Love Rosalia’s for hearty home style Italian at Aventura Mall. Have been eating since it opened(15 – 20 years?). If you are claustrophobic, don’t get locked in to tables by the wall, waiters can’t get to you and you can’t get out without bothering the other diners nearby. Great lentil soup.

A good restaurant if you stay with basic plates. Try the Bella Luna Pizza, the Eggplant Lassagna, any Pasta with Tomato Sauce or the Italian Cheescake. More elaborate dishes are not that great, if you want fancy italian food, go to Carpaccio at Bal Harbour.

I’ve been here several times over the years and along with Bella Luna, this place is definitely one of the better places to eat at while at Aventura Mall if you want to avoid the big chain restaurants. It is always pretty packed though so if you have more than a two top you may have to wait a bit. The only have beer and wine here and the beer selection is pretty disappointing. The food however is delicious. Recently I went with the Meat Canneloni with bolognese sauce and it was not what I expected. Instead of tube pasta, it was 2 crepes stuffed with meat. In addition although the menu said it came with bolognese sauce it was really 90% cream sauce with a splash of bolognese on top. The entrée was pretty good, but the menu was a little deceiving. My wife went with a chicken salad which was very large and delicious. Service is pretty good even though they are always very busy. Overall, you can’t go wrong if you are in this part of the mall and want to grab a good bite to eat.

What a meal! So fresh, delicious, and just worth it! The ambiance of the place was great, easy to sit and enjoy! My meal was nothing crazy, a Caesar salad and pepperoni pizza. I loved my salad. The salad was fresh, with very tasty chicken. My pizza was well cooked, and crispy. Dessert was incredible! The tiramisu melts in your mouth, and the soufflé was out of this world. I will dine here again!

Generous portions. Fresh ingredients. Try the bruschetta! The Pollo Farcito is very rich, but delicious. Went with my family and we all enjoyed it immensely.

While walking Aventura mall we chose to have an early dinner at this restaurant as we have not yet dined at Trattoria Rosalia’s. It was not crowded so we were seated right away. Service was good, bread basket was good although A little too toasted for my husband. I ordered the pasta with white clam sauce which was delicious. My youngest ordered a pescatora salad with plenty of shrimp and calamari. Husband ordered the spaghetti pomodoro traditional pasta and my oldest son ordered the Margarita pizza Everything we ordered was exquisite. Price not bad $ 100.00 for four tip included. No alcoholic beverages ordered so if you order wine it will probably be higher.

I wasn’t too crazy about the food, however, I was impressed of the service. The gentleman who was helping us was very knowledgable Of the menu items and explained the dishes in a perfect manner. It’s also in a cute little convenient place, so that’s got to do with my rating.

Love love love this place! Specially because i can bring my dog with me every time and they even give him a bowl with cold water! The food is amazing from the risotto to the lamb chops. Atmosphere is very nice and relaxed servers and hostess are super nice and attentive! One of my favorite places i visit weekly!

Had a hard time determining what to eat. Knew I wanted homemade pasta. Decided on Salmon in a tomato cream sauce. Substituted penne for homemade fettuccine. The menu describes the sangria as sweet. It isn’t sweet.

We’ve been coming to this restaurant twice a year for the past few years and this year was absolutely terrible. Chicken wasn’t cooked right and tasted old, risotto wasn’t cooked properly and the waiter was awful. I will not be returning here in my future visits to Aventura.

Overall this is not about the food. This is regarding the manager and how rude me and my family, an 8 people party, were treated while the restaurant was almost empty. We just walked out of there, I do not have the name of the manager but the right people will know. The issue: We needed to put together 3 squared tables to fit 8 adults, the manager would not agree but to put together 2 round tables in which 2 people were going to have to eat in the gap between this two round tables which would be very uncomfortable. We gave him the idea, realized it could be done, don’t get me wrong, there were at least ten tables empty so it could be done without bothering anyone and they had the space. Once we told the manager we were defined not to sit there and make 2 people eat like that he said in this same words: «I’m not going to use 3 tables for you, while I can make you fit into 2» I have worked as a restaurant staff member and truly think this person should not work as a manager. He was extremely rude in front of all of us and about 3 people from his staff giving this example to them and making us feel like we were not welcome there. No wonder why the restaurant is empty. I hope this issue is addressed asap for the sake of this place and specially coming from a big restaurant group as this one.

