Went last night. Order was incorrect. Went again tonight, hoping they would get it right this time. After being ignored for a few minutes at the speaker, a woman asks us if our order is correct(we hadn’t ordered yet). We then tell her that she hasn’t even gotten to us yet, and a man interrupts to begin taking our order. I ask for two double double combos. One mustard grilled, and he doesn’t understand what I mean. After repeating myself a few times, he asks if I wanted mustard fries, like on my French fries he says. I say no I want it on the party on the grill, a girl then interrupts to tell us it’s called fried mustard. What the fuck ever. I don’t care what she wants to call it, just put it in the burger requested since she obviously knows what I’m referring to. Finally get to the window, and were completely ignored again. Rude service for the second night in a row. Which is a shame, because this is the closer in n out to me. Definitely going to the one on grand from now on.

Super slow in n out establishment since it’s a very small cooking area and an always busy drive thru line. I’ve sat in the drive thru for about 30 mins before, and honestly it didn’t look any faster to park your car and get out to order. Besides the sucky location, the food is just about the same as every other in n out. You can’t really go wrong with their burgers and always hits the spot when you’re craving one. Also, grilled whole onions is the way to go!!! Yessss!!!

I always have to wait for a looong time! No matter what time of the day i come & one day, they didn’t open on time & people are already waiting.

I’m disgusted to see such horrible reviews for this fine establishment. 1. When you stick a burger in a bag, the contents of the burger might come in contact with the bag.(!!!) 2. Animal style with no pickles is an oxymoron. 3. If the line is long, you deal with it or leave. Don’t bag on in n out for attracting lots of customers. No one likes a whiner. 4. In n out is fast food. The cashier might not hold your hand. You should all cherish in n out, for it is a national treasure.

I love in-n-out but this location isn’t the best. It’s more of a drive thru location than a sit down and eat location because there are literally only seven seats while there are two drive thru windows. So if you’re looking for a sit down and eat in-n-out don’t come here! The line is pretty much always really long and the wait is pretty unbearable when you’re hangry. Food and service are great like any other in-n-out location.

Pretty amazing for this tiny shop to be so productive and efficient. Still happy, friendly service by staff, and the parking lot was very clean. Walk-up or drive-through services only.

there’s a reason why I stopped coming to this location and today I gave them a third chanced and they failed me. Did drive thru. in the middle of eating my burger when i bit and pulled away a long thick black hair linked my mouthful to the burger, strand still stuck inside it. Imagine that feeling now. If you’re into that stuff, go here. Animal fries were cold and coagulated into one cold clump held by the cheese. Saddest fries ever. I got no napkins. My paper bag with my fries was a mess. I don’t do reviews on my trusty in n out, but I knew there were reasons why I don’t do this location anymore. Filthy. Thick long female hair in your burger, not okay.

I cannot say enough good things about in n out. So yummy! I’ve recently become obsessed with the Flying Dutchmen extra cheese and grilled onions. SOBOMB. The line is always super long. But it is so worth the wait. It’s IN N OUT! You wait well done fries and animal fires are so so gooooood. I am never disappointed at any of the locations.

I don’t know what it is about this particular In-n-Out, but they are ways so s-l-o-w-w-w compared to all the others I’ve been to. There can be three cars in the drive thru and it will take you 20 minutes-plus to get your order. Not worth it.

Raul gave horrible service and didn’t even thank me for my order, it was like I was bothering him by making him work! Plus this was after a hugggee wait when there was only two cars in front of me. I’ll never bother going here again I’ll get a burger down the street. Maybe Raul should work at Mcdonalds or something. Just my opinion.

Great food, I understand that service needs to be swift so everyone receives theirs in a timely fashion. However, it is pointless if the cashiers are working too fast that they don’t remember anything you say? From the time I started to order I felt rushed, it might just be a pet peeve of mine when assumed I’m done ordering and given the damage, but it does get under the skin a tad. Certain questions that should be asked once are asked twice, not in a sense to check, but in an obvious situation of speaking before you even process. «Would you like onions» «Yes, whole grilled. Animal style as well, no pickles.» «So would you like grilled onions instead of the whole grilled?» «Both please, no pickles» «Animal style comes grilled onions. Would you like the whole grill on top of the grilled onions?» «Yes I would like both please.» I’ll end this by saying there are still pickles in my burger… Awesome food, been an in n out fan for YEARS. They will never lose my service, but this location frustrates me.

The worst in n out in the area, the only reason they dont get 1 star is because the workers are nice. This is in a rough area one of the last times i was here i seen a pretty good fight. The food here is pretty bad, they give un-ripe tomatoes, barely cook the meat, and dont know the difference between hamburger or cheeseburger, dr pepper or root beer. Garbage in n out go on lone hill instead

This in n out is right off the 210 freeway and I always end up going to this one too whenever I exit the 210 freeway or whenever I’m coming to or from school. Most of my experiences here have been below average. It’s one of the old school in n outs. What I mean below average is that the wait time here is so long. There was one time that my mom and I had to wait 45 mins to get through the line and get our food and we had entered the driveway as well! I guess you can never know what people ahead of you order whether it be a small or a large order that ends up putting the line back. Yesterday on my way home from school at 930pm I passed back and saw the line wasn’t long and I decided to get in n out. Thought I’ll be out in 5 minutes. Wrong. Took 20 minutes… idk why it takes a while. Just a tip guys. It’s better to order not at the window(standing) if the line is long. Anyway the food quality on this in n out is just like any in n out. It’s good. I’m just reviewing the ordering part of this place.

Normal In-N-Out food, however this location did not have any indoor seating. There are picnic tables in the parking lot of you want to eat on site.

I like this location because it’s the old drive thru style. It’s definitely a throw back to my youth before in-n-out became what it is today. Quality of service and food is still top notch. This location is freeway close and easy to access.

Just like the rest of the In-N-Outs around here. Long drive-thru line. Long walk up line. Good food! Enjoy!!!

You know what 5 stars because its In-N-out the last real food in the fast food business. But this location just plain sucks and I’ve never been at one that I could say that about. Slow, bad attitude, wrong order, try to get it right, wrong order, bad attitude, 27 minute wait… this in-n– out sucks! — but I could never give in-n-out and out one star. Besides these kids work their ass off. This one probably just has poor management

This location is exclusively a drive-thru/walk-up, without dining area, which for our purposes worked out fine since we were running a bit late, anyway. The fries cooled before we got to our destination, so no need to base the review on those. The burgers stayed nice and warm and were of excellent quality — properly cooked, not seared to extinction. The buns were right on, too. The line moved pretty quickly, and the lady taking orders outside was extra-friendly even on an absurdly hot March day. Nice job!

This place is okay, not my favorite in-n-out location. They are super slow whether you go inside or drive-through. Plus the woman manager is like a witch she is always yelling at the people inside.
