This place sucks we went there tonight for dinner for the kids because one of my sons wanted kfc and I was like yea sure why not it’s been a well worst chose I have done first of all the potato wedge were old and cold on most of the kids to go cups and on my side order second they forgot my son that kicked kfc Togo cup yuppie for us we’ll never come here ever again waste of 50 bucks bright side was side of coleslaw was prefect like always

What does this place have against utensils and napkins? I know their motto is «finger lickin good» but how about throwing in a couple sporks so I don’t have to eat my dam mashed potatoes like an animal. Especially frustrating when you specifically ask if they are included and get a condescending look as they tell you «everything is in the bag.» Nashville hot chicken was just ok, I’d prefer they douse it in their own hot sauce for me so I don’t have to break open a bunch of packets with greasy fingers cause… you guessed it… no napkins!

The manager had one girl working the register (including the front where people are asking for extra items), two people working the drive-​thru, and one cook. The line was about six people long and we were at the register. The girl working the register ignored us for about 7 minutes while getting other people extra things like butter before even starting our order. One man asked for sugar and she stated there was no more sugar. He asked how long it would take to get more and she replied, «Well, I’d have to go look for it.» She finally took our order and she seemed overwhelmed. We received our food and our popcorn chicken feels like raw batter. So we tell the manager and she says, «That’s just how they are.» As we are explaining this to the manager, an employee sneezes in her hands and continues to handle food. When we tell the manager that the employees are not only handling money and food without gloves or washing their hands, but also sneezing in their hands and handling food, the manager replies with a sarcastic, «Ok, thank you!» While I understand this is a fast food restaurant, the lack of management skills and basic knowledge is nauseating. I will not be returning to this location. I don’t think they even deserve a one star.

What the hell is going on at this place, you go their and they tell you, you need to wait 20 min. For one piece of chicken. Is it your business to cook the food that needed. KFC SHOULD CLOSE THIS PLACE ASAP. The manager

i ordered the $ 20 family fill up. i asked to replace one of the mashed potatoes with mac n cheese. they told me no problem. they asked me to wait ten minutes due to biscuits being made. i said sure ok. they bring me my order i go home and there was no mac n cheese! they had me wait ten minutes for biscuits just so they could mess up my order! so disappointed in this establishment. just make sure you get what you order before you leave.

I usually go to kfc for their mashed potatoes fill up bowl meal ! But I think I will stay away from this kfc not only is the service unacceptable the place is filthy even during slow hours drive thru usually forgets my utensils and napkins. Last time I had to go inside to get some and it was very slow most of the workers were goofing around and the lobby was dirty with no cleaning getting done.

Service sucks but the chicken is still good. All the people that work here don’t give a damn about your needs. Just sayin

I checked in at this KFC to get the free lemonade and they didn’t give it to me because I bought a bucket of chicken only and not the meal. Lame!!! Also, the chicken was greasy and not crispy.

I’ve always had good luck here. The food is sooooo much better than the one a block from my place in Covina on Azusa… Staff has always been courteous and helpful too. BTW it doesn’t hurt to tip them for good service once in a while. BUT I have to agree they don’t always have extra crispy-​so sometimes you have to wait. But the wait is worth it!

KFC: On 5÷7÷2015 I drove up to the Kfc on Azusa ave near the Walmart at 903pm to pick up a friend some food. This friend (who is wheelchair bound) just recently got home from being in the hospital for a few days and finally got her appetite back and wanted 2 extra crispy thighs with mash and coleslaw. I was informed that there was only a wing and breast available in xtra crispy and I asked if they would be making more. She said no. I had checked the website for this kfc and it said that closing was at 10 pm. I called my friend to see if original recipe was ok bc thats all they had left and she said no, just go to Taco Bell instead. I dont know if its policy to stop cooking food an hour before closing time but the fact that that employee wasnt even pleasant to talk to or genuinely apologetic for me leaving makes me even less likely to visit kfc again. Although, Instead of going to taco bell i decided to call the kfc on Alosta across from APU (806 E Alosta), i really wanted my ill friend to get the food she wanted. I spoke to Felipe on the phone and asked when they closed and if they had 2 crispy thighs. He said 11 oclock and yes they had what i wanted, and he was very nice and even said that he could take my order over the phone no problem. When i arrived i was cheerfully greeted with a genuine and pretty smile from Arriana. No boredom or tired voice from this employee. It looked like these two employees of yours where the only ones working or at least the only ones i could see from the counter. They answered my questions politely and with smiles. I rarely visit KFC because its a bit expensive and my budget can only afford popeyes dollar tuesdays, but my friend does love your crispy chicken and from now on when i do run errands for her that include a stop at kfc it will be only at this one. A lot of people complain about bad service everywhere and I do hope you acknowlege Felipe and Arriana for their excellent customer service. The service with them on Alosta compared to the service on Azusa was night and day. I made sure to get both of their names and let them know how happy my friend would be to get the food she had been craving since getting home from the hospital.

