Sales person who works there was very mean to me, curse me out so bad on the floor. Called me a b#tch and said F#ck you. When I went to manager to complain about it, he did not even apologize to me. He just told me that he will talk to him about it. I guess they just making a minimum wage so they don’t care if they lose their job for being that rude to a customer.

I went to Marshalls yesterday and used the bathroom when I was shopping it was so disgusting (fecal matter on stool pee on the floor wet nasty toilet paper on the floor dirt and something on the walls), no way it has been cleaned in a long time makes me wonder what kind of people run this store, Clean up your act Marshalls. dirty dirty dirty

Do you remember the Clint Eastwood movie, Dirty Harry? He’s chasing down some criminal to exact some public approved-70’s mentality-​police brutality-​vengeance on a criminal and after chasing him down in dress shoes and a suit he gives him this speech and ends it with a now famous-​but slowly waning from new generation-​memory phrase, «do you feel lucky, punk»?
That’s this Marshalls. This Marshalls is Clint Eastwood and you are the sleezy criminal. When you walk in, you’re going to find a good priced shirt and you’re going to think, «score»! but then… then…is where you begin to play Russian Roulette.
Because after you find that awesome shirt that will fit you like some sexy Spanish version of Margot Robbie in Wolf of Wall Street, you now have to GET IN THE LINE OF DEATH. There will be a row of cash register stations waiting for you; easily at least 10 – 12.
The problem is that only three of them will be attended. And they will be attended by the following employees:
1. The sweet, grandma, slow-​as-​molasses, who doesn’t speak english so good. But she’s so nice and sweet and when she smiles at you, she reminds you of your friends grandma that always used to serve you food when you visited them that you can’t help but quellish any selfish nasty thoughts of sayhing hurry up. Nevertheless, she’s slow, like watching paint dry slow.
2. The I-​hate-​you-​for-​coming-​here, I-​hate-​life, why-​are-​you-​bugging-​me, middle aged eastern european lady who, by the time, you’re done, makes you actually want to apologize for violating her time. When she takes your payment for buying clothes, you feel bad that she has to ring you up. She doesn’t want to be there, and she doesn’t want you to be there. If you two were alone, she’d most likely knife you.
3. The college-​aged, nice enough, not paying you any attention sort that views you and your money in the following priority list: a. her cell phone in her front pocket, b. the «cute» stock boy who keeps on ignoring the messy racks that he’s supposed to fix because he wants to snog her, and lastly, you. She’s there because she needs to pay for her phone. You don’t exist and in that moment, neither does she. She’s going to be a RN one day and can;t wait for the day when she is over Marshalls.
4. Bonus! To especially mess with your head, they will have a «manager» looking like dude/​dudette with a fake wire in their ear over at the far end. He/​she will be folding clothes and looking stern and OCCASIONALLY ring someone up with the ambivalence of someone who is trying to beat yesterday’s closing time. But mostly, they are there to tease you to make you think they got tons of people on Registers.
So, do you feel lucky? And is that awesome 11.99 shirt worth waiting in line, where you will either be behind the tourist family where the kids are on the floor and bumping you or in front of the lady who just got out of the gym and is on the phone talking to her boo.

When you are looking for something or need something new in your wardrobe I come here. This week it was for new swim attire for an upcoming cruise. I don’t want to pay a lot. I was in luck and left with three as well as a couple of nice cover ups. At $ 19.99 and living in Florida this was great. Brand names and low prices. Found a great gift on the way to the register. That is the fun of coming to this Marshall’s especially this location you never know what you will find.

This store is very busy and there is typically a line waiting to get in before 9:30am on a midday of the week of about 15 people, I guess because they have stuff no other marshalls carries. It is located right across the street from aventura mall and there is a Nordstrom rack in same shopping center but they open at 10. I do recommend you stay away on the weekends Friday-​Sunday.

