Nice store. Great selection. Only problem is that the General Manager Karen, with whom my Wife and I had been working with in the store never gave me the courtesy of a call back or an email reply to answer a few questions about an eternity band she showed us. After we had been to the store and left, I called to ask a question and Karen was very abrupt with me. Yesterday I called back as she said the night before she didn’t have the time to speak with me and Karen said she was with a customer and would call me back. After 4 hours I called again. I told the girl that answered that I was on a train heading to NYC and could Karen just send me an email. I gave her my email address and said thank you. No email was sent. I simply wanted to know how many stones were in the eternity band to figure out the mêlée size. I didn’t write it down when I was there. I value customer service a great deal and when I get horrible customer service like this, I take my business and $ elsewhere.
