Charging $ 6 for the DDs soda water is ridiculous… and I’m a food critic! Lol We went to their Halloween party and it was cool even though the DJ sucked and they charged the DD for soda water. The mixed drinks were decently made.

I’ve had some of the best times of my life here! I love the ambience along with the professionalism of the staff and manager Clancey. It’s classy and relaxed on the outside but if you want to party or dance take it inside. I tell people all the time about this venue because it’s my favorite in South Florida. The food, service, and hookahs are also top notch. I run a men’s and women’s social group here in South Florida. We will always come back.

Martini Bar is a a fun spot to go if you’re looking for a more relaxed bar/club scene. They have a great cocktail menu with some yummy martinis. There is plenty of outdoor seating if you want to stay away from the noisiness inside, but there is also a DJ and dance floor inside if you are looking for a «clubby» scene. Good balance, usually very busy.

Hit or miss here. The thing that helped the night out is that we were actually attending an event here. So the demographic was what were were looking for. The drinks were good, not too expensive. There were some specials. There’s a bar inside and out. The lounge is very pretty, worth the effort of a nice dress and high heels. This place is located by the Casino so there is plenty to do and a lot of other night spots to hop to! If you want to avoid the lines go out have fun and are not too concerned about who’s there, this place could be a 4.

Truth in advertising for once, this place truly is a «Martini Bar» almost to a fault, but not quite. We actually watched the Kentucky Derby on their stools after getting soaked for a few hours downstairs in Gulfstream Village, it was our last stop. We both started out with Lady drinks which were half off, of course, but the manly man in me insisted on a real drink so I ordered a Bloody Mary(at least one of my Unilocaler fellas is reading this while drinking Scotch and smoking a cigar laughing) You guys can kick rocks, I want to stay married. Anyway after seeing no Bloody Mary’s anywhere on the Menu at a place called ‘The Martini Bar’, being the real winner I am I still ask for one. Our Barmaid who was a dead ringer for the singer Dido, but in fishnets said something to the effect of «yeah I can do that, if that’s what you want.» I had three,(after 4 hours of drinking, like a man-man) she made them so strong I was singing the best of Rod Stewart in the back seat of our Über drive home.

First time at Martini Bar. I won’t lie, I was not impressed, but I wasn’t hugely disappointed either, it was just blah. I was there with a group and had a 2−4−1 drink deal. When we ordered our drinks we got both at the same time, so if you didn’t have a sharing partner, you got stock carrying both drinks around. Drinks are not cheap. $ 12-$ 15 regular price. They are not watery though. Quite strong in fact. We kept being told to move, but to be fare we were loitering near the entrance. Inside it very dark, but doesn’t feel dingy. The DJ that night had an 70’s and 80’s theme going on. And although I appreciate it, he didn’t play enough of any one given song to make me enjoy them. It got annoying really fast. An OK place, if you are at the Gufstream it’s worth checking out for lack of anything better to do.

So I never actually been inside to check out the music so I can’t comment on the actual club inside. But I do enjoy the music at the outdoor bar! The atmosphere is great. They have themed nights/events so before you check it out, you might want to figure out their night before you get disappointed. There is also nights where they is a cover to enter(mostly weekends). All the bartenders were somewhat of bold outfits so men are constantly hitting on them or staring at them in general, guess that might be considered normal in bars. If I don’t like how my drink is made, they gladly exchange it. Overall, the taste of the drinks are usually good(I mean after a while you don’t taste anything). Nutty Butter, I believe is the same, tastes like butterscotch! I highly recommend. They have happy hour from 4−8pm but it’s definitely limited. I was expecting to have half off drinks, ended up only being like 5 drinks on the happy hour menu that are $ 5 bucks. The toilets are black. This is weird to me. The lighting in the bathroom is obviously low so I can’t tell if the restroom is dirty or not. Not sure how I feel about this.

3.5…After a fabulous Elite event awhile back I have been here a few times where we have just popped in for cocktails and dancing. They have a great outdoor patio where you can eat and drink. Last time we went here my friends had gone in already as I lagged behind and when I walked up there was a ginormous bouncer standing by the entrance. My thoughts were«wow you are one big dude» then I figured I had better stand up tall shoulders back, I make the eye contact, and walk right passed him thinking do not dare attempt to say a ridiculous word to me, like get out your ID or whatever else he might have thought to say to me. I get why they are there, looking all intimidating, keeping under aged guest out, yeah I get it but they all have that same look. So when you are middle aged you tend to have that same look when you walk into these huge bouncers. I found our friends and said let’s go to the back where the dance floor is. We snagged a table on the couch area and were quite comfortable. I do not remember a server ever coming to take our order so I believe the guy’s just went to the bar themselves. The drinks are decent, priced appropriate to the area. The dance floor is small but I have always had a great time here. Maybe it’s because every time I am here it is after much alcohol intake so well you know the story, gonna have fun no matter what. I love the music they play. The crowd tends to be a good variety of every age group. For me it is just a fun place to grab some drinks and dance as if you don’t have a worry in the world. Service has always been good for us. Fun place no doubt!

