The stores and online offers don’t seem to be in sync. I get a text offering a discount weekend. Email every day of said weekend letting me know offer ending. One day left or few hours left so on. Go to store and they know nothing of it. Even show text and email and try to argue that it’s ended regardless of the fact that I just got the email. Emails from them will be considered spam from now on.

I was very disappointed after ordering a very specific item for delivery and something else showed up. Edible Arrangements on-line customer care was not helpful at all, however when I called the store and spoke to the manager she outdid herself with exceptional customer service and sent a new bouquet out that very day of the arrangement I had originally ordered. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because the mistake happened in the first place, but their response to their mistake was definitely 5 star service.
