I would really give them zero stars if I could. Associate Philip clearly had the attitude of not giving a ****. If you hate people and your job why work there.

I guess this isn’t a review of this particular store but for T Mobile in general (actually all of the corporate owned stores I’ve been in are just fine). I’ve been a customer of this German company for way over ten years and since they stopped outsourcing employees from India and hired Americans their service has been wonderful. Their customer care department has always bent over backwards to fix my Apple phone glitches. I’ve had a 4, 4s, 5, 5s and now a 6 Plus. The Plus has given me problems and TM has sent me three new phones with profuse apologies. The attitude of the customercare help is outstanding. At one point they were at a loss as to what my problem was so they connected me with an Apple tech (supervisor) who gave up and said, «please take both phones into an Apple Store and they can help you better than I can.» He made an appointment in two weeks hence and after getting there early I still waited an hour. When I talked to one of the Genius guys he said, rather rudely,” we don’t work on two devices; you will need to come back.” I asked for a supervisor who wasn’t any better and told me to go to a T Mobile store. Arrogance arrogance arrogance; Apple has more cash than the U.S. Treasury. Who do they think they are? I told him I was donating all of my Apple TVs and computers to charity and sent a long letter to their corporate headquarters. If I weren’t so accustomed to the iPhones they would go as well. In fact when I get to the T Mobile store I plan to inquire about a Samsung.
TMobile has never and would never treat me in this disgusting fashion.
WRONG again! I got the same cheap guff from the CSR who greeted me and then a real «I don’t give a f_​_​k attitude from the manager. AFTER HAVING BEEN TOLD BY THREE APPLE CARE (TMOBILE) SUPERVISORS TO TAKE MY PHONE IN TO ONE OF THEIR CORPORATE STORES; she said, «We don’t diagnose phone problems here you need to take it to the Apple Store.»
My advise to the public is to deal with T Mobile on the phone and order from them, but this store has a major personality defect.

After being grandfathered in with AT&T for over 8 years my husband and I decided to join our plans to take advantage of an unlimited data/​talk/​text plan they were offering — including unlimited data internationally (!!). We came on a Friday night and there was a bit of a wait, but I honestly can’t complain about the service. The process was orderly and didn’t take as long as I was expecting.
Gigi helped us and was thorough in explaining what our bill would be every month and took care of all the logistics. Even when I tried to call AT&T to get the info to transfer my number, AT&T’s database was down, so Gigi set me up with a temporary T-​Mobile number so I could still use my new phone and told me to text her the info when AT&T’s database was back up. That wasn’t until the following morning (go AT&T), but Gigi finalized my number transfer shortly after I texted her the info.
Truthfully, I went in thinking I was going to dread the experience, but Gigi made it really painless. Great service!

Let’s be honest this is horrible service their system is soooo messed up I came in first and the lady keeped skipping me a lady before me got so mad that finally they decided to take care of her then the lady finally came to me and answered my question but then left me and didn’t even address me after I left I don’t even think she noticed no goodbye or whats wrong? No they don’t care! Really wish I could give them no stars

phones, bad quality, rip off international plan and over priced service. unprofessional staff. Try to sell u a phone for their benefit. horrible experiences mobile sucks never again. canceled services. keep tabs on the bill they add fees and steal your money. Bad business.

went here to buy a sim card. I specifically tell the guy, «i want to buy a sim card»
immediately he says to me «what plan?» as if it’s his business, i tell him $ 30, and he tells me «1500 minutes» I laugh at him. Why does he think he knows what I want?
I tell him I want a web only plan and I just need a sim card. With attitude he tells me it’s $ 20.
I laugh at him again. For a sim card? That can’t be right.
He blames the price on the booth being at a mall.
