Wow what a breath of fresh air. My Wife and I are on our honeymoon and have eaten at just about every delicious and horribly expensive restaurant in the sunny isles resort area and really wanted to just eat at a normal place, get some drinks, and smash some apps for a change. We were shopping at the Aventura mall and while leaving stumbled upon this Chili’s. We sat down at the bar and Jen greeted us, directed us to some much needed food and drink and after that we just stayed there for a couple hours enjoying not being pressured and kicking back. Jen was the most professional and most helpful keeper of the bar, and all around nicest person I have met since coming to this area. Even when busy she continued to dish out consistent and delicious libations to everyone while still continuing to treat us, and everyone around us, like we were the only people there. Our next leg of the honeymoon takes us up north a ways and she was knowledgeable about the place we were going and shared great insights with us as to where our time would best be spent. This is the most relaxed I have felt during this trip thanks to Jen. The food was also delicious of course but Jen’s attitude and delightful demeanor kept us there eating and drinking as long as our full bellies would let us. I haven’t written a Unilocal review in quite a while but this experience forced me back to the keyboard again.

Waited 15 mins and no server came. I am not sure if they want customers to use the table ordering tablet or what, but we just left!

Finally a child’s that actually had good service and good food! I usually have the worst luck with places like this! I will def return to this location if I were to decide to go to any chilis

The service was great for just having one bartender working working the bar and the service bar. It looks like like chilis is trying to save money by understaffing. The food was great and we’ll cooked the best chilis I have been to lately.

Food was good, service was horrible. We didn’t get any refills, the food took an hour to come. Waitress has no experience, never checked on us one time the whole night.

I’ve been to this Chilis a couple of times and the service hasn’t been all that great expect for my most recent time. I can finally give one Chillis in America Five stars for the server. If you go ask for Laz he’s extremely nice, attentive, and efficient! Definitely five star server! Made the experience and my drive worth while!

After taking way too long trying to decide where to go, we finally chose to drive all the way from Miami Beach just to go to Chili’s. When I saw the low star Unilocal reviews, I was wondering what the fuss was all about. Immediately upon arriving, we were greeted and sat at a table right away. Our server, Laz, greeted us with a big smile and was very friendly, he treated us like if we had been friends for years. We had the blackberry tea and also the mango tea, both were delicious but the blackberry was definitely better. We also ordered the Santa Fe chicken salad, which they divided into two large plates for us. We also got a bowl of chicken tortilla soup which was super delicious and loaded with chicken and cheeses. We also ordered chicken tacos with rice and beans, as well as a shrimp quesadillas. Everything was cooked perfectly, crispy and full of flavor. Tania brought us and extra bowl of soup complimentary, we didn’t order it, but still enjoyed it very much. Overall, the food and service were excellent and we highly recommend this Chili’s location. Right now I am writing this as we sit here, with full stomachs, completely satisfied… and already looking forward to returning. The long drive was well worth it.

I ordered the two drink special, Heineken to be exact and it was warm. I had to ask for another cold beer and it was still warm. The food was good but I need ice cold beer and they don’t have it.

Everytime i come here i sit in the bar area as it’s open seating and there is usually a table open which means no wait. Since i’ve been here many times, i can say that the server in the bar area, a nice gentlemen with a nice smile always makes us feel warm and taken care of. While the 2 for 1 margaritas may be a bit on the light side and won’t really give you a buzz, you do get free chips and salsa in the bar area. The toffee brownie topped with vanilla ice cream is a perfect indulgent dessert; come on in, sit at the bar and order it!

Me and my mom came here to have a simple good lunch only to have the complete opposite. I eat at chilis least once every 1 – 2 weeks and I normaly go to the one in Hollywood BTW witch is excellent love that location. But back to this location me and my mom came was not greeted by the waiter at all just simply«What will you guys be having» and to add on top of that the food was undercooked and and had to be remade and the waiter kept forgetting to bring us napkins and refills when asked for, I am staying away from this location.