This is an amazing restaurant. Congrats to the maître de. Impeccable service. I have not seen this consistency in a long time. The food was amazing as well! Everything was fresh and perfectly seasoned. We had a wonderful time too! The restaurant was obscenely packed and our food came out very quick! So impressed!

1. Great management. Always greet you, always smile, rush to you with a black napkin if you are wearing dark clothes to avoid lint. 2. Awesome service. 3. Great food. Awesome specials. Cooked right every time. 4. Delicious deserts 5. Awesome Espresso.(yes I have had bad espresso) Nothing bad can be said about this place. Too bad you have to go to the mall to get to it.

This place is suppose to be in Italian restaurant in America but employees management speak barely any English and only Spanish ! Couldn’t even understand the waiter, the mussels I ordered in tomato sauce tastes like paper in water wasn’t fresh ! The Cesar salad is an absolute joke m, old leaves all brown and bad tasting dressing ! The steak was way too salted and cooked not how I ordered it ! Never going there again ! Garbage

Considering all the times I have gone to Aventura mall, I only tried Trattoria Rosalias last week. We had to wait to grab a table outside, but as soon as we sat down we received excellent service. The burrata salad was fresh and delicious and came wrapped with prosciutto. I ordered a salmon dish for my entrée that was a generous serving of salmon and came with pasta on the side; the salmon was cooked very nicely. I tried some of their coconut ice cream for dessert that was the perfect ending to the meal. Overall, I left impressed by the quality considering this is a shopping mall establishment. Definitely a good choice for dinner!

I’m a little confused here We found this place to be an overpriced olive garden. I guess i should of known better, it’s in a shopping mall We had a seafood appetizer were everything tasted the same. My veal tortellini was tasteless and the sauce was like a pink guacamole or something. The staff was morbid though quick.

I have been to Carpaccio and Bella Luna and I heard this was the owner so I tried it. The salad and bread were great starters. We ordered chicken piccata, the sauce tasted rotten and it had a gooey texture. We sent it back and before we could order something else they brought back our same chicken and just wiped the sauce off. Never had that happen in a restaurant it was disgusting. Ordered chicken parm came out in 2 minutes with the cheese barely melted. It had little flavor and I gave it to my friend to take home. The manager watched this and never came over to talk to us. Will not go back and now I have concerns about their other restaurants.

On a gorgeous Tuesday night wanting to enjoy some outside seating while the weather permits and having to pick up some mall stuff me and two others decided to try Rosalia which I am told is from the same ownership as the Carpaccio Clan of restaurants in the area. Being right next door to the Cheesecake factory, it never crossed my mind to give this place a try but here we were. Arrived sitting outside for great people watching seated by the lovely Karen and no push for bottled water here that’s a nice change of pace. Fresh hot bread no dipping sauce and had to ask for butter as we peruse the menu which is mostly pastas, veal, chicken and pizza with some standard appetizers. Wine list was VERYREASONABLE as we settle on a barely marked up Cabernet as we decide on dinner. Told from others the don’t miss is the Pasta Fasul soup which was a nice orange texture very flavorful with fresh spinach. Moving on we ordered a standard pizza extra cheese which was really quite flavorful with a nice crust with fresh basil on top. This is NOTNYSTYLE pizza but your standard gourmet type but it was good just missing that burst of tomato that would have pushed it over the top. A Veal parm was OK as it was lightly breaded and quick fried but it was a darker tough veal not milk fed fairly cheap quality veal. It came with house pasta with the same marinara sauce. Plenty of cheese on the parm, but lacking a good piece of veal and the sauce being just OK if not non descript I’d have to fail this dish. Last dish was a Gnochi in a pink sauce stuffed with Veal. Heavy & rich is the only way to describe this creation. But it was good and tasty and plentiful Some espressos were hot and not bitter and service was very good all night replacing napkins, cleaning the table cloth or covering the spillage with more napkins etc. Price points were very reasonable. Aside from the weak presentation on the veal everything else was pretty good and atmosphere and service I would not hesitate to repeat but there are multiple other options to choose from in the mall and in the area and I’d probably go to Bella Luna before here but it wasn’t bad.
