BURGERFI

I switched to eating the cheeseburgers when I come to BurgerFi instead of the breakfast burger. However, the rest of the family still orders the «BAD» Breakfast All Day burger here $ 7.67, emphasizing that the kitchen makes the bacon and hashbrowns extra crispy. The cashiers here are unusually friendly and always make sure the requests for extra crispy are followed.
The bucket of French Fries are consistently delicious. They have the skin on. We get them «Urban Style» with the aioli on the side. They are piled high with a ton of grated Parmesan cheese, parsley, and garlic.
I don’t think the name is military related although I thought it was. Still, they offer a military discount which is cool.
Great $ 7 fast casual burger place.

My son and I love this place for a quick stop. I don’t eat meat but they’re veggie burger is yummy. The food is always fresh and they go out of their way to provide great service! :-)

We visited Burger Fi for the first time Sunday morning. The corporate website states that they have multiple gluten-​free options. The employees didn’t really know what gluten was. After the manager explain to the employees what it was, she told me that this location does not offer gluten-​free options.
She notified me that because this Burger Fi was a franchise they chose not to offer gluten free options.
I find it slightly dangerous and unkind that that they would advertise options as gluten free and then you order them and get sick and find out they choose not to follow company policy.
Gluten free is not only for people who want to eat healthy it is the only option for people with celiac disease. Celiac disease can easily send you to the hospital.

My 1^st time at Burger-​Fi and had a positive experience. It’s not your ordinary burger fast food joint. You can select one of their house specialty concoctions or make your own burger… the way you want it. Single, double or even triple and pile up the fixins you desire.
I got the Breakfast All Day Burger and it was delicious. Bacon crisp, meat tender and egg runny. Fries were handcut and fried to the right amount of crunch. Also liked the décor of the restaurant. Plenty of parking in the plaza. Will come back again.

So much better than fast food places. The meat is fresh no Gmo no hormones. They have craft soda, craft beers and yummy shakes. You will end up paying for a meal about $ 10 – 12. Clean bathrooms and tables. Convent parking on plaza of Fresh Market.

As a self proclaimed burger connoisseur, I have been to just about every chain on the east coast from Bobby’s gourmet style to shake shack. I have to say, this particular location beats them all. Highly recommend the breakfast burger, you’ll never go to IHOP again;)
When they opened up in my college town I was psyched but while good it just wasn’t the same. There’s something in the water at this place.

Food was decent. Service was lackluster. The woman behind the counter talking loudly on her cellphone about silly personal nonsense was particularly annoying. I’ll go back in a few months. Maybe management will see this review and fix their customer service issues as I have seen it several times in other reviews.

This place is located in Aventura next to Fresh Market… It is clean and has several inside tables. Service is over the counter and pretty decent! Food, well, they have an average to above average fast food burger. They also have it with lettuce instead of the bun which makes it a little, just a little less well not so healthy food!!! they have the new soft drink machine where you can select xx amounts of soft drinks… That is cool. Enjoy…

Had the conflicted burger. It was good, but nothing to be wow about. My son had the hot dog and it looked good it was grilled. The vinegar fries was yummy

While on family vacation this past week we ate at two separate locations my son was very please with the quality of the burgers as well as the customer service at both shops.

Hands down, one of the best burgers I’ve ever had! I ordered the BAD burger. Stands for breakfast all day. It is incredible! I’d take pictures of how good it looked, but I couldn’t help but eat it first! Delicious!
Go check this place out. Seriously. You won’t regret it!

This was our second time at BurgerFi and I hate to write this but not impressed. The burgers are small and a bit expensive for a «regular» burger. The fries were greasy and soggy. My husband ate the brisket burger and it didn’t seem different. I would probably return but not for awhile.

The burgers here are consistently good and if I don’t eat too many fries or get cheese on the burger, I leave feeling not so guilty. That being said, the burgers, fries and onion rings are always served hot and are delicious. The concrete and custard (if you have room) is a good splurge too. I have to limit the amount of times I allow myself to eat burgers, otherwise i would turn into one.