Sometimes the pleasantest experiences come from a chance encounter. And so it was on this occasion. We were stuck in rush hour traffic after leaving Aventura Mall and spied the inviting Chili’s sign at exactly the right moment to turn into their parking lot. In the main, it was a good decision. We relaxed for an hour or so while traffic dissipated and we ate well in a strange city. Rob, our server was attentive and competent, he bought our first drinks quickly and then gave us time to peruse the menu and decide on a main course. We’d grazed and drank Starbucks during our afternoon at the mall, so we passed on appetizers and chose the Ancho Salmon(for my wife) and loaded Texas Cheese Fries(for me) as our main course. We both enjoyed our choices. The Ancho Salmon was flavored with a spicy citrus-chile sauce and topped with chopped cilantro and queso fresco. It was served with rice and steamed broccoli. The Texas Cheese Fries were delicious — as definitely not«light.» French fries, topped with Monterey, Pepper Jack and Cheddar cheese, bacon bits, jalapenos and green onions and served with ranch dressing for dipping. My one complaint is on the selection of beers available at this Chili’s. The usual selection of lager type beers were available, some from the larger craft breweries, including one from Yuengling, but there wasn’t a single beer available from a local craft brewery, and there are several of them within 50 miles. We survived this disappointment when we were told it was happy hour and I could get two Yuenglings for the price of one to wash down the Texas cheese fries. This worked for me, so I enjoyed my fries and beer and the excellent company.

I was not going to come back but I did. This time the waiter insulted a gay couple I was dining with. He told the one friend if he was the boss of his partner. It’s pretty sad such a large corporate restaurant would treat anybody in such a condescending manner. It’s almost like this location keeps getting worse. The manager cared very little about our complaint. He looked really busy and it seemed we were bothering him. Anyways hopefully chili’s can fix some of these terrible issues.

Everyone’s running around like chickens without heads. Place is a mess. Waiters are walking around like zombies. Looks like this place needs a «under new management» sign out front. What a shame.

2 ½ Stars out of 5 Chili’s is one of those average chains at best. I stopped here with a friend after a nearby event and even though there were a bunch of empty tables, we had to wait a bit to be seated. So we decided to wait in the bar area, which was on the dirty side. The entire time sitting in the bar I never saw anyone actually clean or clear tables. We both ordered drinks and I had the Buy 1, Get 1 Margarita that was fine. We also ordered Southwest Eggrolls and Fried Pickles as appetizers. Probably took around 10 to 15 minutes to receive the appetizers and by then the pager had gone off to be seated. We then headed to the table with our drinks and appetizers. Once seated at the table we were actually ignored for a bit. I’m not sure if there was a miscommunication, but the waitress didn’t realize we had never ordered from her. Also, the bartender said she would bring my second margarita over, but it never actually was delivered. I had to ask for it from another waitress since the bartender forgot. We finally were able to order and I had a burger and my friend had a sandwich. The food this time didn’t take long to get and both items were pretty decent for a chain restaurant. One thing that is a bit different to me is the waitress brings the bill, but you actually swipe the card yourself at this machine that sits at your table. This is a nice concept since your credit card never leaves your space, so less of a chance of someone writing your number down. The only real annoyance about this is the machine/screen takes up a lot of space on the table; we actually placed the screen on the floor to make room. Overall the food isn’t horrible at this Chili’s, the Southwest Eggrolls and Fried Pickles are pretty good actually. Both of these are enough to bring me back, if I was in the mood to deal with Chili’s. The area I think Chili’s falls flat is customer service at moments and this just creates a negative experieince.

Another chain but this one is special. Always a go to when around the aventura area. Love sitting by the bar area and enjoying the free nachos and dip. The server had been there for years and is super friendly.

This place just sucks. plain and simple… rude staff… placed to go order online. went to pick it up and was so turned off by the rudeness and attitudes I went to my car and called the manager and told him he could keep my food and I didn’t want it. He came out and I told him I will never come to this restaurant ever again. Not even sure why I am downgrading to only 2 stars.

I love chili’s however I called in to place and pick up a order and the employee on the line taking my order wasn’t very professional and a definitely had an attitude and hung up on me while I was asking a final question. Not very good customer service on the phone unfortunately I must say. P. s. the employees name was Heather

After waiting at the front to be seated, a manager had to go find the girl. Then she wanted to seat people that were behind us first. Then we wait at our table for a server and a girl serves a table next to us that came in after we did. Finally, T.J. showed up and took care of us. My wife ordered the Ribeye steak and after waiting 20 minutes the kitchen sent her a sirloin $ 16.99. Cooked just right but the wrong item, T.J. had the manager look at her steak and he changed the price on our bill accordingly. T.J. seemed to try hard but I had to ask for a refill of my iced tea. I had an Old Timer Burger with cheese that was good $ 8.69 and a blackberry iced tea $ 2.89. Not a good experience.
