One of the best Barber shops in all of Glendora/​Azusa area. I’ve been getting clipped here for over a year now (whilst trying different shops occasionally), and I’ve found my haircuts Home! Everyone who works here is friendly and professional and have not once seen the «I don’t feel like working today» attitude. Place is super clean and hardly ever packed, I think the longest I’ve waited is 15mins. My hair has been cut by practically everyone there, and have not once had a bad experience. Overtime and many a haircut, Sam is now the only one allowed to touch my Dew! She is always super nice and friendly and does a damn good job EVERYTIME! Feels like going to a friends house to get a haircut, relaxed and peaceful, and always friendly!

I’ve been coming to get my hair cut and colored by Sam for the last two years, I love this Supercuts. Everyone is very friendly and nice and they have great customer service and are very attentive.
I love that Sam listens to what I want for my hair and she always makes sure we are on the path to what I have in mind. Thank you, Sam and see you soon!

Negative 5 stars! Took my daughter for a trim and asked that her hair get a lil thinned out to make it easier for her to style. She hasn’t had a cut in a while. I had a lil bit of a bad feeling when the girls were standing there talking and the one who cut my daughters hair told another stylist ‚“I feel so lazy” I should have asked for someone else to do her hair but I figured it’s just a trim how bad can someone mess it up… So after getting home and my daughter straightening her hair, she noticed when she pulled her hair half up, there was a big chunk chopped off as if she cut bangs in the middle of the back of her hair!!! I had to try to play it off as if it’s supposed to be that way so my 13 year old daughter wasn’t in tears anymore. Wtf! I’m so upset! And what would be the point of going back and trying to argue with someone about this, it won’t make her hair grow back any faster or make my daughter feel any better about her hair being mangled after not having a trim in a long time because she’s been trying to grow her hair out and afraid of someone cutting it too short, They can keep the $ 23, my 5 year old could have done a better job trimming her hair ! I’m so disappointed and embarrassed that a «professional» hair stylist did this to her.

Cool cats, cool place, cuts depends on who does the work!
Service: overall ive been here ²⁄₃ years on and off now. They are good. Sam the manager is friendly and always smiles and make you feel welcome.
Price: A bit high for what you get honestly, but if you agree to step in, its your problem.
Environment: staff keeps the floors maintained and cleaned. no issues. merchandise is zoned and neat. keep it up!
Staff: all are pretty cool, i just don’t know if i like all of them cutting my hair. i have my picks.
Wait time: use the APP! it keeps your wait time down. I usually don’t encounter bad wait time here.
Overall: I do come here pretty often, not a bad place. I think once you know the staff, they get even nicer to you. In the beginning, you might not see EVERYONE all bubbly…

This was my first visit at Supercuts and I am pleasantly surprised! Having read the negative reviews here, I was a bit nervous but decided to go to Supercuts anyway because it’s so conveniently located and I’m glad I did! The wait was pretty long, which was discouraging at first but, once they called me in, everything was great. I walked out of there with a great new hairstyle! I didn’t get my hairstylist’s name but she did an awesome job! She listened to what I wanted and even made some great suggestions! Will definitely be returning!
One more thing: I was immediately acknowledged and checked in by a friendly employee.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. The girl who cut my friends hair chopped it all up and gave her ridiculous layers when she told her to only cut off an inch. This was crazy. The layers are super uneven and the hair cut all around is super uneven. I now have to wait a long time for my hair to grow. I wear my hair in a pony tail every day because it’s so ugly. Beware of this place. It is the spawn of satan.

$ 23 for a less than mediocre cut.
Apparently the girl was in a rush to get me out the door, my cut took less than 10 minutes (anywhere else would’ve been about 20), I thought everything was fine, but as I’m getting up I noticed that half my head has uneven hair (got their joke of a fade) she gets the machine again, and starts on the side and keeps going on the back, I guess that she noticed how bad of a job she did on the back. Never coming back, they’re smart not to take Amex or I would’ve contact them to get a refund since I have to get my hair fix somewhere else

Horrible. Signed self in. No acknowledgement by staff. After 30 minutes checked on the ETA and was told it would be 30 minutes. Decided to stick it out and get some food next door. Came back – no acknowledgment. After the 30 minute window passed the stylist just said it was busy and we were next when I asked for another ETA.
Spent 4 minutes on my son’s haircut after waiting nearly 1.5 hours in all.

Went in yesterday. told young man i wanted at least 2 to 2.½ inches cut. wanted it cut the same with it shorter in back and longer on sides. left with my hair combed down and soaking wet. so i didn’t judge. Today its dry. had to snip off the stray pieces myself cause hair looks bad. its bowl cut. and pretty much only ¼ inch to half inch in some spots shorter. Some did not even know I cut my haIr other than the bowl look. ughhh. waste of money!.. Now i’m just going to have to find another salon and pay to have it really cut!

Alicia gives great cuts! She takes her time to make sure its cleaned and lined up well. Great customer service. I highly recommend going to her for men’s cuts.

I would give negative star if I could.
They really don’t know how to style your hair but just cut. They literally mowed my husband’s head.
We walked in and waited for a while then A fat lady came from the back asked him what kind of hair style he wants we said just cut shorter. Then she started to use the trim clipper mow his head! I thought she was just trimming but later on she just kept going. She used her scissors for like total 5 seconds at the end. Done! Lady, the way you do your work doesn’t even show the respect to your profession that you chose.
There’s no word I could find to describe our anger. We didn’t leave any tip and never went back.

Horrible !!! They do a good job at doing their job but goodness do they take FOREVER! I mean hours and do not value people’s time. I recommend you go really early and call them before walking in to this place. A man just walked out and said «an hour wait is ridiculous, they are just talking in the back.» It’s true sadly.

Thank you Alicia! I took a chance by walking in. She was great. Fast, personable, and I got exactly what I was after.
I’ve had bad experiences before with walk-​in type of situations, but luckily for me this one was a-​ok!
I would recommend Alicia to anyone who needs a haircut fast!

Nicole was great she exceeded what I wanted and she was super nice and friendly. I will for sure be going back!
