all the extra dressings in a takeout container so they wouldn’t spill or get crushed in the bag! It’s the little details that make such a big difference. They do not charge extra for dressings, like ranch, but you have to add it to a salad order if ordering online. I ordered wheat crust Napoli with 3x extra basil, extra garlic, half pepperoni with half olives, and thyme and oregano. Effing tasty y’all! I also ordered an arugula salad sans onions with extra parm, pine nuts and shiitake mushrooms. So good, so good, mmmmmm! My friend ordered the Berkeley Vegan and she said hers was bomb too.

Z Pizza is not my favorite. BUT I do appreciate that they offer a variety of gluten free & vegan options.

First of all… I’m giving two stars based upon the novel idea of providing additional dining options in a much needed area of town. That being said… our group had a sandwich and two types of pizza. ZPizza tasted reheated. The turkey sandwich was thrown together as if I was late for the school bus. Both food preparers had long beautiful hair… one was a redhead and the other a blonde. A blonde hair made it’s way into our food. Nothing wrong with using the small fortune I paid to invest in hair nets for the team. Overall…great idea! Execution isn’t there! I believe it will get better… just not sure how much better.

Pizza slices, sad and chewy Pizza slices, looking eewy Old and cold and tired and aged Make my appetite go «fooey» … or at least that’s how I explained to my 4 year old why we were leaving the restaurant without ordering after surveying the very sad, very stale looking selection. BYOB if you choose to stay. But I suggest you mosey on.

I was there yesterday at about 4:30. I paid 3 dollars for the worst slice of plain cheese pizza I have ever had. I even told the new girl, Ronnie, about it but she and the bald man there really did not care, nor offer me a refund. They did nothing. Absolutely nothing. That pizza must have easily sat there for hours because it was stale even when they heated it up. I asked if it was fresh and it was that girl’s first day working there and she said she was unsure. I will never do that again. I mean I know I did not pay a lot and it’s just bread and pizza, but this was a fail.
