Becca Ciaffone at West One Salon is an exceptional hair stylist! She styled my updo for my wedding, and it was absolutely stunning. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and also trusted her judgment to make it work my hair type and she outdid every vision I had in mind. It was perfect and even stayed until the next day. I highly recommend her for any hair styles or updos, simple or complicated.

Becca is awesome! I usually try to stick to men’s barbershops but Becca gives a really great cut and she’s a great conversationalist too. Highly recommended.

Whew! Moved from Missouri to Colorado and had to go through the beauty anxiety of finding a new solid hair dresser. Luckily I came across this salon and scheduled a cut and color with Becca. I was not disappointed! Becca patiently let me explain everything I wanted and did a great job with my highlights and lowlights, and somehow managed to make my hair feel even longer after a trim when I explained I wanted to keep the length but shape my layers. This will be my go to stylist in the valley. Thanks Becca :-)

Becca did an amazing job on my hair! I went in for bayalage highlights and a cut. It is rare that I leave a salon fully satisfied and happy, but this time I did! My highlights turned out perfect and she cut a good 3 inches off and styled it amazing. I made another appointment in March on the spot. Very very happy with my new hair :)

This is a great local salon, and I am so glad to have found it! I have been to several other beauty salon’s in the Vail valley, most which are over priced, and don’t do as good of a job as West One Salon. I have gone to Katie several times, and she is fantastic! I also take my kids here, and all of the staff are great with kids! I would highly recommend this salon to anyone.

After having some disappointing experiences with barbers and hair salons in the Vail Valley, I finally discovered West One Salon. I’m so glad I did! The environment was very relaxing. Becca Ciaffone was my stylist and she was incredible! She is very sweet, charming, and she gave me the best haircut I’ve had in years! Many friends of mine have given me complements on my hair. I’ve recommended her to quite a few people and I’ll continue to do so. Oh yeah, the complimentary alcoholic beverage and the head massage was also a huge plus. I’m definitely coming back to West One!

West One should be your choice for anything hair. Becca Ciaffone is amazing ! She listens and gives you exactly what you ask for. My cut and color are always perfect. I also love that I can talk her ear off. If you are not sure where to go in the Vail Valley this is it !

Katie is wonderful! She’s done a great job helping me grow out my hair while still keeping a great style during the process. Also gives me fun ideas about styles and products. And, she’s fast! Which is always great when you need a cut and style but don’t want to spend a ton of time on it.

I love this place! I get my facial waxing done with either Linda or Jill. They are both hilarious and accommodating with my schedule. I can always count on laughing and my eye brows looking fabulous. It is clean, welcoming, and fun!

The salon is clean and welcoming. Jill does an amazing job. I’ve recommended many friends to her and they’ve loved her. She’s the kind of stylist you can go to when you want your usual cut or trust with a big change. She is also the go-​to for waxing. I’ve turned quite a few friends on to her and they’ve all gone back to her repeatedly.