I read the reviews before going here and thought maybe the chicken will be okay like any other kfc. Boy, I was wrong! The chicken used was old and uncleaned. The chicken itself tasted old and oil itself was old. Some parts of the chicken were brown (like when it’s been out for awhile after frying). NOT FRESH. Looks like they reuse them. On another note, they charge my transaction extra for using a cc. LAME. I have never been to a KFC like this one. The restaurant needs inspection. First and last time. :)

JUST came from there tonight. I asked IF I could get a trade by NOT taking a biscuit
and having a 2^nd mashed potato instead. It took 2 to figure «Yes». When I left, I asked Richard IF he had checked my order — he said :“Yes” Wrong… he decided without EVER ASKING ME that IF I traded a biscuit for a second mashed potato, I must not want ANY COLESLAW which STILL would have been allowed and already paid for. Good God, no wonder THIS LOCATION has such HORRID REVIEWS !!!

This review is for this location, sadly they don’t deliver «finger licking good» one expects from KFC.
Issues:
1. They never seem to have crispy chicken and I’ve even allowed them 20 to prepare before and what I received was something between crispy and original.
2. They now charge a fee for use of both credit card and debit card but won’t let you know until after driving up to drive through window. What national chain fast food charges for not using cash???
3. They always seem to mess up the order and provide the wrong sides. Never trust it is all there or that the gave you the type of chicken ordered.
Find another location until ownership of this location meets KFC standards. Said this location just can’t get it right.

Very poor customer service, this guy who took are order was a in the middle of it, then says wait and started packing other orders instead of completing ours he just walked away. «give me sec». he couldn’t even read my order back too me as to what we ordered. would not recommend this place on a Sunday for lunch. drive thru is always fast and easy going. I would give them 5 stars but this and his issues only gets 2

I’m not sure how this KFC is now, but I had two friends working there during the span of 6 years, and the stories that they would tell me were frightening.
I don’t really eat here, but whenever I do, it’s just chicken, and sometimes it’s a little too greasy.

The service sucks they have 7 ppl working and all talking where there is big line infront

They do not give sauces for anything unless you ask I was on a hurry and went to the drive thru and I got a 2 PCs meal with mash coleslaw and biscuit I was so disappointed there was no honey and butter for my biscuit it sucks so bad eating a dry biscuit that’s bad costumer service. The chicken and mash was good the coleslaw was ok.

Ordered 3 strip meal with mash and macaroni. They had no biscuit so they ended up giving me wedges with was kool. The only thing I didn’t like was that they did not give me a fork or spoon for the Mac or mash. Am I suppose to eat with my fingers? I understand Asking if you want ketchup and ranch etc. but I think adding a spork is included in the meal.

The Skinny: Not entirely the kind of guy that loves fast food especially fried chicken, but it’s the cheapest place to grab a bite as a college student.
The Fat: They have deals on Mondays-​Wednesdays. You can get chicken bowl/​fried chicken/​chicken strips meals depending on which of those three days you visit. Pretty cheap.
However, they only have one size for the soft drinks (LARGE). I guess that’s where they make their money but too bad I don’t drink soda.

Two dried up pieces of chickens.
Rubbery bacon strips in the middle.
A slice of tasteless cheese.
A sauce that oozed out.
Gladly overpriced.
My friend orders a bucket of chicks.
A bucket of chicks use to be full to the top… remember that? 1980’s, 1990’s
Now a bucket of chicks barely fills half the bucket???
