I really like this place. I like boba tea but feel like the tapioca balls will make me vomit. I came across this place and saw that they have fruit balls which are delicious and do not overwhelm me. I have also had some of their smoothies and was not disappointed either. I’ve only had a problem with service once because the guy was sitting in the little office space and saw me standing there waving and I guess his text or whatever was more important. I say give this place a try and see what you have to say after.

If I could I would give this place ZERO stars! I am from Baltimore and when I went to the mall I was so excited to get bubble tea. Everything that you can imagine wrong was! The stand first of all is named after bubble tea, well they did not have any tapioca pearls. Second there was no ice to make the tea. Finally, there was no milk and the only sugar they had was splenda. So I tried the passionfruit boba with the jasmine tea and a splenda. I am telling you I couldn’t even swallow it. The boba was literally a ball of imitation passionfruit juice. It left the worst after taste! I would never recommend this place to anyone!
Why were they even open for business if they didn’t have anything to make tea with?!?

This place is a disgrace. How dare you call yourself a boba café when you serve no real tapioca pearls… What a joke. I ordered jasmine peach tea with almond milk and boba. After the lady made it she said no boba… So disappointed I have this place the benefit of the doubt but the reviews proved the ratings!
The tea taste like water what the… Waste of my $ 3.

Shady. Something shady here. I’m often at the mall and EVERY TIME I come here, the POS system is «broken”– not accepting credit cards. In other words, a CASH ONLY business. Does the mall management know this? Go to Macy’s. They sell the exact same passion fruit iced tea (without boba, of course) and it’s $ 1.95.

Nothing like real Bubble Tea. We got 3 different items and none of them matched the photo and none had the tapioca balls — not good at all — very disappointed — will not go back.

It always pains me to give bad reviews. But when your establishment is named «boba» and you don’t have any boba for me to order… well, that’s the ultimate no-​no. Granted, they did have popping boba available, but I’m not a fan of balls popping in my mouth. If you’re looking for the classic, black boba/​tapioca pearl/​bubble tea or whatever else you may call it, this is obviously not the place to go.
Secondly, they upcharge you for everything!
This is how I read the menu:
Bubble Tea $ 2.95
–Pick your flavor tea (organic black, jasmine peach, and another I can’t remember)
–Add fruit juice (variety of flavors)
–Add [insert other option that I can’t remember] OR add almond milk for a traditional taiwanese milk tea
So maybe it was my bad that I assumed that I could order a Black tea with mango juice and almond milk all for $ 2.95? But be warned, the fruit juice is an extra 40 cents, the almond milk is another extra 40 cents. Not sure if they also charge for the boba, but I’m guessing that’s another 40 cents as well. So in reality, you’re looking at $ 4+
You will not find me coming back here. And the search to satisfy my boba cravings continues.

Never got my bubble tea.
I went there with my wife before a movie, two people worked behind the counter. one was playing with the register machine and the other was cleaning or doing something else. there was nobody there to help but us and yet we were completely ignored AFTER we made sure we told the two employees we are ready to order. The guy said he has problem with his POS (register) and the girl confirmed that there is a problem. After 3 times we asked to be helped and were shushed we left.

Bubble tea is a relatively new concept to me. I have had it at a few places now, and I really liked this BOBA place! It’s location in the Aventura Mall is very appealing. Miami is super hot and their location is right next to the cheesecake factory by the valet. I get one while waiting for my car to be brought around.
So far, I’ve had the strawberry and the pumpkin ones. They were both awesome! Strawberry was my favorite, because I like the popping sweet bubbles more than the chewy ones that are in the pumpkin. However, I must say that if you are a fan of pumpkin pie (and I am), the pumpkin one tastes like blended pumpkin pie and is to die for!
I hope this company becomes a chain, I will be going back regularly!

I have to say that this place will get an A for effort but is definitely NOT the best I’ve had. Actually, it’s probably one of the worst bubble tea’s I’ve ever had — boba was hard, jelly was literally jello (not good) and the drink itself was watered down. I ordered the jasmine ginger peach green tea with lychee juice and I was sadly disappointed :(
I hope this place can do more research or refine their products because having a place that serves bubble tea is SO needed in this area. I hope they get their act together soon!

I am going to get FAT, but I DON’T CARE. I love bubble tea and the tapioca balls in theirs is just perfect.
Slurping on a Chai Latte right now, making om nom noises it’s that good.
