This store has gotten better… It still is not as new, clean, or just as peasant as both of the stores near my house. Yet, since I had a terrible experience at the a Newton Michaels, I’ve been coming here more often. The only issues here are that they don’t have everything that my local, newer stores, have and that they sometimes do not have enough checkout registers open. Otherwise, this location is hassle-free with coupons, and has MOSTLY everything I’ll need. The Westwood location is SO much newer and better, but this is a good second choice.
Also, be careful: the parking lot is really bad here, more that Christmas Tree customers always use the Michaels area of the lot!

A disorganized mess until you get all the way back to the candles/picture frames/sticker aisles… I think they’re the only ones that make sense. Did someone say, «no staff to be found»? Ya, I 2^nd or even 3^rd that. I used to go here for little odds & ends, plus wreaths for our front door, but the pricing has become outrageous… or is it just me and they’ve been that high all along? I dunno, but I DO know that I’ll most likely stick with X-Mas Tree Shops & AC Moore for my creative & crafty needs from now on.

This place is a mess! I went in here today to see if I could get some Halloween decorations at discounted prices for next year.
The place is practically empty… the place looks like a bomb went off. There’s no actual markdown price on anything for the Halloween stuff. It’s Nov. 9^th. You’d think by now they’d be some big signs saying 75% off or something to get rid of their Halloween items.
This place really needs serious help!

Decently sized, fairly clean and with a large collection of craft supplies. It seemed a bit disorganized in places but not so horrendous that you couldn’t find what you needed.

Nice store. Pretty big, nice selection. The layout is a little cramped and the prices area a smidge high but overall, nice crafts store.

The last time I was in here, I walked in to see if I could find a belt clasp for a trench coat (I’m never buying Calvin Klein ever again… the clasp’s ‘middle’ support was cheap plastic!) and I made 4 loops around the store. I tried looking for it once in the garment accessory section to the left of the door, without any luck finding such. I was then getting redirected by employees to other employees. No one was attending the cash register (it was at 8:00 at night) and it was an aisle hunt to do so. It took about half an hour before I found an employee who knew the section to help me look and tell me no. A 5-minute search shouldn’t take half an hour. I’ll avoid this place.
