The food was good but the restaurant was understaffed and out of the choices I wanted. Staffing and planning was unacceptable at the dinner hour and good management would have for seen the need for additional food prep. Sunday evening June 4th.

My favorite Panda Express. They have very friendly employees, you can tell they really care about their costumers satisfaction. The food is always fresh and tasty. I honestly recommend this place!

Always out of food here, chefs are lazy and don’t care so you end up waiting a long time for it and their soda machine is always broken. Never coming back.

Love Panda Express! Their food is always yummy. They give great portions that make it worth what you pay. The workers are always so nice. They almost always ask if you’d like to sample something or order right away! My favorite is orange chicken with steamed rice or the chow mein. Occasionally I switch it up and try one of their new items. Always tasty!

I am writing this review because of Keith, very friendly and contagious smile. I walked in and was waiting right in front of someone who was talking to another employee and didn’t even acknowledge me, Keith saw this and rushed right over to take care of me. I come here often because my kids love it, but this time I had to make a note of how wonderful my experience with Keith was. A special shout out and thank you to you Keith!

If you come here just expect typical fast chinese food. Soggy as hell(especially the honey walnut shrimp). Everyone knows panda exp. is more expensive than other chinese places.

I LOVE panda express, I come here all the time. I always get sweetfire chicken and I don’t understand the deal with low portions. The stuff is like chicken with drugs sauce. So I bet you’re all wondering by now, «hey Andrew… why the 2 stars?» Because nothing can ever compare to the liquid fire that leaves my anus 3 hours after eating panda express. Delicious food that sill make you regret it but always makes you come back! Like that abusive boyfriend you had in high school.

They have seriously stepped it up, we come here for lunch and it’s ALWAYS fresh, yes they get busy, it’s lunch, but as long as my food is fresh, it doesn’t really matter does it. They are friendly and let you try as many of their entrees as you like, lately I’m hooked on the Beijing Beef, it’s so tasty, it’s not hot, the beef is tender, and has the perfect crunch. I’m a fan again, yay

I’m not sure what the deal is with the negative reviews lately, but I have been coming to this Panda Express frequently during the past 2 years since moving to the area. I usually have eaten here once a week, but sometimes 2 – 3 times per week, and I have never had a problem. Staff has always been polite and helpful with me, and portions are always satisfying. Very, very rarely has there been a slip in quality control of the food(maybe twice out of 100+ times have I been mildly disappointed). My favorites are orange chicken, beijing beef, honey walnut shrimp, and the chow mein.

Very rude experience! I usually frequent this location twice a month but I doubt I will be back. I went yesterday after work and ordered two plates to take home. I always order grilled chicken and they had run out so I patiently waited 5 mins for more to come out. I was asked to pay while I waited and I had no prob with that. When the chicken finally came out a girl named Alicia cut up the chicken and proceeded to give me the smallest portion. I explained that I had ordered double grilled chicken as my two entrees on one of the plates. She then rudely told me «that’s the portion I cut up and that’s the portion your eating». I was shocked! I then advised her how I come in here often and that that is much less than normal. She then said with more attitude that that’s the standard portion and she closed the boxes, and she went on to the next person. The cashier then came to pack up the boxes so I asked for my money back and advised him how rude Alicia was. The young guy said sorry and gave me back my money, but did not offer to do anything else. I doubt I will come back here esp if they have someone like Alicia working there. Terrible customer service! You need to train your staff better!

My boyfriend and I decided to pick up some Panda Express for dinner since we both had a long day and didn’t really feel like cooking or dining out. I ordered chow mein and double honey walnut shrimp and my boyfriend ordered rice/chow mein, orange chicken and beef with broccoli. Both portions were very small, even though they charge an extra fee for«premium» sides. Chow mein was bland, I ended up adding soy sauce to give it some kind of flavor. The rice was very hard as if it was sitting out for hours. All the entrees were mediocre and I ended up eating not even half of it and throwing the rest away. Guess you can’t expect much when you opt for fast food, just wish we had gone somewhere else for dinner instead of wasting my money at this establishment. First and last at this Panda Express location. And most likely overall.

Poor Customer Service! Attitude was given many times. Small portions of food. Today they Celebrate Chinese New Years and customers are suppose to receive free Chicken EggRolls I never received mine and she also didn’t give me utensils. Just a poor company. Never again.

I was assisted by a young girl named Selena. She was giving me attitude because I couldn’t hear what she was saying since it was so loud in the kitchen. Plus they charge 1.25EXTRA for the honey shrimp for ONLY7 pieces! That’s bs. I ended up having to buying more. The only reason I’m giving this place 3 stars is because a young man by the name of Taylor knew I was upset so he only charged me for a small. That was nice of him.

I decided to try Panda Express for the first time last night. The first problem was the slow service. The servers were not very welcoming and struggled to keep up with the line. They seemed unorganized and confused. I ordered Orange Chicken and Beef broccoli. The orange chicken was greasy, and when you bit into it there was no recognizable white meat to be found. Within my Orange Chicken serving. I discovered a chunk of undercooked fried beef. The beef broccoli had very little beef in it. The broccoli was the best part of the meal. In a very discrete and friendly manner, I showed the manager the fried chunk of undercooked beef and explained the mixup. He became very loud and defensive and claimed he had tossed the undercooked beef chunk into my Beef Broccoli serving. I stated to him that I was trying to make him aware. I just tossed the plate and left. I suggest to both existing and potential customers to avoid Panda Express. There are much better choices for Chinese food in Asuza. It’s kinda of a shame with such a great location with access to shoppers and the theatre, that a quality restaurant does not occupy this space.

Panda, it’s a glorified fast food joint. It’s expensive, and the portions aren’t the greatest. Also, their«signature dishes» are sometimes much more expensive, but fall short on flavor. Eh.

Went in today, had been served and portion control was a little low. Talked to Taylor and made everything completely better! Gave extra portions and sides and excellent customer service. Hope to have him serve me everytime! Thanks Taylor!

So why am I writing a review about Panda Express lol. Because I usually know what I’m getting with eating here but this time just had a poor experience overall. The quality of the good was decent but not as fresh as it normally is. The food definitely tasted like it had been sitting out longer than usual. The soda was flat, actually there whole soda machine was and even ran it of ice. They had a small bucket of ice next to the machine haha. My order took long. The manager who was helping me didn’t apologize for the delay but instead was on the side taking a personal call. Overall real poor service and food quality. I get it that it’s fast food so I can’t expect much. But still expected something at least better than what was presented. Overall: Food: 4⁄10 Service: 3⁄10 Cleanliness: 5⁄10

Usually come here for lunch since my school is jus around the corner. Def not authentic Chinese food, but it still can somehow fulfill my Chinese stomach. Convenient, fast and clean. These are all well met by this place being a fast chain restaurant. Not bad. I would have given this place 4 stars, if I didnt have their yucky kungpao chicken. Unknown meat with skin and fat is gross and scares me… ew…

Never going back to that place. Some of the employees made fun of my 55 year old mother I had to call manager and complain. We let it go and continue going until this past weekend where I think her name was Rachel was rude and got aggressive. She even said«I guess the customer is always right … Huh!?»(With a smirk in her face) while manager didn’t do anything !!! Be careful if u walk in and this girl is in a pissy mood