I have never EVER reviewed a place before I even left, but this warrants it. My friend and I have been sitting at our table for 25 minutes, and no drinks to speak of have been brought to our table. We received the food first, go figure. They are not even slammed! No idea where the scantily clad dazed out waitress is with our drinks. We’re it not for the fact that we are too tired to go to another place, and risk more bad service we would have left. We are now at the ½ hour mark, and still no drinks and waitress nowhere to be found. Martini Bar, you need to work on your service, and if staff is not working out, time to get new staff. You offer the same wares that other establishments offer, your opportunity to excel and set yourself apart from the rest is in SERVICE, which is nonexistent. Still no drinks and this was a lengthy review written on a cell phone. Thirty one minutes to get a drink UNACCEPTABLE!

Martini bar had its positives. It’s close to other options. Alright the ambiance wasn’t all bad but beside that it wasn’t the most positive experience of the night. We had been out to see a movie at Aventura earlier and decided to hit a couple places after for a drink. Zebra was its usually quirky place. But then we bounced to Gulfstream. We wandered to a couple of the regular spots. Fate which would have nice if busy was fairly empty. So Martini bar it was. It was chilly to be outside but it did encourage everyone to be in the same spot, inside. Inside was a solid, okay. The tunes were were average and the DJ misstepped a couple times. The crowd was a bit sketchier than we would have thought. And the low ceiling and dim light design gave a basement vibe that was counterintuitive to the idea of a «Martini Bar» Drinks were ok. Over priced but that would be the norm for a dance club. Here was the clincher though. When we ordered later from a waitress instead of the bar, there was a huge tip built into the bill. Not quite normal practice. Would I go back? Maybe for a drink outside when walking by sometime. But there is better options downtown Hollywood.

Attended a friends party here. The location was pretty cool from the scene of the inside to include the better service from the inside bar tenders as well. The outside bartender, one in particular was just not friendly or had her customer service hat on when it came to the females. She was extremely focused on the guys, ultimately ignoring the group of females waiting with a huge party of 20. She continued to serve the guy party of 3. Clearly, she’s not good in math. Of course, the party went inside for better service and ran into a good friend who purchased all rounds for the remaining of the night for everyone within feet of us. Inside bar and bar tenders are preferred.

Good place to either lounge and drink and/or go dancing. I personally enjoy the outdoor bar area; not much of a clubber. My favorite martini is the nutter butter or butter nutter(can’t remember the exact name). Food is good and they also have hookahs.

I like this place. I have seen some mixed reviews on here and I’m not sure why. I feel this is a great place to go with a group. Hang out on the outside patio with a group. Do some dancing on their spacious dance floor with a group. Go next door to the casino and check out neighbor bars and restaurants as a group. This place is fun with groups, but also just plain fun! This whole village thing at Gulfstream is spacious(and very nice) and one can get lost easily(only half kidding). I went there with a group of 20 or so recently and had a blast! It was on a Friday and wasn’t that crowded. I stayed till about 1am. Very good dance 90s hip hop mix. Saturdays are their busiest days. Wednesday is Latin Nite and there are free salsa lessons from 8 – 9 I think. Thursday is Ladies Nite with half off martinins for the ladies. There is NEVER a cover here except for special events. Drinks are like 5 bucks for a beer and 9 for a vodka n tonic. Pretty standard prices nowadays. Inside has a very nice vibe décor, and there is nice patio seating outside. I have only been to the Martini Bar @ Gulfstream on a Friday and Saturday Nite. I had a blast on both nites. Once with a group and once I went alone. I think this place has major fun potential every nite and I recommend checking it out!

I’ve been to the Martini bar during the day and night. Nothing special about the place. There was a female bartender there who wouldn’t stop looking at my boyfriend. We were both so uncomfortable and he stopped ordering drinks from her. She seemed under the influence or on pills. There then that its ok. We never sat at the outside bar again. I went a couple weeks later and we stayed outside but didn’t go to the bar. The girl who waited on us was sweet and held good conversation. Food is okay.

And this is the place with the angriest bartender ever. First she couldn’t understand whati want as it was loud and and couldn’t read my lips. Then she actually made a gesture with her hand that could mean only one things: you person annoy the hellout of me. Everyone in my group started laughing. Then she served me a drink which was actually strong in a dirty glass, and wheni showed it to her she gave me an evil eye. but made another drink, no apologies, nothing. The whole experience was very unpleasant. Plump waitresses run around In ridiculous outfits, no one gives a damn about patrons, place was half empty on Friday night. Employees there look like they would rather be somewhere else. The nly thing that was good is music, but for older folks.

Went here with a group of friends recently and had a blast. A few of my friends had already been here around halloween and they had a great time so we thought we’d hit it up again. I liked the vibe going in. The décor was nice, and not too crowded. I liked the fact you can go outside to get some fresh air and there is a bar outside as well. The drinks are in fact a bit spend $ 15 on average for a martini, but hey… anywhere you go these days to go out drinks are $$ but it’s not like south beach pricing. So you live with it and still just enjoy the night. We came with a crew of around 10. The place was not overly crowded. They played a mix of music and it was fun because we danced all night long. We ever ordered a hookah for those in our group that liked to hookah. There was no cover and so for an evening out I think it was pretty reasonable. I liked this place over going to our usual dance spot in Miami Beach(purdy lounge) because it had more room to dance and mingle. We didn’t order any food so I can’t say if anything was good or not. But overall we had a smashing good time!
