Very Friendly staff, that seemed pretty knowledgeable to me (I have been to Napa on a tour bus before but Im no expert).
This would be a great place to take a date between dinner and a movie at the nearby Harkins.

There are two exceptionally cool things about Wine Styles.
1. The Wine Styles
They have divided all of the wines into 8 different styles so once you like a certain flavor or characteristic, you can find similar ones in the same section. For example, if you like an oaky chardonnay you’ll look in the «Rich» section to find other wines that have the same flavors and characteristics. It’s genious and is like Wines for Dummies which is helpful to others, like myself, who are just tapping into the more specifics of wines beyond open, pour, drink, refill.
2. $ 5 Wine Tastings
Every Friday and Saturday night they offer a tasting of 5 different wines for 5 dollars per person. If you buy any of those 5 during the tasting, you get 10% off. The wines change each week so there is always something new to try.
Additional stuff: The shop is small so there are a lot of different wines on sale since they are always getting in new varieties. They also have random merchandise from chocolates to wine racks to charms for glasses. Most wines are under $ 25 so it’s not a bank breaker.
