This place is good for an emergency pickup of a household item… that’s it. They are frequently out of stock of items Selection is small and poor Customer service is mediocre at best(Especially over the phone, i was literally told once by an older female associate to call back later we are too busy to respond to calls) Most places would fire people for that. This stores manager actually DEFENDED the practice. Prices are varying depending on the item, tools are a bit on the high side. Rarely do i enter this location anymore unless i’m in a last minute bind.

I will NEVER shop at this Aunuchon again! I went there the other day for a simple lawn rake… I saw on, looked fine, sign said $ 14.99. When the guy rang it up it came to over $ 19… When I asked him why I was charged this much, the young girl behind the counter piped up and said without a thought, that was the sale price that just ended and the signs haven’t been changed yet. OK, well things happen… So I went outside and made a phone call in my car which lasted over 10 minutes… During this time not one person made any attepmt to change the sign for the next customer. So out of principal I went back in and asked to speak with the manager. I explained to him what happened and what his young lady worker had said… He then told me there was no sale, she had just put the wrong rakes at the wrong sign. Great customer service, lets not fix the problem, lets just lie to our customers!!! SO neadless to say I returned the rake and will never go back here. DONTGOHERE, THEYLIETOTHEIRCUSTOMERSINSTEADOFTRYINGTOHELP!!! Worst customer service EVER!!!

Charlie Moore recommends Aubuchon, how bad can it be right? While it’s not a Home Depot or Lowes, they have all the odd and ends you need that the bug box boys WON’T carry. Do your part and support your local Hardware stores…

This Aubuchon has served us well the past couple of months. It’s only about 10 minutes down the road from our house and also on our commute route, making it a very convenient location when we need to pick up a few things, but don’t want to make the 25-minute drive to Lowe’s. Items are comparably priced to the major chain hardware stores, and they have all the essentials. We’ve picked up a lot of painting and staining supplies here so far, and have noted other items that we will probably need in the future. The store is average-sized, not big by any means, but they seem to pack in a good variety of inventory. The employees are very nice, and even though it is a chain hardware store, it has the feel of a local, family-run business.
