They have a variety of stuff, not solely electronics or home appliances.
They have living room suites, dining room sets and a variety of storage type units.
The prices seemed within range with other places where you can obtain the same things.
… but here’s the deal, the customer service is non-​existent. The last time I was in an HH Gregg was 10+ years ago when my husband and I walked in the Greenwood store when shopping for a desktop PC. We walked in and around while being completely ignored. We went and spent $ 500 at Circuit City and never stepped into another location until today.
We’re looking for a home theater projector this time and we had come directly from Best Buy, where we commented on how the staff were available, but not overwhelming.
HH Gregg was a different story. Again, walked in, around and through with staff members passing us in aisles and no greeting what-​so-​ever. No warm smile. No «Ya doing okay?» NOTHING.
We walked out empty handed past a manager and, again, nothing.
We’re going to pull the trigger on the projector this week and it won’t be from HH Gregg.
