I called his office two weeks ahead of coming out to ski in Colorado and was told I could be seen immediately if I had a problem. I had a problem and then the office said I could be seen in two week! I was very disappointed so I called back again — in great pain — and was then told I could come in that day. I went in and was treated effectively, which saved my ski trip. But, the write up for my insurance company was not entirely accurate, so I had to pay the cost entirely myself. So: Office Personnel are very weak. Medical care is good. Record keeping is suspect.
