The food was ok. They seemed understaffed. The staff there was not overly friendly. The lady at the cashier left halfway though my order with no reason.
There seemed to be a lot of confusion.
When I walked in there were a bunch of people standing in the lobby angrily waiting in their food. One guy was saying, «these guys seriously want $ 15 an hour for doing this?» It didn’t set off a nice tone.
It was not horrible, but it was not a good experience either.

Can I give it no stars and still review this place? Seriously, I think this Wendy’s has killed them for me. It was horrible. So we go to the drive through and there was maybe 4 cars. It was close to 30 minutes. Whatever maybe people had big orders. So we order our food, I drive a little and my wife says they forgot a burger. No problem it happens. We turn around and she runs in and grabs the burger. I take a bite and there is a hair in the burger. I mean like a full on 10 inch hair in my mouth from the burger. What the hell. I didn’t go back and complain because I was too pissed off.
Seriously a hair, nasty.

Typical wendys! Decent food for decent prices. My go to fast food joint. If you go through the drive thru be sure to check your order before you drive away. Weird how they only mess up your food at the drive thru and never when you done in!

Fast, friendly, convenient quality.
So much better tasting & better service than neighboring McDonald’s! I can taste the beef in the burger and the potato in the fries. Nice to actually get fast food fast with friendly drive-​through window greetings despite stormy weather.
Also love the dollar Frostie quick fix!

This Wendy’s must be government run because that’s the only reason I could explain why they’re so slow to get anything done and possess the uncanny ability to screw up even the simplest order.

This places always messes up orders. A guy was complaining about his order not being correct and was asked to leave? I will never eat at this particular wendy’s again.

Ever since Wendy’s changed to the «Natural Cut Fries», suddenly this Wendy’s location got better. Maybe new management as well?
In my previous review, I indicated that the fries were awful. Now, they are on-​par with other locations, and are actually quite enjoyable. We’ve started to go back there and have had no major issues with our orders. I’m happy to say that both food and service have improved overall.

I agree with Liz’s review that something is up with the fries here. They do seem to always taste off. I only order the spicy chicken sandwhich and it always tastes correct so I don’t know what the deal is. They also aren’t good at custom orders because I always ask for mine with no mayo and it always come with it anyways.
