This is an okay Goodwill location. The drop off line gets very long at times (having many donations is a wonderful problem to have!) and the parking lot is relatively small. On the first Saturday of the month you may have to park in the Walmart lot nearby in order to get in!
This is not a large Goodwill, their selection is small and limited. With a Plato’s Closet nearby, it’s understandable that their clothes selection is not at the same level of their counterparts up on the north side (Fishers, Carmel, Noblesville). It’s still a fine Goodwill, but it’s not one of my favorites.

I am often at a variety of Central Indy Goodwill either dropping off donations or looking for a bargain that I didn’t know I needed. I work in Avon, so I came by to drop some holiday items off and take a look inside. I like the newer building, but mostly I like that everyone here seems to be happy to be working here. One person recognized me and told me about the day’s specials. Clean, neat and organized. Some areas were a little crowded and only on person can get down an aisle at a time. But overall a good shopping experience.

Really love the brand new building and new location. On the day I visited I was searching for teacups for a DIY project. I got what I was looking for and a few extra things. Store is well organized; can be crowded in certain areas like housewares and décor. Staff was very friendly and overall I found the location easy to shop. Nice atmosphere. Visit during the week!
