Anytime my husband and I want to go out in Aztec we choose The Bistro. We love that it is locally owned! The service here is great and the staff is very friendly. For breakfast I usually get the croissomlette, which is an omelette on a croissant. For lunch my favorite is the Ultimate! My kids usually share the Atomic pancake and usually can’t finish it off. We have tried almost all their menu items and have been pleased with them. I have tried many of their freshly baked goodies and it is difficult to pick a favorite. We know lots of friends from farmington who come to Aztec just to eat here. I highly recommend The bistro!

Great locally owned eatery. They consistently have great dishes with fresh ingredients, house-made baked goods, and delicious coffee. Staff makes you feel like family. I eat here often with family as well as for business lunches. We love the Bistro!

Great breakfast on the way back to Phoenix from fishing the San Jan River. Had the breakfast burrito which was big and fresh with a whole wheat tortilla. Also enjoyed a fresh apricot struedel.

When we lived in Aztec, we loved to go to the Bistro every Saturday for breakfast. I’ve since moved, but manage to meet a friend for breakfast or lunch there any time I make it back to town! The ham and cheese croissant with an egg is my favorite breakfast, and the Ultimate Turkey sandwich is my favorite lunch. Love this place and the people there.

My wife and I had breakfast at this cozy café yesterday. Not why, but it is also listed under the name of Atomic Espresso and Bistro. We were both very impressed with our food. My omelette was fluffy, rich but not greasy, and the ingredients were fresh. Wife had a delicious smothered breakfast burrito with whole grain tortilla. Definitely worth the trip.

We stopped in for breakfast and really enjoyed it. I got the atomic pancake and my wife and mother split the Mad Potatoes. The cappuccinos were great and everyone was really friendly. Service was a little slow, but you wouldn’t want to rush the experience anyway.

In a small town that has one mediocre Mexican food restaurant, one fair Chinese restaurant, and a bunch of fast food places, this place is a foodie oasis. I was there for work with four other people and we had most breakfasts and lunches there for several days. It has well-prepared, healthful, real-ingredient dishes, and fresh home-made baked goods. It has a cheerful, tasteful interior and a very nice shaded patio that was terrific in the morning. A great spot.
