Tuesday Morning

This was my first time at Tuesday Morning’s. I saw a stool in their ads that I wanted to get for my vanity. I called to make sure that they had one on stock and the gentleman was very accommodating and saved the one they had left for me. When I got there I saw the small stain that he had told me about on the phone. I’m going to recover it anyway so it wasn’t a big deal to me. Not only was it on sale for a nice price I also received 20% off for the small stain. The two people working were very polite and helpful!

I enjoy this store. The staff is always friendly. Wish it was larger and had a little more stock. Many of the items that I have found here are the same that I would find in a nice department store at the mall. I haven’t made any major purchases, yet, but have bought baby shower gifts, kitchen items and some seasonal décor. I missed the recent sale on area rugs and hope they have another, soon, even though the current marked prices are good.

Tuesday Morning stores much like Ross and other stores are hit or miss. This is not my favorite one, it’s small and cramped. We looked around and found nothing of value much less a good deal. I prefer the one in Mesa for sure.

I’m not sure if I get Tuesday Morning stores. This one just opened in the JoAnn’s Shopping Center and I thought I would check it out.
It looks like a Big Lots that was cut in half with prices higher than Ross. I guess it’s just the impression of the store and the fliers that I have seen that give it a «cheap» Dollar Store feel. Are they trying to sell upscale close-​outs? I don’t know.
There were a few racks of clothing for adults and kids, home décor, stationary, furniture accent pieces, toys, etc. Higher priced than Target, WM, Kohl’s, etc… I didn’t see anything I wanted to buy that was worth the price. I didn’t see any «famous brands» either.
I only saw one employee in the store, which happened to be the cashier. Then she disappeared. Poof!
