Took in my desktop to be troubleshooted. The experience was great and the staff (I mainly spoke to John) was extreamly friendly! I was called back with a diagnosis within an hour. I will defiantly return for any future PC issues.

I pass this place all the time and decided to give them a shot. Took my laptop in to get some service to speed it up. The information and service was amazing!
I ended up getting a new hard-​drive and having them ensure my laptop had all updates and all the same data. They showed me the before and after performance and I couldn’t believe it! It worked better than the day I bought it.
Price seemed fair and was done in a few hours. We are taking our sons desktop there soon for repair. I would highly recommend.

My son brought his laptop here to price out a few repairs, and discuss the pros and cons of upgrading his laptop vs purchasing a new desktop. I went along with him to hear the diagnosis and listen in on the convo.
I was absolutely blown away by how wonderfully helpful and informative the gentleman who helped us was — even AFTER knowing that my son wasn’t ready to have the repairs done (a bit more money than he’d hoped it would be, but an extremely fair price). After their conversation was complete, I asked a few questions about my husband’s computer and — again, he was extremely helpful!
Overall, I’m just so impressed with the friendly customer service and thorough diagnostics. I will absolutely be back!

I forgot my HP mini at the airport & someone sat on it! I walked into this shop & the guy who helped me was so so awesome. He looked at it and told me that it could be fixed and explained why/​how.
20 min & $ 35 later, I was out the door with my fixed mini.

First time needing a computer fixed. I was a little concerned getting the right service at a good price. This is the place to get beyond excellent service at a great price. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a computer fixed.

Stopped by here in search of thermal pads and paste to resurrect my PS3… They did carry the paste, but only in the smaller (3.5g) tubes — although their prices were on par with other carriers.
Unfortunately the only thermal pads they had were pre-​cut and came without a listed heat transfer rating, which wouldn’t suffice for my project. Having said that, the staff here were very helpful in recommending other places to search, and were also quite friendly.
For now, I (luckily) don’t need their services… but if I have any issues in the future, I know just where to go.

My computer was running extremely sloooooow and I know it’s just because it’s been years of junk piled on. I tried uninstalling programs thinking that would help, which is barely semi did but knew it was other stuff that’s causing its sluggishness. Fearing I would accidentally delete some important files, as I’ve done before with a previous computer, I said ef it and searched for a non-​Best Buy computer repair shop. Living in Litchfield Park at the time, this place was the closest and had some good reviews so I decided to give it a shot and I’m so glad I did!
It’s in this small plaza next to Hungry Howie’s and this Thai restaurant. When you walk in the first thing you see are gaming computers on the side that are open to the public to try out. I was greeted by a younger guy named Gabriel who welcomed me and asked what I needed help with. I told him the issue and he brought me to the back which is their repair room. There I met Johnny and Sing (all Asian guys, not sure if that matters? lol) and they walked me through their process and why it’s causing it to run as it was. I stayed while they hooked up my PC and chit chatted with them a bit before I headed off.
The next day they called me and told me my computer is ready to go. When I arrived I expected to just pick up my PC and pay but instead they took me to the repair room again to show me the difference and how to take care of my computer and how not to clutter my PC, like a mini YouTube lesson!
Love their customer service and they’re all funny guys! When I decide I want my gaming PC I will go to them on my way to visit my parents in Tucson.

Took my laptop in to replace a noisy fan that I did not feel like replacing myself. They were friendly, knowledgable, and inexpensive. They clearly detailed the process and time frame. A storm in the Northeast delayed the order and I was informed every step of the way. As an IT guy myself, I would use SL again and recommend to friends. Class acts and nice people. Thank you!

We took our computer in for repairs, the staff seemed very eager to help and diagnose the problem, however when we left it there it went passed the time frame they said it would be ready and that’s when their customer service turned horrible when confronted about the issue. Won’t be going back there I rather pay a little more and get better customer service and products faster.

I had a virus on my computer and these guys fixed it!!! They are super friendly and I enjoyed their service. I would recommend SL Computers to any customer that is looking to get their computer fixed. I also plan on getting a new laptop and I have been a lot of questions regarding what would be the best. I gave them all the criteria I’m looking for in my new computer. Thank you SL Computers for all your advice! I can’t wait to use my new laptop in pharmacy school!

Soooo… my daughter went on vacation and took her laptop with her… someone stepped on it and well the screen didn’t work. So I called the manufacturer of the laptop and they wanted me to pay $ 275 dollars on top of pay shipping out of my pocket. Yeah no thanks I then called up SLComputers to find out how much a screen would be. It was way better price then what the manufacturer was charging. SLComputers fixed my daughters laptop in a timely manner and it works just like it did when she got it. THANK YOU ORCHIDA, SING AND YOUR AMAZING CREW.

I had a virus on my laptop but every time I tried removing it it would freeze up on me. Then I seen this new computer shop that opened up near my gf’s house so I decided to stop by and check it out and see if they can fix this annoying virus. When I brought it in I was greeted by the receptionist then by the rest of the IT staff, they were all friendly and answered my questions. Afterwards they took me to the back, or the repair room if I remember correctly, and troubleshooted right in front of me and it took about 10 minutes-​ish. They found what caused it and told me it should take no longer than 48 hours but the next day they called me and said my computer is good to go. I came and picked up my laptop and paid about $ 79 with no tax which isn’t bad. But all in all, friendly people who knows their stuff. Definitely would come back when I have another issue or want to upgrade to an awesome desktop.
