I’ve been living near by for about a year and haven’t checked it out until recently. It is certainly a dive bar but it’s not as bad as it may seem… definitely worth a visit to people watch while having a drink or two. The staff are friendly and quick with a drink and they have a decent selection of beers on tap and any type of booze you can think of. The outside smoking area has a tiny prison yard feel to it with the floor to ceiling chain link fence (not sure if they are trying to keep people in or out) but it’s kind of funny. There was live music when I went which was actually pretty decent and entertaining. I went around 9:30 pm which was kind of early and people were already getting quite happy (I don’t think they turn anyone away if they’ve had too much to drink). I’ll have to go back toward the end of the night to see what the place gets like near closing time. I imagine it’s quite hilarious.

Sometimes a dive is just a dive. Lousy food. You can get a drink at a reasonable price. The air conditioning works. I have been a few times and each time I wonder where I bother.

Reasonably priced delicious drinks and food! Great entertainment on weekends… doesnt hurt youre greeted with the beautiful smiles of the bartenders either!!!

ok tryed it once… it dident impress me, twice, all set. guys talking about doing blow, smoken weed drinks overprices, creepy people staring at you, outside patio fenced in, people outside bar walking by bumming smokes from
area rite near the entrance. ladies room upstairs with women doin god knows what, door opens 3 – 4 women walk out of a one stall bathroom. bottom line, if u have no class, go hang there, you’ll fit right in. up part. bartender was really nice and rest of the staff to. but dident know they worked there as there grabbing my glass off the table. uniforms people.
