This is the worst phone repair place I have ever been to. I brought in my phone with a Broken screen, and after being charged 140 $, I recieved my phone and immediately realized that the screen was not placed in the phone frame, but rather on top of it. I told the manager and she said that the screen did not fit in the frame, as I had dropped it and altered the shape of the frame, but that it shouldn’t be a problem. (I knew this sounded like bs but I let it go) However, within one week the screen had fallen totally off my phone and when I went back to complain, no one would even speak to me. Then, I realized that they had not even screwed the screen back in, as the too bottom screws were missing. Terrible service, terrible work. Do not go there and waste your money

Worst of the worst! amateur kids fixing phones manger is another rude and stupid kid
I would give this rat hole minus 5 if i could
They changed my phones battery and damaged the fingerprint button when it worked perfectly during 2 years and then said that since they didnt inspect it before they got the phone they assumed it was damaged so now i dont have the fingerprint button working thanks to this idiots
I should of gone to the apple store, maybe pay a little more but not deal with this con artists that took my money and damaged my phone
Avoid this place at all cost!!!

Worst business ever! Went there to fix my phone, 2 days later my phone screen fell off and a part of it shattered! This is impossible, so I went to the store to get it fixed AFTER JUST 2 DAYS, and the manager lady told me I would have to pay another $ 120. Horrible service, and she was rude. Would NOT recommend !!

HORRIBLE service… Took my daughters ipad with a simple screen crack… they took my $ 110 then returned it with the screen NOT WORKING… I called the RUDE manager lady and she gave me a non-​sense explanation that they needed to change something else for an additional $ 150… I said I wanted my money back and she refused… then she ignored me… She gave me owners email «Kevin» and I emailed and never got an answer… Now I disputed with AMEX. Really bad bad service and customer service attitude… will NEVER go back…

I called and they gave me a price over the phone. I came in and the price went up 25 bucks. I said that’s not what I was told. He said sorry I can’t do it for what you were told. I went to another store blocks away and they did it for the cheaper price. This was my second time in the store. You get that car salesman feeling from them. Never again.

My experience with Phone-​Techs was quite positive. I came in around 6:30pm on a Saturday (closing is 8:00pm) to have my Samsung S3 glass repaired. They were up front with pricing and told me exactly how long it would take for the repair. They called me to let me know when my phone was ready, even though they had just approached their closing time. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

I lost the volume button on my Samsung Galaxy. I went to the Verizon store and they told me I would have to submit a claim on my insurance and it would cost me $ 100, I went to Phone-​Techs and for less than $ 10 my phone was fixed, I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

This place is the best phone repair place I have ever been to… They are very oranganzied and professional! The people who work here are so nice and give you great service!!! I definitely recommend this place!
