Visited today for the first time ever. Saw it was opening a few months ago, so thought to check out this new location (as I have gone to the Allston location years ago). Beware, unless there is a MAJOR sale, the store isn’t really a discount at all. Now, today (thru Sunday), the entire store was 40% off (I thought this only happened at Old Navy, guess more places are starting to discount the entire store). Anyway, overall good store, with good shoes, clothing, and employees (numerous employees came around asking me and other customers if they needed any help, which was pleasant and helpful to have).
Would return, but probably only during one of their BIG sales again.

If a customer calls ahead to ask if you have a specific style in a specific color and size in stock, why would you confirm that you have said shoe in stock if you do not, especially after the customer informed you of a 20 minute drive to your location? Imagine my disappointment upon arriving at your location to discover that not only did you not have this particular shoe in stock, but you didn’t have anything even remotely close to it.

AMAZING customer service, and great deals. Got a pair of shoes under $ 30, can’t get better than that! Can’t recommend this store enough, can’t wait to go back and buy more shoes

This is supposed to be an OUTLET store, NOT a regular retail store. WARNING not all article’s of clothing are discounted, some are FULL MARKUP which piss me off!
