Extremely rude over the phone when calling to ask just ONE question(I wanted to know if they carried a specific product) before walking there. It was as if I was asking the lady to climb Mt. Everest and then back down all whilst carrying me on her shoulders. It burned her soul to check and she let me know that. I then get asked if I even have a prescription for it. This product is OTC. If you were a fairly decent pharmacist you’d know that. I’ll drive to CVS(does that burn your soul?) where I know they have it and won’t question me back. Dueces.

Worst customer service. I walked in asking to pick up a prescription and also asked if they had even received my prescription. They stated that they couldn’t look for it at that moment, but proceeded to simply stand behind the counter while doing nothing else. Fifteen minutes later they searched for it and came back to tell me they never received it. I wasted 15 minutes during the work day for seemingly no good reason. I then left and had the prescription faxed to a completely different, better-serving pharmacy.

Quaint little pharmacy, has the basics for anything you might need by way of a medical emergency. They have everything from flu meds to suppositories, birth control to anti-depressants. that covers pretty much everything right?
