Do not come here for anything. A windows 10 upgrade that takes 4 days?! I did my other laptop in two hours. Pathetic I meed an appointment to pick it up in a basically empty store f you microbrain

Microsoft, I love you so. I walked in just a few days before Christmas and just after driving around for 30 minutes trying to find parking and I expected the madness to continue once inside. The store was expectedly packed. However, for every one holiday shopper looking to purchase a new gadget for their loved one, there must have been two additional sales reps ready to assist! I walked in and was immediately greeted by three handsome young fellows all who worked together to get my antique XBOX 360 traded in for a shiny new XBOX One. The whole process must have been 20 minutes and I was heading back home in what I felt was record time!

The new set up at best buy really makes a world of difference. I went in with a pair of Bose headphones which broke after almost two years, so with our protection plan they replaced the headphones with an equivalent product! Didn’t have to pay a difference in price and I am happy to say I paid for another 2 year product protection and will continue to be a best buy customer!