Good service. Great hours. And the food is good. I love getting green style burgers.
They make me feel better about eating a burger. :)
All in all this is a straight forward clean establishment that I will continue to come to.

The food is good but thus visit the customer service wasn’t good at all. Two seemingly nice black girls took our order, neither cracked a smile neither were friendly nor polite. I’m all about customer service and today this places employees failed miserably at providing that.

This is probably one of the few decent burger places in Aventura and North Miami. I used to go to Smashburger until they left North Miami, so I finally came across BurgerFi. Right off they have one of the awesome Freestyle Coke machines, which is slightly entertaining. Secondly their onion rings are pretty awesome. Plus the burgers are pretty good as well, though slightly greasy.
Burger-​Fi has both indoor and outdoor seating. Though the indoor area really feels like it is outdoors since the big glass doors are always open. I do agree with other reviews, the parking definitely sucks on weekdays. There’s almost too many businesses in the shopping plaza now, which impacts parking.
The only major frustration I have is the register line. Sometimes there will only be one person working the register when there is a huge line. Literally one time the 2^nd person working the other register closed down when there was a line out the door. I personally don’t always have the patience to wait in line for 15 to 25 minutes to order a burger. This has happened to me a couple times now, which is frustrating when you are in a bit of a time crunch and want a decent burger.
Overall BurgerFi is a pretty decent hamburger place in Aventura/​North Miami. I’ll definitely be back!

Second time in two days and I must say I’m impressed. The training of the employees in my opinion is absolutely 5 stars! They do what the customer wants and it really shows their goal is to get it right :)
Great place for families and the outside patio is just perfect in the Miami Heat :)

If you want to commit «suicide by burger», the section of Biscayne Blvd from around 150^th Street up to 215^th Street is for you. Beginning from the south, you have: Smash Burger (14 730 Biscayne)[edit: closed 2014, R.I.P.], Bulldog Burger (15 400 Biscayne), the fast-​food burger places on 163^rd (BK, Checkers, McDs), BurgerFi (18 139 Biscayne), Counter Burger (18 717 Biscayne), and as of this weekend, Rok Brgr (Gulfstream). It’s a little bit insane.
BurgerFi had been recommended to me by a friend who worked very close, but I never made the (very close) trip because of the dearth of other options. Smash Burger has [edit: «had”] become my «burger black hole» because they have so many deals and promotions that it’s too hard to say no (free fries with survey, 20% off with gift card sold at Costco practically across the street, free birthday shake, etc., and many of those deals are «stackable»).
When I finally got a mailer with some coupons from BFi, I figured they had tipped the balance, just enough to get me in. but barely: an example of how weak the coupons are: «any signature burger with fries and drink for $ 9.94» — well the most expensive regular burger is $ 6.97, and fries are $ 2.97 (subtotal $ 9.94), so you are basically getting a drink, which costs BFi 5-​cents. Another coupon was «any draft beer, $ 1 off» — weak. So note to management: more deals, please!
So I sat down with my «free drink», double cheeseburger and fries. The verdict: pretty damn good: Great meat, ratios of meat/​cheese/​bun, nice soft potato roll, and it doesn’t turn into a sloppy mess as you eat it. The fries are even better: you can actually taste the potato in these, and they are probably the best fries I’ve had at a fast-​food place in Miami (vastly better than the frozen crinkle-​fries at Smash Burger — BFi’s closest competitor in style and price category).
Because Shake Shack is so far away from home in chaotic SoBe, I would definitely check BFi out for comparable food without the journey. Especially if there were mailing list deals/​coupons/​weekly promos, etc. You are good, BFi, but you have a lot of nearby competitors.
Next I’ll be reviewing Rok Brgr, which has tons of deals: Burger/​Fries/​drink for $ 10 at lunch M-​F, happy hours, kids eat free on Tuesday, and on and on.
