Time to upgrade my phone. Great customer service from Derek, who took the time trying to explain the new options to me and transfer all my contacts and pics from the old phone to the new one, even so the store was busy. He did not try to pressure me into buying more than I wanted, but did offer all options.
The only reason I didn’t award more stars is that I ended up with a faulty Sims card. Inconvenient and frustrating but falls under the category of sh*t happens.