SO MUCH TOURIST IN ONE PLACE. they have a really wide selection of purse choices and it is also a home goods. I love marshals but i hate the rush of this location. And the cashier line? FORGET IT. LONG. but you get the best stuff at a great price.

Tried to return a brand new unused suitcase to this Location and they wouldn’t take it back because the tag had come unattached. I still had the tag, the receipt and the suitcase was new. The Manager didn’t event speak to me to tell me this they just told the employee who relayed the message to me.
Bad customer service

Merchandise-​wise it’s not the best I’ve seen in Marshall’s. Things are somewhat disorganized and lots of broken things. However, what really turns me off is their restroom… totally disgusting. Have been there a few times and every time it was gross.
I’ve been to other Marshall’s. For this place i can see the manager just doesn’t really care about the place at all.

I found a half pair of shoe they didn’t let me pay for it, till they don’t find the other half. They called me yesterday at 10 pm and told me they put it on the side, but when I came today to pick it up, they sold it. I will never buy in this Marshall’s again !!! It’s not the first time I am disappointed with them. Costumer care very bad here. And Isabella the manager is spoke to me not nice and did nothing to help me. She is not a good manager.

By far the WORST homegoods I’ve everrr been to in my life. Everything is always broken. Things are priced improperly. Mix and match price tags only to find a big surprise at the register. The lady that attended me looked and acted like she hates life and her job even more! You’d think being in an upscale neighborhood hood you’d have better quality and service THAT’S DEFINITELY NOT THE CASE HERE! Never coming back. Please save your time, money and patience and stay away from this crappy place.

Update on my previous review
The manager called and apologized personally for my experience and asked us to come in to exchange our item.
The exchange was quick and easy and he even gave us a 25% off coupon to make up for the issue.
So glad at least the store manager is competent and friendly.

This store is a nightmare! It’s filthy and disorganized and It’s Monday night, Dec. 30^th and the register line is so long it’s ridiculous!!! I counted over 40 people in line!
What’s wrong with your corporate management Marshall’s? We walked out and wanted to buy over $ 150 in merchandise.
What an unprofessional operation.

This Broward girl makes the drive to Aventura for this store. Let’s face it, Aventura has a lot of expensive stores and people who enjoy big name brands. This Marshall’s seems to cater to the need for pretty things. You’re definitely going to find better brands and deals here rather than, say the one in Hollywood. Which is a bit of a shame but I get it. The home goods section of this store is great and it’s usually the main reason I come here.

Its hard to find a home marshall so i give it 4 start for that, its big and organized and has a lot of items per department, but not the best.

This store is the King of all Marshall’s. The store is SO organized. And it’s freakin’ huge! There’s a tone of stuff and the Clearance aisle — my favorite, if two aisles long! I haven’t dived in here to look for clothes yet, but the shoe section has definitely caught my eye a few times. The household/​kitchen area is also packed full of some fun goodies, that maybe… I don’t need, but I always want.

Definitely the most organized Marshall’s I’ve ever been to. Also, they have a lot of good products and great shoes!

I love Marshall’s period! Even though the manager is an ass, this store have lots of pet supplies for pet lovers and home décor.

I have a love hate with these discount «designer» stores. While this one has improved greatly in the past couple of years, it is still like shopping at a thrift store where you just don’t know what you are going to get.
The kids section in this store in Aventura is woefully lacking. It seems like it’s got clothes for up to age 6 and then that’s it. It does however have an interesting furniture and home furnishings section and is a great place for shopping for gifts or household items like a dozen water glasses for $ 10.
I love it for the shoes. I don’t think I’ve ever left this store without a pair of shoes. Rocket Dogs for $ 10.
If you can get over the digging and digging through racks and racks arranged in no discernible manner for your size then you will find some great deals. If you are going in knowing EXACTLY what you are looking for then good luck finding it.
I’m bumping them an extra star for the line at checkout. It moves SUPER fast and the staff are lovely.
