They ruined two pairs of khakis. Both came back with light spots, clearly visible. I brought both pairs back, and a printout from the J. Crew website showing the cost of the pants.($ 75 each.) I asked that one pair be replaced as neither was new. The wife got her husband, who came up and balked. «You can’t prove I did that.» I showed him the cleaning labels that had been pinned in the pants, and my receipt. No luck. He refused to take responsibility for the damage. I had been a customer there for several years before this happened. I never went back.
