Dr Trochman is a neck specialist. I have trigeminal neuropathy, and I was in agonizing pain every day. My doctors said I needed root canal therapies, as well as gabapentin and neurontin. These drugs made me very loopy, so I decided to ask one of my clients, Dr. Tallieh, what other options I might try.
Dr. Tallieh took a look at my history, and said I needed to have my neck looked at, specifically the atlas and axis vertibre at the top, and said that Dr Trochman is, by far, the best chiropractor for that type of adjustment. He’s the Doctor the doctors go to because his adjustments are gentle and yet extremely effective.
His bedside manner is a little gruff, but his knowledge is vast. Since I started with him, I’ve talked to several other professionals who have had similar neuropathic pain as I. They swear by him. Now I swear by him too.
His first exam was thorough, and I loved that he said he wasn’t going to go down a path with me until he was sure, by testing, that it was the thing I needed most right now. I appreciate that he didn’t just pop me into X-​rays and start me down another path without first diagnosing me more thoroughly.
Update: Its been 3 weeks since I started upper cervical adjustments with Dr. Trochman. I have had just 4 appointments, total, including the first diagnostic visit. The frequency of my jaw pain (neuropathy) attacks have lessened by 75%, and the pain intensity of each attack has decreased by 60%. Considering UCLA said that my only hope would be if one of the neuro drugs worked, I am ecstatic. He has started adjusting my back as well, and I am much better overall than I was when I walked in 3 weeks ago. This is impressive. I will write again at the 6 week point, but I wouldn’t be surprised if by then all of my pain is gone.
Update: it’s been 6 weeks since I started treatment with Dr Trochman for trigeminal neuralgia. In that time I have gone out of adjustment, due to it having been «out» for over 20 years, at least. I go in, he fixes it. What’s crazy is that I have damage in my left leg due to a childhood tractor accident. That heel has never gone to the floor. I thought it was about the injury. As soon as Dr Trochman put in my upper neck, my heel started reaching the floor evenly with the other one. Completely equal. How is that possible?
As a result, my hip feels better, my back feels better all the way down, and my neuralgia is still gone.
I will update again in 3 months. I’m on my way to believing that this guy is the absolute cure for everything skeletal.

After what I thought would be a tranquil and enjoyable visit to San Luis Bay Longevity Center, I found myself not wanting to ever return again. Why you might ask? Dr. Trockman. What occurred between this doctor and his coworkers and staff is inexcusable. Dr. Trockman launched into a tirade about multiple items with the office personnel and in doing so, berated, insulted and was downright rude to the staff. I might suggest that he look into some anger management classes before other patients flee his practice.
Is this the kind of place that I want to frequent?
I don’t think so.

Dr. Trockman is a god and can work miracles!!!
